染毛料組成物の剤型は、特に限定されないが、例えば、液体状、乳化状(油中水型乳化状、水中油型乳化状、多重乳化状)、粉末状、タブレット状、ジェル状、泡状等が挙げられる。なお、泡状の剤型の場合は、公知のフォーマー用具により泡状とすることができる。公知のフォーマー用具としては、例えば、ノンエアゾール型フォーマー、エアゾール型フォーマー、シェーカー等が挙げられる。エアゾール型フォーマーの場合、公知の噴射剤及び発泡剤を適用することができる。また、固形状の剤型の場合、染毛料組成物に分散剤を配合してもよい。

表1に示す各実施例及び各比較例に係る染毛料組成物を、それぞれ常法に従い乳化状の組成物として調製した。なお、表1中の各成分の含有量を示す数値は質量%である。

[色調安定性の評価]
以下の手順により、調製した各染毛料組成物をそのまま用いて染毛処理をした毛束と、各染毛料組成物を60℃で1週間保存した後に用いて染毛処理をした毛束とを作製し、両者の色調を比較することにより、長期保存後の色調安定性について評価した。

各染毛料組成物0.1gを、実験者の腕の内側部分に直径1cmの円形状に塗布し、10分間放置した後、水洗いした。次いで、腕の内側部分を専門のパネラー10人が標準光源下で目視にて観察し、通常の地肌汚れの評価感覚を念頭に、皮膚への着色が「少ない」、「少ないとは言えない」の二者択一で評価した。10人中、皮膚への着色が「少ない」と回答したパネラーが8人以上であった場合には「非常に良好:5」、6~7人であった場合には「良好:4」、4~5人であった場合には「可:3」、2~3人であった場合には「やや不良:2」、1人以下であった場合には「不良:1」とする5段階の評価を下した。
(Skin stains)
0.1 g of each hair dye composition was applied to the inner part of the subject's arm in a circular shape with a diameter of 1 cm, and left for 10 minutes, and then washed with water. シャンプー「ビゲントリートメントシャンプー」(ホーユー株式会社製)にて、長さ10cmの人毛白髪毛束(株式会社ビューラックス製)を洗髪処理した。次いで、各染毛料組成物を、それぞれ刷毛で毛束1gに対して1g塗布し、30℃で10分放置した。次いで、水で染毛料組成物を洗い流し、毛束を乾燥させた。
(Color Tone)
A 10 cm long human gray hair bundle (manufactured by Bealux Co., Ltd.) was washed with shampoo "Bigen Treatment Shampoo" (manufactured by Hoyu Co., Ltd.). [考察]
実施例1~7に示すように、(A)紫401を含有し、(B)黒401を含有せず、(C)酸を含有する、酸性の染毛料組成物は、いずれも色調安定性に優れていた。また、実施例8に示すように、(B)黒401を含有する場合であっても質量比(A)/(B)が15以上である場合には、色調安定性に優れていた。
[Discussion]
As shown in Examples 1 to 7, all of the acidic hair dye compositions containing (A) Purple 401, not containing (B) Black 401, and containing (C) an acid, were excellent in color stability. Furthermore, as shown in Example 8, even when (B) Black 401 was contained, the color stability was excellent when the mass ratio (A)/(B) was 15 or more.
一方、比較例1に示すように、質量比(A)/(B)が15未満である場合には、色調安定性が良好でなかった。また、比較例2~5に示すように、(B)黒401を含有し(A)紫401を含有しない場合には、目標の色調どおりであるものの、色調安定性が良好でなかった。また、比較例6に示すように、(B)黒401を含有しない場合であっても(C)酸を含有しない場合には、色調安定性が良好でなかった。なお、比較例6では、染毛料組成物の染毛力が低く毛束が染まりにくかったため、目標とする色調どおりかという観点では評価することが難しかった。 On the other hand, as shown in Comparative Example 1, when the mass ratio (A)/(B) was less than 15, the color stability was not good. また、実施例1、3~8に係る、(D)成分を含有する染毛料組成物は、実施例2に係る、(D)成分を含有しない染毛料組成物よりも、地肌汚れが抑制されていた。

(C)酸を含有し、
前記(C)酸が、レブリン酸、コハク酸、リン酸、及びピロリドンカルボン酸のうち、少なくともレブリン酸を含有し、
前記酸性染毛料組成物中における前記(C)酸の含有量に対する前記酸性染毛料組成物中における前記(A)紫401の含有量の質量比(A)/(C)が0.01以上0.2以下である、酸性染毛料組成物。 An acidic hair dye composition comprising:
