Description

The present invention relates to an opening/closing body reinforcement device that reinforces an opening/closing body that separates the inside and outside.

Conventionally, a reinforcing structure for a shutter that acts as an opening and closing body, for example, to separate a window or a passageway, is described in Patent Document 1. This reinforcing structure comprises the shutter, a latch that extends to the left and right of the shutter on the inside or outside of the shutter, and a pair of latch guides that support the latch from both the left and right sides. With the reinforcing structure configured as described above, the latch is supported by the pair of latch guides on the outside or inside of the shutter, so that the shutter, which has been bent by a strong wind, for example, comes into contact with the latch, thereby reinforcing the shutter.

In the reinforcing structure described in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, the bent shutter abuts against the latch, thereby reinforcing the shutter. Therefore, for example, if the latch is positioned inside the shutter and the shutter is blown inward by a strong wind from outside, the reinforcing structure allows the shutter to bend until it comes into contact with the latch, since the latch is simply supported by the pair of latch guides on the inside of the shutter. Therefore, there is a risk that the reinforcing structure may not provide sufficient reinforcement for the shutter.

Therefore, the present invention aims to provide an opening/closing body reinforcement device that can sufficiently reinforce the opening/closing body such as the shutter.

The present invention is an opening/closing body reinforcement device that reinforces a door-like opening/closing body that is formed in a structure that separates the inside from the outside and that closes an opening defined by upper and lower edges that face each other in the vertical direction of the structure and left and right edges that face each other in the horizontal direction, and is provided with a reinforcing member that is provided on the inside or outside of the opening/closing body and is formed in an elongated shape along the surface direction of the opening/closing surface of the opening/closing body, and a locking portion that is attached to the reinforcing member, and the reinforcing member has one side and the other side in the elongated direction, and the other side is fixed along the surface direction of the opening/closing surface with the one side as a fulcrum. The one side portion is pivoted to one of the left and right edges by a swing shaft perpendicular to the opening and closing surface so that it can swing about the opening and closing surface, and is configured to be switchable between a stored state in which the other side portion approaches the one edge and its longitudinal direction is aligned with the longitudinal direction of the one edge, and an unfolded state in which the other side portion swings from the stored state in a direction away from the one edge, and the locking portion is attached between the one side portion and the other side portion of the reinforcing member and is configured to lock onto the opening and closing body when in the unfolded state.

According to the above configuration, when the other side portion swings in a direction away from the left edge portion or the right edge portion, the reinforcing member switches from the stored state to the deployed state, so that the locking portion can lock onto the opening/closing body and prevent the opening/closing body from bending.

The present invention also relates to an opening/closing body reinforcement device that is formed on a structure that separates the inside from the outside and reinforces a door-like opening/closing body that closes an opening defined by upper and lower edges that face each other in the vertical direction of the structure and left and right edges that face each other in the horizontal direction, the reinforcement device comprising: a reinforcing member that is provided on the inside or outside of the opening/closing body and is formed in an elongated shape along the surface direction of the opening/closing surface of the opening/closing body; and a locking portion that is attached to the reinforcing member, the reinforcing member having one side and the other side in the elongated direction, the other side being supported by the one side as a fulcrum and extending in the surface direction of the opening/closing surface. The one side portion is pivoted relative to one of the upper and lower edges by a swing axis perpendicular to the opening and closing surface so as to swing along the direction, and is configured to be switchable between a stored state in which the other side portion approaches the one edge portion and the longitudinal direction is along the longitudinal direction of the one edge portion, and an unfolded state in which the other side portion swings from the stored state in a direction away from the one edge portion, and the locking portion may be attached between the one side portion and the other side portion of the reinforcing member and configured to lock onto the opening and closing body when in the unfolded state.

According to the above configuration, when the other side portion swings in a direction away from the upper edge portion or the lower edge portion, the reinforcing member switches from the stored state to the deployed state, so that the locking portion can lock onto the opening/closing body and prevent the opening/closing body from bending.

The locking portion may be configured to lock the reinforcing member to the opening/closing body when the reinforcing member is in the deployed state and to release the locking from the opening/closing body when the reinforcing member is in the stored state, and the locking portion may be configured to be able to switch between the locking and the release of the locking in response to switching between the deployed state and the stored state of the reinforcing member.

The opening/closing body reinforcement device configured as described above is configured so that the locking portion can be switched between locking and unlocking with respect to the opening/closing body in response to switching between the deployed state and the stored state of the reinforcing member. Therefore, an operator can switch between locking and unlocking of the locking portion with respect to the opening/closing body simply by switching the state of the reinforcing member.

The opening/closing body may also be configured to include a locked portion to which the locking portion can be locked, and the locking portion may include a locking main body that locks to the inside or outside of the locked portion, and the locking main body may be configured to lock to the locked portion when the reinforcing member is in the deployed state, and to release the locking main body from the locked portion when the reinforcing member is in the stored state.

According to the above configuration, when the reinforcing member is in the deployed state, the locking main body is configured to lock onto the locked portion, and when the reinforcing member is in the stored state, the locking main body is configured to release its lock onto the locked portion. Therefore, an operator can switch between locking the locking main body to the locked portion and releasing the locking simply by switching the state of the reinforcing member.

As described above, according to the opening/closing body reinforcement device of the present invention, by switching the reinforcing member from the stored state to the deployed state and engaging the locking portion attached between the one side portion and the other side portion of the reinforcing member with the opening/closing body, it is possible to prevent the opening/closing body from bending, thereby sufficiently reinforcing the opening/closing body.

Next, we will explain one embodiment of the opening and closing body reinforcement device according to the present invention.

In the following explanation, the top and bottom of FIG. 1 will be specified as the "top-bottom direction," and the left and right will be specified as the "left-right direction." Additionally, the direction perpendicular to the paper surface of FIG. 1 will be specified as the "inside-out direction."

The opening/closing body reinforcement device according to the present invention reinforces, from the inside or outside, an opening/closing body such as a window, door, storm shutter, or shutter that closes an opening formed in a structure. In this embodiment, the opening/closing body reinforcement device 1 is assumed to be disposed inside the opening/closing body 7, that is, as shown in FIG. 1, the opening/closing body reinforcement device 1 reinforces the opening/closing body 7 from the inside.

The structure X separates the inside from the outside. An example of the structure X is a floor and a wall erected on the floor to separate the space. As shown in FIG. 1, the structure X defines an opening Y surrounded by an upper edge X10 and a lower edge X11 (specifically, the floor surface) that face each other in the vertical direction, and a left edge X13 and a right edge X12 that face each other in the horizontal direction. In this embodiment, the longitudinal direction of the upper edge X10 and the lower edge X11 is the horizontal direction, and the longitudinal direction of the left edge X13 and the right edge X12 is the vertical direction.

The opening/closing body 7 closes the opening Y. The opening/closing body 7 has an opening/closing surface 7a that closes the opening Y. As shown in Figures 1 and 4, the opening/closing body 7 of this embodiment has, as the opening/closing surface 7a, an inner surface 7b that closes the opening Y from the inside, and an outer surface (not shown) that closes the opening Y from the outside.

The opening/closing body 7 is door-shaped. The opening/closing body 7 of this embodiment is supported by the opposing left edge X13 and right edge X12, and opens and closes the opening Y by sliding up and down. Therefore, the opening/closing body 7 of this embodiment is sliding door-shaped. The opening/closing body 7 of this embodiment is configured to be stored in an opening/closing body storage section (not shown) attached above the upper edge X10 in the structure X, and to be able to be pulled out downward from the opening/closing body storage section. The opening/closing body 7 may be supported by the opposing upper edge X10 and lower edge X11, and may slide left and right. The opening/closing body 7 may also be configured as a hinged door.

The opening/closing body 7 includes a locking portion 703 that can be locked by the locking portion 3 described later. The opening/closing body 7 of this embodiment includes a plate portion 70 as the locking portion 703, as shown in Figs. 1 and 4. The inner surface 7b (opening/closing surface 7a) is formed by connecting a plurality of the plate portions 70. Specifically, the plate portion 70 of this embodiment is formed in a plate shape that is longer horizontally than vertically, as shown in Figs. 1 and 4. In addition, as shown in Figs. 3 and 6, the plate portion 70 includes a connecting portion 701 that connects the plate portions 70 to each other, and a abdomen 700 that connects the connecting portions 701. The connecting portion 701 is configured to connect the plate portions 70 to each other by spiraling at the upper and lower ends of the plate portions 70, and protrudes inward from the abdomen 700. On the other hand, the abdomen 700 is configured such that the ends in the vertical direction are continuous with the connecting portion 701 and are curved outward. Therefore, the plate portion 70 in this embodiment is formed in a concave shape with the upper and lower edges protruding inward. That is, the opening/closing body 7 in this embodiment has a concave plate portion 70 as the locked portion 703, and the locking main body portion 30 described below locks onto this locked portion 703, thereby locking the locking portion 3 to the opening/closing body.

As shown in Figs. 1, 2, 4, 5, and 8, the opening/closing body reinforcement device 1 of this embodiment is disposed inside the opening/closing body 7. This opening/closing body reinforcement device 1 is disposed along the vertical direction. Specifically, in Fig. 1, two opening/closing body reinforcements 1 are attached to the left edge portion X13 and the right edge portion X12, respectively. Therefore, in this embodiment, the two opening/closing body reinforcements 1 are configured to reinforce the opening/closing body 7. Therefore, of the two opening/closing body reinforcements 1 shown in Fig. 1, the left opening/closing body reinforcement device 1 will be described below, and the common configuration will also be used for the right opening/closing body reinforcement device 1.

The opening/closing body reinforcement device 1 includes a reinforcement member 2 that can be switched between a stored state shown in FIG. 1 and an expanded state shown in FIG. 4, and a locking portion 3 that is attached to the reinforcement member 2. The reinforcement member 2 in this embodiment is also configured to be switchable between an upright state shown in FIG. 2 and a tilted state shown in FIG. 8. In this embodiment, the stored state and the upright state are the same.

The reinforcing member 2 is formed in an elongated shape along the surface direction of the opening/closing surface 7a of the opening/closing body 7. The reinforcing member 2 also has one side portion 2A and the other side portion 2B in the elongated direction. The reinforcing member 2 in this embodiment has a reinforcing body 21 extending along the vertical direction in FIG. 1, a support portion 20 that attaches the reinforcing body 21 to the edge portions (X10, X11, X12, X13), and a leg portion 22 that supports the reinforcing body 21.

The support part 20 pivots the reinforcing body 21 to the edge parts (X10, X11, X12, X13) of the structure X. In this embodiment, the support part 20 is disposed at the upper end of the left edge part X13 as shown in Figs. 1, 2, 4, and 5. Specifically, the support part 20 includes a support body 200 that is U-shaped in plan view and is attached to the edge part, and a pivot part 201 that is attached to the support body 200 and pivots the reinforcing body 21 described below.

As shown in Figs. 2 and 4, the support body 200 of this embodiment includes a support fixing part 200A fixed to an edge part, and a pair of support members 200B that extend to the edge part opposite to the edge part to which the support fixing part 200A is fixed and support a shaft support part 201 described later. The support fixing part 200A is formed in a flat plate shape and is fixed to the upper side of the left edge part X13. On the other hand, the pair of support members 200B protrude so as to extend from the support fixing part 200A toward the right edge part X12. Specifically, as shown in Figs. 2 and 4, the pair of support members 200B are arranged at intervals in the inner and outer directions so that the elastic member 201B and the reinforcing body 21 described later can be arranged in the gap. In addition, the pair of support members 200B are formed with an insertion hole (not shown) for inserting the support shaft 201Aa described later in the inner and outer directions.

The shaft support portion 201 includes a shaft body portion 201A and an elastic member 201B. The shaft body portion 201A is attached to the support body 200 by being inserted into the pair of support members 200B. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the shaft body portion 201A of this embodiment is composed of a substantially cylindrical support shaft 201Aa and a nut 201Ab, and is attached by fastening the nut 201Ab to the support shaft 201Aa from the outside of the pair of support members 200B while the support shaft 201Aa is inserted into the insertion holes of the pair of support members 200B in the inward and outward direction. The support shaft 201Aa is inserted into a through hole (not shown) of the reinforcing body 21 described later, thereby pivotally supporting the reinforcing body 21 so as to be swingable along the opening and closing surface 7a of the opening and closing body 7. That is, the support shaft 201Aa of this embodiment is configured as a swing shaft perpendicular to the opening and closing surface 7a. The support shaft 201Aa is inserted through the elastic member 201B. Specifically, the elastic member 201B is sandwiched between the support member 200B on the left side of FIGS. 2 and 4 and the reinforcing body 21 described later, and the support shaft 201Aa is inserted through the elastic member 201B. Note that the elastic member 201B in this embodiment is a compression spring that is elastic in the extension direction. As shown in FIG. 8, the elastic member 201B is compressed when the other side portion 2B of the reinforcing member 2 is tilted in a direction away from the opening/closing body 7 (specifically, inward), and is elastic when the opening/closing body reinforcement 1 is returned to the state shown in FIG. 2.

The reinforcing body 21 is formed in an elongated shape. Specifically, the reinforcing body 21 of this embodiment is made of H-shaped steel. Therefore, as shown in Figures 1 and 4, the reinforcing body 21 of this embodiment has one frame portion 21a arranged on the left edge portion X13 side, the other frame portion 21b arranged on the right edge portion X12 side, and a connecting portion 21c that connects the one frame portion 21a and the other frame portion 21b.

In this embodiment, a through hole (not shown) is formed at the upper end side of the reinforcing body 21, penetrating the connecting portion 21c in the inward and outward directions. The support shaft 201Aa described above is inserted into this through hole. Therefore, the reinforcing body 21 in this embodiment is supported by the support portion 20, as shown in Figures 2 and 5. In addition, this through hole is formed to have a circular cross section. Therefore, the reinforcing body 21 can swing along the surface of the opening and closing body 7, centering on the support shaft 201Aa. That is, in this embodiment, the shaft body portion 201A, which is inserted into the elastic member 201B and extends inward and outward, is inserted into the through hole of the reinforcing body 21, and the shaft support portion 201 is supported by the support body 200 attached to the left edge portion X13, thereby forming one side portion 2A of the reinforcing member 2. Therefore, the one side portion 2A is pivoted relative to the left edge portion X13 by a swing shaft (specifically, the support shaft 201Aa) perpendicular to the opening and closing surface 7a. Therefore, the other side part 2B, which will be described later, swings along the surface direction of the opening and closing surface 7a, with the one side part 2A as a fulcrum.

The reinforcing body 21 includes an attachment portion 210a to which the locking portion 3 described later is attached. As shown in Figs. 2, 3, 5, and 6, the attachment portion 210a is formed on the surface of the reinforcing body 21 (specifically, the connecting portion 21c) facing the opening/closing body 7. The attachment portion 210a is also formed at the middle end of the reinforcing body 21. In this embodiment, the attachment portion 210a is formed as an insertion hole 210a that penetrates the connecting portion 21c in the inward and outward directions. The locking attachment portion 31 described later is inserted into this insertion hole 210a. Specifically, in this embodiment, the insertion hole 210a is formed so that when the reinforcing member 2 is in the stored state as shown in Figs. 1 and 3, the shaft portion 310a described later is pushed upward by the extension of the elastic member 311, and when the reinforcing member 2 is in the deployed state as shown in Figs. 4 and 6, the shaft portion 310a can be lowered downward by compressing the elastic member 311.

