Description

The present invention relates to a method for transporting a strip-shaped member in a process for producing a rehabilitation pipe from the strip-shaped member within an existing pipe.

老朽化した下水管等の既設管を例えばSPR(Spiral Pipe Renewal)工法によって更生することは公知である。 It is well known to rehabilitate existing pipes such as deteriorated sewer pipes using, for example, the SPR (Spiral Pipe Renewal) method. In this SPR method, a pipe-making machine is used to spirally wind a strip-shaped member (profile) inside the existing pipe, and the edges of adjacent wound sections are fitted together in a single rotation to produce a rehabilitated pipe and line the existing pipe.

As shown in Patent Documents 1 and 2, the strip-shaped material is given a curl. This strip-shaped material is introduced into the manhole from a drum installed on the ground near the manhole, and is then passed through the rehabilitated pipe in the middle of being made and is supplied to the pipe making machine located at the tip of the rehabilitated pipe.

Patent No. 6832109

The belt-shaped member is transported in a spiral shape to the pipe making machine, and this transportation is entirely done by workers. When the existing pipe is long, multiple workers are stationed, for example at 30m intervals, and transport the belt-shaped member by hand. Therefore, when the diameter of the rehabilitating pipe is large and the existing pipe is long, the weight of the belt-shaped member becomes large, forcing workers to do heavy work. When a highly rigid belt-shaped member is used, or when it is transported while water is flowing through it, the work becomes even more difficult.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a method for transporting a spiral body made of a strip-shaped member before the wound portions are connected through a rehabilitating pipe toward a pipe making location in a process of producing a rehabilitated pipe while stretching it by spirally winding a strip-shaped member with a winding tendency inside an existing pipe and connecting adjacent wound portions, the method being characterized in that the spiral body is transported toward the pipe making location by hanging a hooking tool on the wound portion of the spiral body and towing the hooking tool with a towing device.
According to the above method, the helical body made of the belt-shaped member is pulled by the pulling device, thereby reducing the burden on the worker.

Preferably, with the operation of the pipe making machine stopped, the helical body consisting of one continuous turn of belt-shaped material is transported toward the pipe making machine by the traction device in one go.
According to the above method, it is not necessary to transport the strip-shaped material in accordance with the operation of the pipe making machine. Also, the pitch of the strip-shaped material fed to the pipe making machine is stable, which reduces the load on the pipe making machine and enables stable pipe making.

Preferably, the hook is hung at a plurality of locations spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the spiral body.
According to the above method, the spiral body can be transported stably.

More preferably, the hooking device has a pair of cords and a plurality of hanging members stretched between the pair of cords at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the pair of cords, the hanging members being hung on the winding portion of the spiral body.
According to the above method, the belt-shaped material can be transported more stably.

Preferably, the spiral body is pulled in a state in which the hanging member of the hook is hung below the center of the wound portion and above the lowest part of the wound portion.
According to the above method, the hanging member can be stably hung on the wound portion, and the spiral body can be transported efficiently and stably.

Another aspect of the present invention is a hanging device used when transporting a spiral body consisting of a belt-shaped material for rehabilitation pipes with a curled tendency, characterized in that it comprises a pair of cords and a number of hanging members stretched between the pair of cords at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the pair of cords.
According to the above configuration, the structure is simple and not bulky, yet can be reliably hooked onto the spiral body.

Preferably, the hanging member extends linearly. With this configuration, it can be hung reliably on the winding portion of the spiral body.
More preferably, the hanging member is made of a straight tube and has a slit extending in the axial direction over its entire length. With this configuration, even if the hanging member hits the belt-shaped member hard, the hanging member will not damage the belt-shaped member due to its elasticity.

Preferably, the hanging member is flexible. This configuration makes it easy to attach to the spiral body.

The present invention can reduce the burden of transporting strip-shaped materials to a pipe making machine.

One embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The existing pipe 1 shown in FIG. 1A is, for example, a sewer pipe, and is laid between manholes 2A and 2B. The deteriorated existing pipe 1 is rehabilitated by lining its inner circumference with a rehabilitation pipe 3.

