Description
Claims (11)
- 一方向へ積層された複数のバッテリーセルから構成されたセル積層体と、
バッテリーセルの電圧センシング及び電気的接続のために前記セル積層体の前方または後方に配置されるセンシングモジュールと、を含み、
前記センシングモジュールは、
前記セル積層体の前面または後面をカバーするように形成され、前記バッテリーセルの電極リードが引き出される複数のリード引出孔を備えたメインフレームと、
前記メインフレームに一方向に沿って互いに離隔して配置される複数のバスバーと、
前記メインフレームに配置されたバスバーに脱着可能に設けられた複数のセンシングチップと、
前記メインフレームに取り付けられる硬性材質の印刷回路基板と、を含み、
前記複数のセンシングチップは、一端で前記印刷回路基板に接合され、他端で前記複数のバスバーと脱着可能に設けられている、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記メインフレームは、
各前記バスバーに対応する形状で凹んだバスバー取付部と、
前記バスバー取付部の上部領域に備えられ、前記印刷回路基板に対応する形状で凹んだ基板取付部と、を備える、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数のセンシングチップは、各々、
前記印刷回路基板にはんだ付けされる基部と、
前記基部から所定の長さで延びて形成され、正方向または逆方向へ回転して前記バスバーに接触または接触解除するように設けられた連結部と、を備える、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 一方向へ積層された複数のバッテリーセルから構成されたセル積層体と、
バッテリーセルの電圧センシング及び電気的接続のために前記セル積層体の前方または後方に配置されるセンシングモジュールと、を含み、
前記センシングモジュールは、
前記セル積層体の前面または後面をカバーするように形成され、前記バッテリーセルの電極リードが引き出される複数のリード引出孔を備えたメインフレームと、
前記メインフレームに一方向に沿って互いに離隔して配置される複数のバスバーと、
対応するバスバーに脱着可能に設けられた複数のセンシングチップを備え、前記メインフレームに取り付けられる硬性材質の印刷回路基板と、を含み、
前記複数のセンシングチップは、各々、
前記印刷回路基板にはんだ付けされる基部と、
前記基部から所定の長さで延びて形成され、正方向または逆方向へ回転して前記バスバーに接触または接触解除するように設けられた連結部と、を備える、
バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記連結部は、折り曲げられた端部を備え、
前記バスバーは、前記連結部の端部が締まりばめによって結合するように設けられたスリットを備える、請求項3または4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記連結部の端部は、凸パターン形成されたビードを一つ以上備える、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バスバーは、前記リード引出孔の外郭を囲む枠状で設けられる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記センシングモジュールは、前記印刷回路基板の縁端に直接接続するように設けられたダイレクトコネクターをさらに含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ダイレクトコネクターは、
前記印刷回路基板の一面に接触する上板部及び前記印刷回路基板の他面に接触する下板部を備え、前記印刷回路基板の縁端に挟まれるように設けられたコネクターハウジングと、前記コネクターハウジングの内部に備えられ、前記印刷回路基板の表面に備えられる導体線に接触するように設けられたコネクターターミナルと、を含む、請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記印刷回路基板の縁端の一部と前記メインフレームの前面との間には、前記コネクターハウジングを接続させるための空間が設けられている、請求項9に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