In this embodiment, a mounting hole 211 is formed at the lower end of the reinforcing body 21 for mounting the leg 22 described below. This mounting hole 211 is formed as a long hole that is long in the vertical direction so that the length of the reinforcing member 2 in the longitudinal direction can be changed by sliding the leg 22 described below in the vertical direction.

The leg 22 supports the reinforcing body 21. As shown in Figs. 1, 2, 4, 5, and 8, the leg 22 includes a leg body 220 that supports the reinforcing body 21, and a leg attachment 221 that attaches the leg body 220 to the reinforcing body 21. The leg body 220 includes a leg bone 220A that abuts against the edge of the structure X (in this embodiment, the lower edge X11), and a leg joint 220B that connects the leg bone 220A and the leg attachment 221. The leg bone 220A in this embodiment is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape. The lower surface 220Aa of the leg bone 220A abuts against the lower edge X11 (specifically, the ground) as shown in Figs. 1, 2, 4, and 5. Therefore, the lower surface 220Aa of the leg bone 220A in this embodiment is formed in a flat shape. On the other hand, a leg joint portion 220B is provided on the upper surface portion 220Ab of the leg bone portion 220A.

The leg joint 220B connects the leg attachment 221 and the leg body 220. Specifically, in this embodiment, the leg joint 220B is pivoted to the leg attachment 221 in the inward and outward directions as shown in FIG. 2. Therefore, the leg body 220 is configured to be swingable in the left-right direction relative to the leg attachment 221.

The leg attachment portion 221 attaches the leg main body 220 to the reinforcing body 21. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the leg attachment portion 221 in this embodiment is configured as a substantially elongated body, and is pivoted so that it overlaps with the attachment hole 211 of the connecting portion 21c at the lower end side of the reinforcing body 21. Therefore, by sliding the leg attachment portion 221 in the vertical direction of the attachment hole 211, the leg 22 can be slid in the vertical direction. Therefore, the other side portion 2B of the reinforcing member 2 in this embodiment can change its length in the vertical direction. That is, in this embodiment, the leg attachment portion 221 is pivoted to the attachment hole 211 of the reinforcing body 21, and the leg 22 is attached to the lower end side of the reinforcing body 21, thereby forming the other side portion 2B of the reinforcing member 2.

As described above, the reinforcing member 2 of this embodiment is configured to be switchable between a stored state in which the other side portion 2B approaches the left edge portion X13 and the longitudinal direction is aligned with the longitudinal direction of the left edge portion X13, as shown in FIG. 1, and an expanded state in which the other side portion 2B swings from the stored state in a direction away from the left edge portion X13, as shown in FIG. 4.

The reinforcing member 2 of this embodiment is configured so that the other side 2B can tilt in a direction away from the opening/closing body 7, with the one side 2A as a fulcrum. Specifically, by moving the lower end side of the reinforcing body 21 inward, the upper end side of the reinforcing body 21 compresses the elastic member 201B toward the support member 200B on the left side of FIG. 2, so that the other side of the reinforcing member 2 can tilt in a direction away from the opening/closing body 7, as shown in FIG. 8.

The locking portion 3 reinforces the opening/closing body 7 by locking it to the opening/closing body 7. As shown in FIG. 2, the locking portion 3 is attached between one side portion 2A and the other side portion 2B of the reinforcing member 2. The locking portion 3 in this embodiment protrudes toward the opening/closing body 7 at a midpoint of the reinforcing body 21. The locking portion 3 in this embodiment also includes a locking body portion 30 that locks to the inside of the locked portion 703, and a locking attachment portion 31 that is attached to the reinforcing body 21.

As shown in FIG. 3, the locking body 30 includes a base 30a, a clip portion 30b, and a biasing member 30c. One end of the base 30a is attached to the locking shaft portion 310 (described later), and the other end of the base 30a is attached to the clip portion 30b. The clip portion 30b includes a pair of claw portions 300 that fit between the upper and lower connecting portions 701.

3 and 5, the claw portion 300 includes a base end side protrusion 300a whose outer edge protrudes in a direction away from the axis perpendicular to the opening/closing surface 7a of the opening/closing body 7, a tip end side recess 300b that continues from the base end side protrusion 300a to the tip end side and whose outer edge is closer to the perpendicular axis side than the base end side protrusion 300a, and a tip end portion 300c formed at the tip. The outer edge of the tip end portion 300c protrudes in a direction away from the perpendicular axis more than the tip end side recess 300b.

In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 3 and 6, a biasing member 30c is sandwiched between the inner edges of a pair of opposing claws 300. This biasing member 30c is fitted onto a biasing shaft 300d that protrudes from the inner edge of the claws 300. This biasing member 30c is a compression spring that biases the pair of claws 300 in a direction that increases the distance between them. Therefore, the biasing member 30c pushes the inner edge of the claws 300 in a direction away from the axis perpendicular to the opening/closing surface 7a of the opening/closing body 7. Therefore, the distance between the claws 300 is kept constant, and the clip portion 30b is kept at a constant width.