The rehabilitation pipe 3 is manufactured from a strip-shaped member (profile) 10. As shown in Fig. 2, the strip-shaped member 10 has a main strip 11 made of synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride and a reinforcing strip 12 made of metal such as steel, and extends long in a strip shape with the same cross section. A female fitting portion 11a is formed on one widthwise edge of the main strip 11, and a male fitting portion 11b is formed on the other widthwise edge. The male fitting portion 11a has a shape complementary to the groove of the female fitting portion 11b.
The strip-shaped member 10 is transported to the site in a state where it is wound around a cylindrical drum. The drum is provided with a curl forming device. During construction, the strip-shaped member 10 pulled out from the drum passes through the curl forming device, whereby the strip-shaped member 10 is curled to a smaller diameter than the rehabilitating pipe 3. Note that the strip-shaped member 10 is curled to a certain extent by being wound around the drum. If the strip-shaped member 10 is curled to a smaller diameter than the rehabilitating pipe 3, there is no need to pass the curl forming device.

The outline of the lining process for a rehabilitating pipe will be described below. Note that this lining process can be performed even when water is flowing through the existing pipe 1.
The first step in the lining process
As shown in Fig. 1A, the belt-shaped member 10 is wound around a drum 4 installed on the ground near the starting manhole 2A in a state where the belt-shaped member 10 is curled to a smaller diameter than the rehabilitating pipe 3. The belt-shaped member 10 is pulled out from the drum 4 into the manhole 2A and supplied to a pipe making machine 5 installed near the end of the existing pipe 1. The pipe making machine 5 wraps the belt-shaped member 10 with the curled member 10 to a predetermined diameter while pinching and pressing the edges of adjacent wound portions (parts that are one turn apart) in the thickness direction, thereby fitting the female fitting portion 11a of one wound portion with the male fitting portion 11b of the other wound portion to produce the rehabilitating pipe 3. A hydraulic device 6 is disposed in the existing pipe 1 near the pipe making machine 5, and the hydraulic device 6 receives electric power from a generator 7 installed on the ground near the destination manhole 2B to drive the pipe making machine 5.

As described above, the pipe making machine 5 connects a new winding of the band-shaped member 10 to the winding of the band-shaped member 10 located at the tip of the rehabilitated pipe 3, and the rehabilitated pipe 3 extends toward the arrival manhole 2B. In FIG. 1A, this pipe making direction is indicated by the symbol S. The band-shaped member 10 is supplied from the manhole 2A through the rehabilitated pipe 3 in the middle of being made, to the pipe making machine 5 at the tip of the rehabilitated pipe 3. The pipe making machine 5 moves (self-propelled) toward the manhole 2B as the rehabilitated pipe 3 extends.

When the supply of one drum's worth of strip-shaped material 10 has been completed, a new drum 4 of strip-shaped material 10 is supplied, and the end of the strip-shaped material 10 located at the tip of the rehabilitated pipe 3 is connected to the beginning of the new strip-shaped material 10 to continue the production of the rehabilitated pipe 3.

When the pipe making machine 5 located at the tip of the rehabilitated pipe 3 in the second stage of the lining process exceeds a predetermined distance from the end of the existing pipe 1 on the manhole 2A side and the supply of one drum's worth of strip-shaped material 10 is completed, the operation of the pipe making machine 5 is stopped and the transportation of the strip-shaped material 10 according to the present invention and the production of the rehabilitated pipe 3 by the pipe making machine 5 are repeated, as described in detail below.

A reel 8 with a hook 20 wound around it is placed in manhole 2A, a winch 9 (traction device) is placed on the ground near manhole 2B, and a roller 9a is placed near the end of the existing pipe 1 on the manhole 2B side.

