厚さ1.2mm、幅100mm、長さ395mm、高さ10mmの断面略L字型の塩ビ鋼板に、表3に記載のネジ孔を長さ方向の両端から35mm、幅方向端から10mmの位置に2か所設けた防水シート固定板を用い、防水シート固定板の固定性能試験を行った。試験方法は、合板(12mm×2枚)上に重ねた無機質板(10mm)の上に各防水シート固定板を載置し、呼び径3.8mm、ネジ頭径7.5mm、長さ32mmのフレキ形状の頭部を有するコースレッドビスである固定用ネジをネジ孔2か所に打ち込み防水シート固定板を固定した後、長さ400mm、幅150mm、厚さ2.0mmの塩化ビニル系防水シートを、熱風溶接機を用いて防水シート固定板に融着したものを試験体とし、各試験体を引張試験機に固定して図9に示すように防水シートを引張試験機のチャックに挟み、チャックを引張速度10mm/minで引っ張ったときの同変位における防水シート固定板の固定状態を確認した。また各試験体作成時の固定用ネジの突出高さも表3に示した。 A waterproof sheet fixing plate was used, which was a PVC steel plate with a roughly L-shaped cross section measuring 1.2 mm thick, 100 mm wide, 395 mm long and 10 mm high, with two screw holes as described in Table 3 located 35 mm from both ends in the longitudinal direction and 10 mm from both ends in the width direction, and a fixing performance test was conducted on the waterproof sheet fixing plate. 実施例11はチャックの変位が20mmの時点では防水シート固定板の固定状態に変化はなく固定保持しており、変位が40mmの時点では防水シート固定板が浮き上がりネジが外れた状態であった。実施例10においては変位が40mmの時点でも防水シート固定板の固定状態に変化はなく固定を保持していた。これより、各施工現場における防水シートの動きを想定し、ネジ孔の細孔の長さや幅を設定する必要があると言える。例えば、機械的固定工法においては防水シートが下地に対して部分的に固定されているため風などの影響を受け防水シートの変位は大きくなるためそれに耐え得る防水シート固定板の固定状態が必要となるが、接着工法においては全面接着を基本としているため防水シートの変位は小さく、接着工法における一部の立ち上がり部や段差部においては小さい変位に耐え得る防水シート固定板の固定状態を維持できれば十分である。 In Example 11, when the displacement of the chuck was 20 mm, the waterproof sheet fixing plate remained fixed and maintained its fixed state, and when the displacement was 40 mm, the waterproof sheet fixing plate rose up and the screw came loose.