As shown in FIG. 1, the locking portion 3 is configured to release the locking to the opening/closing body 7 (specifically, the locked portion 703) when the reinforcing member 2 is in the stored state. In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 7(a), in the left clip portion 30b, the upper claw portion 300 is inclined to the right and the lower claw portion 300 is inclined to the left. In addition, in the stored state of the reinforcing member 2, a part of the tip side recess 300b abuts on the upper and lower connecting portions 701, and the tip portion 300c is disposed on the abdominal 700 side from the connecting portion 701, so that the pair of claw portions 300 (specifically, the tip side recess 300b and the tip portion 300c) are fitted between the upper and lower connecting portions 701. In addition, in the right clip portion, the upper claw portion 300 is inclined to the left and the lower claw portion 300 is inclined to the right.

As shown in FIG. 4, the locking portion 3 is configured to lock onto the opening/closing body 7 when the reinforcing member 2 is in an unfolded state. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, when the reinforcing member 2 is in an unfolded state, the pair of claw portions 300 face each other in the vertical direction, and the entire outer edge of the tip recess 300b abuts against the connecting portion 701. In addition, the outer edge of the tip portion 300c is arranged along the left-right direction.

The locking portion 3 is configured to be able to switch between locking and unlocking with the opening/closing body 7 in accordance with switching between the deployed state and the stored state of the reinforcing member 2. Thus, the locking main body 30 locks to the locked portion 703 when the reinforcing member 2 is in the deployed state, and releases the lock from the locked portion 703 when the reinforcing member 2 is in the stored state. Specifically, the locking main body 30 switches between locking and unlocking with the locked portion 703 by changing the orientation of the locking main body 30 relative to the locked portion 703 of the opening/closing body 7. The orientation of the locking main body 30 relative to the locked portion 703 changes as the reinforcing member 2 swings between the deployed state and the stored state.

In this embodiment, the locking body 30 is configured to be able to approach and move away from the locked portion 703 when the locking to the locking portion 703 of the opening/closing body 7 is released. Specifically, as shown in Figs. 3 and 7(a), when the reinforcing member 2 is in an upright state (storage state), a pair of claws 300 (specifically, the tip recess 300b and the tip 300c) fit between the upper and lower connecting portions 701. Therefore, by moving the lower end side of the reinforcing body 21 inward from the opening/closing body 7, the locking body 30 also moves inward, so that the locking body 30 can be removed from the locked portion 703 as shown in Fig. 8. Therefore, by switching the reinforcing member 2 to a tilted state, the locking body 30 moves away from the locked portion 703. In addition, when the locking body 30 comes out of the locked portion 703, the biasing member 30c pushes the pair of claws 300 in a direction away from the axis perpendicular to the opening/closing surface 7a of the opening/closing body 7, increasing the width of the clip portion 30b.

On the other hand, as the reinforcing member 2 is switched from the tilted state to the upright state, the locking body 30 fits into the locked portion 703 as shown in FIG. 2. Specifically, by bringing the lower end side of the reinforcing body 21 closer to the opening/closing body 7, the pair of claws 300 (specifically, the tip recess 300b and the tip 300c) approach the plate portion 70. Then, when the tip 300c hits the upper and lower connecting portions 701, the pair of claws 300 come closer to each other, and the width of the clip portion 30b narrows, causing the biasing member 30c to contract. Then, the pair of claws 300 fit inside the vertical space between the connecting portions 701. That is, the locking body 30 approaches the locked portion 703 in a state where it is no longer locked to the locked portion 703.

2 and 3, the locking attachment portion 31 includes a locking shaft portion 310 attached to the locking body portion 30, and an elastic member 311 for maintaining the locking portion 3 moving in the up-down direction of the attachment portion 210a (specifically, the insertion hole). The locking shaft portion 310 includes a shaft portion 310a having a width in the left-right direction substantially the same as that of the attachment portion 210a of the reinforcing body 21, which can be inserted into the insertion hole 210a, and a shaft fixing portion 310b (specifically, a nut) for fixing the shaft portion 310a in a state where it is inserted into the insertion hole 210a. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the locking shaft portion 310 is attached to the attachment portion 210a by fixing the shaft fixing portion 310b from the tip side and base end side of the shaft portion 310a with the shaft portion 310a inserted into the insertion hole 210a. The portion of the shaft 310a that is inserted into the insertion hole 210a is formed in a square prism shape. This prevents the shaft 310a from rotating around an axis perpendicular to the opening/closing surface 7a of the opening/closing body 7.

The telescopic member 311 moves the shaft portion 310a inserted into the insertion hole 210a in the vertical direction. This telescopic member 311 is arranged below the shaft portion 310a extending in the inward and outward direction. Specifically, this telescopic member 311 is composed of a cylindrical lower tube portion 311a whose one end is fixed to the connecting portion 21c that defines the insertion hole 210a and whose other end is open, a cylindrical upper tube portion 311b whose one end is attached to the shaft portion 310a and whose other end side is fitted inside the lower tube portion 311a, and a compression spring 311c that is elastically stretched and housed in a tube that communicates with the lower tube portion 311a and the upper tube portion 311b that is fitted inside it. Therefore, in the telescopic member 311 of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the compression spring 311c elastically moves inside the connected tube, pushing the upper tube portion 311b upward, thereby supporting the shaft portion 310a.