As shown in Figure 3, the hook 20 has a pair of wires 21 (cords) and multiple hanging members 22 extending in straight lines that are stretched across the pair of wires 21, forming a ladder shape. The hanging members 22 are, for example, 500 to 700 mm long and are placed at regular intervals, for example 1 m apart, along the wire 21, with both ends fixed to the wire 21. As shown in Figure 4, the hanging members 22 are made of a solid tube made of resin such as polyvinyl chloride resin, and have slits 22a formed in the tube that extend in the axial direction along their entire length.

The rear end of the wire 21 extends from the hanging member 22, and this extension serves as the assistant's grip 21a. The specific gravity of the hook 20 is greater than that of water. The wire 21 and hanging member 22 of the hook 20 are preferably covered so that even if dirt adheres to them, they can be washed away with water.

The belt-shaped member 2 with the curl is introduced into the manhole 2A from the drum 4, and then introduced into the rehabilitated pipe 3 from the end of the pipe. At this time, the hook 20 is pulled out from the reel 8 along the bottom of the rehabilitated pipe 3 toward the manhole 2B in time with the introduction of the belt-shaped member 2. At this time, as shown in Figures 5 and 6, the hanging member 22 is inserted into the belt-shaped member 10 with the curl at a predetermined pitch.

In the manner described above, a spiral body C having a hook 20 attached thereto is obtained, as shown in Fig. 1C. This spiral body C is made of a continuous belt-shaped member 10 for one drum (one turn).
1D, a wire 30 (traction rope) is pulled out from the winch 9, hung over a roller 9a, passed through the pipe making machine 5, and connected to the tip of the hooking tool 20. That is, the tip of the wire 30 branches into two, and these branched parts 31 are respectively connected to the tips of the pair of wires 21 of the hooking tool 20. When the winch 9 is driven in this state to pull the wire 30, the hooking tool 20 is pulled toward the manhole 2B, and the spiral C hooked at a predetermined pitch to the hanging member 22 of the hooking tool 20 is transported toward the pipe making machine 5.

As shown in Figures 5 and 6, the hanging member 22 of the hook member 20 is hung not at the lowest part of the wound portion of the belt-shaped member 10 (the part that contacts the bottom of the rehabilitation pipe 3) but above it (but below the center of the wound portion), so the wound portion does not tilt significantly and the spiral body C can be transported stably. Also, because the belt-shaped member 10 is transported while being hooked by multiple hanging members 22, no large force is applied locally and the spiral body C can be transported stably. Furthermore, as shown in Figure 6, the hanging members 22 come into contact with two places, one on the left and one on the right of the wound portion, which also allows for stable transport.

The hanging member 22 has a slit 22a in the axial direction and can elastically deform in the radial direction, so it does not damage the belt-shaped member 10.

It is preferable that the hanging member 22 hits the winding portion of the spiral body C at a planned height. Because the specific gravity of the hooking device 20 is greater than that of water, the hooking device 20 can be prevented from floating up due to the water flowing through the existing pipe 1. In addition, the caregiver M can hold the assistant grips 21a at the rear ends of the pair of wires 21 in his or her hands and maintain the hanging member 22 approximately horizontally at the planned height.

As shown in FIG. 1E, when the leading end of the transported strip member 10 reaches the pipe making machine 5, it is preferable to push the rear end of the strip member 10 to reduce the pitch of the strip member 10. This is to reduce the load on the pipe making machine 5.

Next, the end of the strip-shaped member of the rehabilitated pipe 3 in the middle of pipe production is connected to the beginning of the strip-shaped member 10 of the transported spiral body C, and pipe production of the rehabilitated pipe 3 is resumed by the pipe production machine 5. At this time, pipe production can be performed with the hooking device 20 left on the spiral body C, but it may also be removed from the spiral body C before pipe production is resumed. This hooking device 20 is not bulky, as it is simply a hanging member 22 connected by a wire 21.

By repeatedly transporting the spiral body C made of the above-mentioned wound strip-shaped member 10 and forming the rehabilitated pipe 3 with the pipe making machine 5, the rehabilitated pipe 3 is stretched, and eventually the tip of the rehabilitated pipe 3 and the pipe making machine 5 reach the pipe end of the manhole 2B of the existing pipe 1. This completes the pipe making process of the rehabilitated pipe 3, i.e., the process of lining the existing pipe 1.