When the reinforcing member 2 is in the stored state, the locking attachment portion 31 is disposed above the insertion hole 210a. Specifically, the locking shaft portion 310 is disposed above the insertion hole 210a by the upper tube portion 311b being pushed up to the upper side of the insertion hole 210a by the elasticity of the compression spring 311c. On the other hand, when the reinforcing member 2 is in the deployed state, the locking attachment portion 31 is moved to the lower side of the insertion hole 210a. Specifically, as the other side portion 2B of the reinforcing member 2 swings along the opening and closing surface 7a of the opening and closing body 7, the insertion hole 210a moves upward while moving in a direction away from the left edge portion X13. However, when the reinforcing member 2 switches from the stored state to the deployed state, the locking shaft portion 310 does not move upward because the locking main body portion 30 is fitted between the upper and lower connecting portions 701 as shown in Figures 3 and 6. Therefore, when the reinforcing member 2 switches to the deployed state, the insertion hole 210a moves upward, and the lower cylinder portion 311a, fitted onto the upper cylinder portion 311b, moves toward the locking shaft portion 310, compressing the compression spring 311c. Therefore, as the expandable member 311 contracts, the locking shaft portion 310 moves relatively downward to the insertion hole 210a.

The above is an explanation of the configuration of the opening/closing body reinforcement device 1 of this embodiment. Next, we will explain the procedure for reinforcing the opening/closing body 7 with the opening/closing body reinforcement device 1 of this embodiment.

When reinforcing the opening/closing body 7 with the opening/closing body reinforcement device 1 of this embodiment, it is necessary to engage the locking portion 3 with the opening/closing body 7. To do this, it is necessary to change the opening/closing body reinforcement device 1 of this embodiment from the state shown in FIG. 1 to the state shown in FIG. 4. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, when the opening/closing body reinforcement device 1 of this embodiment is in a state in which it is extended in the vertical direction, the reinforcing member 2 is in a stored state. When the reinforcing member 2 is in the stored state, the locking main body portion 30 is in a state in which it is released from being locked to the locked portion 703. Therefore, by swinging the other side portion 2B in a direction away from the left edge portion X13 along the surface direction of the opening/closing surface 7a, the reinforcing member 2 is switched to the deployed state, and the locking main body portion 30 is locked to the locked portion 703.

In this embodiment, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, when the reinforcing member 2 is in the stored state, the lower surface 220Aa of the leg bone portion 220A abuts against the lower edge portion X11 (specifically, the floor surface). Therefore, first, the leg portion 22 is slid upwards to the reinforcing body 21, shortening the other side portion 2B of the reinforcing member 2 in the vertical direction.

Then, the other side 2B of the reinforcing member 2 is swung in a direction away from the left edge X13 (specifically, toward the right edge) along the surface direction of the opening/closing surface 7a of the opening/closing body 7. Here, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the support shaft 201Aa perpendicular to the opening/closing surface 7a is inserted into the through hole of the connecting portion 21c, so that the reinforcing body 21 is supported by the support portion 20. Therefore, by swinging the lower end side of the reinforcing body 21 toward the right edge X12, the other side 2B of the reinforcing member 2 is swung toward the right edge X12.

In this embodiment, the locking portion 3 attached to the reinforcing member 2 also swings with the swinging of the other side portion 2B of the reinforcing member 2. Specifically, as shown in Figs. 1, 3, and 7(a), when the reinforcing member 2 is in the stored state, the pair of claws 300 fitted between the upper and lower connecting portions 701 are in a state in which the upper claw 300 is inclined to the right and the lower claw 300 is inclined to the left. Then, a part of the tip side recess 300b abuts against the upper and lower connecting portions 701, and the tip portion 300c is disposed on the abdomen 700 side rather than the connecting portion 701. From that state, with the swinging of the reinforcing member 2, the locking main body portion 30 moves toward the right edge portion, and the pair of claws 300 rotate counterclockwise relative to the locked portion 703 to face each other in the vertical direction. As a result, as shown in FIG. 7B, the biasing member 30c biases the clip portion 30b to widen, the entire outer edge of the tip recess 300b abuts against the connecting portion 701, and the outside of the tip portion 300c extends in the left-right direction. In this way, the locking body 30 switches from a released state to a locked state with the locked portion 703.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, as the other side portion 2B of the reinforcing member 2 swings, the insertion hole 210a moves upward while moving in a direction away from the left edge portion X13. On the other hand, since the pair of claw portions 300 are fitted between the upper and lower connecting portions 701, the locking portion 3 does not move upward. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, as the other side portion 2B of the reinforcing member 2 swings, the lower surface of the insertion hole 210a approaches the locking shaft portion 310 while compressing the elastic member 311, so that the locking shaft portion 310 is relatively positioned below the insertion hole 210a.

Then, the leg 22 is slid to lengthen the other side 2B of the reinforcing member 2. Then, in order to bring the lower surface 220Aa of the leg bone 220A into contact with the ground, the leg body 220 is swung along the surface of the opening/closing body 7, with the leg joint 220B as the fulcrum. This allows the opening/closing body reinforcement 1 of this embodiment to change from the state shown in FIG. 1 to the state shown in FIG. 4. Therefore, the locking main body 30 locks with the locked portion 703, so that the opening/closing body 7 can be reinforced with the opening/closing body reinforcement 1 of this embodiment. Note that when changing the opening/closing body reinforcement 1 from the state shown in FIG. 4 to the state shown in FIG. 1, the above steps are reversed.

Next, we will explain how to switch the reinforcing member 2 from an upright state to a tilted state.

In this embodiment, for example, when connecting the inside and outside, it is necessary to slide the opening/closing body 7. Here, when the reinforcing member 2 is in an upright state, the locking main body part 30 is in an unlocked state and fits into the locked part 703 of the opening/closing body 7. Therefore, when sliding the opening/closing body 7, it is necessary to switch the reinforcing member 2, which is in an upright state, to a tilted state and remove the locking main body part 30 from the locked part 703.

When switching the upright reinforcing member 2 to a tilted state, first, the leg 22 is slid to shorten the other side 2B of the reinforcing member 2. Then, using the one side 2A as a fulcrum, the other side 2B is tilted in a direction away from the opening/closing body 7. In this embodiment, the upper end side of the reinforcing body 21 compresses the elastic member 201B toward the left support member 200B shown in Figures 2 and 8, while the lower end side of the reinforcing body 21 is moved inward.

At this time, the locking body 30 separates from the locked portion 703. Specifically, when the locking portion 3 is released from the locked portion 703, as shown in FIG. 7(a), the upper claw portion 300 is inclined to the right and the lower claw portion 300 is inclined to the left. In addition, a part of the tip side recess 300b abuts against the upper and lower connecting portions 701, and the tip portion 300c is disposed closer to the abdomen 700 side than the connecting portion 701, so that the pair of claw portions 300 (specifically, the tip side recess 300b and the tip portion 300c) are fitted between the upper and lower connecting portions 701. Therefore, as the lower side of the reinforcing body 21 moves inward, the pair of claw portions 300 also move inward, and the locking body 30 comes off the locked portion 703. After that, the biasing member 30c biases the clip portion 30b to widen its width.

Here, in this embodiment, the elastic member 311 is inserted into the insertion hole 210a. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 8, the elastic member 311 stretches, and after being removed from the locked portion 703, the locking shaft portion 310 and the locking main body portion 30 are prevented from dropping below the insertion hole 210a.

Finally, the leg 22 is extended by sliding the shaft below the mounting hole 211, lengthening the reinforcing member 2 and bringing the lower surface 220Aa of the leg bone 220A into contact with the lower edge X11 (floor surface). In this manner, in this embodiment, the reinforcing member 2 in the upright state is switched to a tilted state. On the other hand, when switching the reinforcing member 2 in the tilted state to the upright state, the above steps are reversed.

When the reinforcing member 2 in the tilted state is switched to the upright state, the locking portion 3 moves in a direction approaching the opening/closing body 7. At this time, the tip portion 300c comes into contact with the upper and lower connecting portions 701, bringing the pair of claw portions 300 closer together, narrowing the width of the clip portion 30b and contracting the biasing member 30c. As a result, the pair of claw portions 300 fit vertically inside the connecting portions 701. Therefore, the locking main body portion 30 fits into the locked portion 703 in a state where it is released from the locking of the locked portion 703.

As described above, according to the opening/closing body reinforcement device 1 of this embodiment, the other side portion 2B swings along the opening/closing surface 7a in a direction away from the left edge portion X13, and the reinforcing member 2 switches from the stored state to the deployed state, so that the locking portion 3 can be locked to the opening/closing body 7 and bending of the opening/closing body 7 can be prevented. Specifically, when the reinforcing member 2 is switched from the stored state to the deployed state, the locking main body portion 30 in the unlocked state locks to the locked portion 703, so bending of the plate portion 70 serving as the locked portion 703 can be prevented.

In addition, the opening/closing body reinforcement device 1 of the present invention is configured so that the locking portion 3 can be switched between locking to the opening/closing body 7 and releasing the locking when the reinforcing member 2 is switched between the deployed state and the stored state. Therefore, the operator can switch between locking the locking portion 3 to the opening/closing body 7 and releasing the locking by simply switching the state of the reinforcing member 2.

In addition, according to the opening/closing body reinforcement device 1 of the present invention, the locking main body 30 is configured to lock onto the locked portion 703 when the reinforcing member 2 is in the deployed state, and the locking main body 30 is configured to release the lock onto the locked portion 703 when the reinforcing member 2 is in the stored state. Therefore, an operator can switch between locking the locking main body 30 onto the locked portion 703 and releasing the lock by simply switching the state of the reinforcing member 2.

As shown in Figures 6 and 7, when the locking body 30 is locked to the locked portion 703, the tip recess 300b abuts against the connecting portion 701, and the tip portion 300c is disposed closer to the abdomen 700 than the connecting portion 701. Therefore, for example, when the opening/closing body 7 moves outward, the connecting portion 701 abuts against the tip protrusion in the recess, preventing the locking portion 3 from coming off the opening/closing body 7. On the other hand, when the opening/closing body 7 moves inward, the connecting portion 701 abuts against the base end protrusion 300a, preventing the locking portion 3 from coming off the opening/closing body 7.

The opening/closing body reinforcement device 1 of this embodiment can be switched from an upright state (storage state) to a tilted state, so that when the opening/closing body 7 is slid open, the opening/closing body reinforcement device 1 is positioned on the edge side, preventing the opening/closing body reinforcement device 1 from interfering with workers passing through the opening Y.