If the inner diameter of the existing pipe 1 is 1500 mm, the inner diameter of the rehabilitation pipe 3 is 1360 mm, the inner diameter of the winding tendency of the strip-shaped member 10 is 1210 mm, the width of the main surface of the strip-shaped member 10 exposed on the inner surface of the rehabilitation pipe 3 is 97 mm, and the total length of the strip-shaped member 10 for one drum is approximately 200 m, the length of the rehabilitation pipe produced for one drum is approximately 4.5 m.

The hanging members 22 of the hook 20 are arranged at intervals of 1 m and are inserted into the spiral body C at intervals of 2 pitches. The hanging members 22 have an outer diameter of 15 mm and a length of 500 mm.
The length of the spiral body C for one drum is about 27 m, the number of turns is about 53, and the hook 20 has about 30 hanging members 22.
In the above case, when the pipe making machine 5 reaches a position more than 30 m from the pipe end on the manhole 2A side of the existing pipe 1 and finishes supplying one drum's worth of strip-shaped material 10, the first stage is shifted to the second stage.

Another specific example will be described.
The inner diameter of the existing pipe 1 is 1200 mm, the inner diameter of the rehabilitation pipe 3 is 1090 mm, the inner diameter of the winding tendency of the strip-shaped member 10 is 940 mm, the width of the main surface of the strip-shaped member 10 exposed on the inner surface of the rehabilitation pipe 3 is 85 mm, and the total length of one drum of the strip-shaped member 10 is approximately 300 m.
The hanging members 22 of the hook 20 are arranged at intervals of 1 m and are inserted into the spiral body C at intervals of 3 pitches. The hanging members 22 have an outer diameter of 15 mm and a length of 500 mm.
The length of the spiral body C for one drum is about 33 m, the number of turns is about 100, and the hook 20 has about 35 hanging members 22.
In the above case, when the pipe making machine 5 reaches a position 35 m beyond the pipe end on the manhole 2A side of the existing pipe 1 and finishes supplying one drum's worth of strip-shaped material 10, the process shifts from the first stage to the second stage.

In the above embodiment, one drum's worth of the curled strip-shaped member 10 may be introduced into the rehabilitating pipe 3 with the ladder-shaped hook 20 placed over the entire length of the pipe bottom of the rehabilitating pipe 3.

The hanging member of the hook may be a flexible wire or rope. In this case, the hanging member sinks along the bottom of the rehabilitated pipe 3, so an assistant must hold the assistant grip 21a of the wire 21 and pull the hanging member up above the bottom of the rehabilitated pipe 3. If the hanging member is flexible, it is preferable to introduce a curled belt-shaped member into the rehabilitated pipe with the hook placed over its entire length on the bottom of the rehabilitated pipe 3.

When the strip-shaped member is introduced into the rehabilitation pipe, the hook may be temporarily fixed to the side or top of the strip-shaped member, and after the introduction of the strip-shaped member is completed, the spiral body may be rotated to position the hook at the bottom.

In the above embodiment, the spiral C consisting of one drum's worth of continuous strip material 10 was transported at one time, but if the strip material to be wound around the drum is long, a spiral consisting of a portion of the continuous strip material from the drum 4 to the pipe making machine 5 may be transported. In this case, too, the burden on the worker can be reduced.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
A rope may be used in place of the wire 21 of the hook 20 and the wire 30 of the winch 9.
The existing pipes may be water supply pipes, agricultural water pipes, hydroelectric power generation water pipes, gas pipes, tunnels, etc.
The belt-shaped members 10 do not have to be structured so that adjacent belt-shaped members 10 are directly connected to each other by fitting, etc. For example, adjacent belt-shaped members 10 may be structured so that they are indirectly connected to each other via a belt-shaped connecting member.
Instead of using a pipe making machine to form a rehabilitated pipe, the rehabilitated pipe may be made by hand.
The strip need not include metal reinforcements.