As shown in FIG. 8, the locking portion 3 can be removed from the locked portion 703 of the opening/closing body 7 by swinging the other side portion 2B of the reinforcing member 2 in a direction away from the opening/closing body 7, so that the locking portion 3 is prevented from interfering with the sliding of the opening/closing body 7 when opening and closing the opening Y.

As shown in Figures 1, 4, and 8, in any state of the reinforcing member 2, the leg 22 extends and the lower surface 220Aa of the leg bone 220A faces the ground, preventing the reinforcing member 2 from swinging unintentionally by the worker.

In addition, in this embodiment, the elastic member 311 provided in the locking attachment portion 31 is composed of a lower tube portion 311a, an upper tube portion 311b that is fitted inside the lower tube portion 311a, and a compression spring 311c that elastically moves within the tube where the lower tube portion 311a and the upper tube portion 311b are connected. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 8, when the other side portion 2B of the reinforcing member 2 in the stored state is swung in a direction away from the opening/closing body 7 and the locking main body portion 30 is removed from the locked portion 703, the elasticity of the compression spring 311c causes the stretched elastic member 311 to support the locking shaft portion 310, preventing the locking shaft portion 310 from dropping below the insertion hole 210a.

The locking portion 3 is released from the recess when stored and locked when deployed, so that switching the state of the opening/closing body reinforcement 1 links the locking and unlocking of the locking portion 3 and the opening/closing body 7, allowing the worker to switch between locking and unlocking of the locking portion 3 simply by swinging the opening/closing body 7.

In this embodiment of the opening/closing body reinforcement device 1, the other side part 2B that can swing is attached to the lower side, making it easy for the worker to swing the reinforcement member 2.

In addition, in the opening/closing body reinforcement device 1 of this embodiment, when the reinforcing member 2 is in the deployed state, the entire outer edge of the tip side recess 300b abuts against the connecting portion 701, and the outer edge of the tip portion 300c is arranged along the left-right direction on the abdominal 700 side from the connecting portion 701. Therefore, for example, even when the opening/closing body 7 is pulled outward by a typhoon or the like, the connecting portion 701 abuts against the tip portion 300c, so that the opening/closing body 7 can be prevented from bending outward. On the other hand, when a wind blows that pushes the opening/closing body 7 inward, the connecting portion 701 abuts against the base end side protrusion 300a, so that the opening/closing body 7 can be prevented from bending inward.

The opening/closing body reinforcement device 1 of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the opening/closing body reinforcement 1 is disposed on both the left and right sides. However, for example, the opening/closing body reinforcement 1 may be disposed only on either the right or left side. Also, in the above embodiment, the one side portion 2A is disposed above the edge portion X13 on the left side. However, this is not limited to the above, and the one side portion 2A may be disposed in the middle or below the edge portion X13 on the left side.

In the above embodiment, the case where the opening/closing body reinforcement device 1 reinforces the opening/closing body 7 from the inside has been described, but this is not limited thereto. For example, the opening/closing body reinforcement device 1 may reinforce the opening/closing body 7 from the outside, or from both the inside and the outside.

In the above embodiment, the other side portion 2B of the reinforcing member 2 is disposed below the one side portion 2A, but this is not limited thereto, and for example, the other side portion 2B may be disposed above the one side portion 2A.

In the above embodiment, the reinforcing member 2 is pivotally supported near the left edge X13 (or the right edge X12), but this is not limiting, and the reinforcing member 2 can also be pivotally supported on the upper or lower edge X11. Specifically, for example, the support part 20 arranged at the left end of the upper edge X10 can support the left end of the reinforcing body 21, and the right end of the reinforcing body 21 can be configured to swing away from the upper edge X10 along the opening and closing surface 7a of the opening and closing body 7 to switch to the deployed state. In this case, the engaged part 703 can be configured so that the vertical direction is the longitudinal direction and the horizontal direction is the transverse direction.

In the above embodiment, as shown in Figs. 1 and 7, the leg 22 (specifically, the leg bone 220A) is configured to abut against the ground in the stored state or when the engaging portion 3 is removed. However, this is not limited to the above. For example, the opening/closing body reinforcement 1 may not have the leg 22, and the reinforcement member 2 may be configured not to abut against the ground in the stored state or the deployed state.

In the above embodiment, the legs 22 are described as being extendable and retractable in the vertical direction, but for example, in addition to the above configuration, the legs 22 may be provided with a fixing mechanism for fixing the extended and retracted legs 22. This allows the legs 22 to be fixed in the extended and retracted state, so that, for example, in the stored state shown in FIG. 1, after shortening the legs 22, when the reinforcing member 2 is put into the deployed state, the legs 22 can be fixed with the fixing mechanism to prevent the unintended extension of the legs 22 by the operator from interfering with the swinging of the reinforcing member 2.

In the above embodiment, the locking portion 3 is a claw portion 300, and the locked portion 703 is a concave plate portion 70, but this is not limited thereto, and for example, the locking portion 3 may be a concave portion and the locked portion 703 a convex portion (claw portion 300). That is, in the above embodiment, the locking portion 3 is locked to the opening/closing body 7 by fitting the locking main body portion 30 inside the locked portion 703, but this is not limited thereto, and the locking main body portion 30 may be configured to fit outside the locked portion 703.
