Claims (14)
- 射出成形コンポーネントであって、

を含み、
前記品質管理部分は、射出成形収縮に応じて可視的に歪むように構成される少なくとも1つの突出部を含み、これにより、前記少なくとも1つの突出部の収縮がない場合、アクションが取られる必要はない、非破壊外観品質管理検査を可能にし、
前記少なくとも1つの突出部は、射出成形収縮に応じて変形の受けやすさが異なる突出部のセットを含む、射出成形コンポーネント。 - 前記機能部分は、前記少なくとも1つの突出部に比べて急激ではない特徴を有する滑らかな面を有する、請求項1に記載の射出成形コンポーネント。
- 前記機能部分は、レンズ要素を含む、請求項2に記載の射出成形コンポーネント。
- 前記機能部分は、レンズ要素のアレイを含む、請求項3に記載の射出成形コンポーネント。
- 前記突出部のセットは、各々異なるサイズの突出部を含む、請求項1に記載の射出成形コンポーネント。
- 前記突出部のセットは、同じ高さであるが、異なる厚さの少なくとも3つの異なる突出部を含む、請求項1又は5に記載の射出成形コンポーネント。
- 前記異なる厚さは、各々0.1mm~1.0mmの範囲にある、請求項6に記載の射出成形コンポーネント。
- 前記突出部のセットは、同じ厚さであるが、異なる高さの少なくとも2つの異なる突出部を含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の射出成形コンポーネント。
- 前記異なる高さは、各々1mm~5mmの範囲にある、請求項8に記載の射出成形コンポーネント。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突出部は、柱高方向に垂直な面において、円形又は矩形断面を有する柱状部を含む、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の射出成形コンポーネント。
- 当該射出成形コンポーネントは、100cm2以上の面積となる長さ及び幅を有する、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の射出成形コンポーネント。
- 当該射出成形コンポーネントは、LED光をビーム整形するためのレンズプレートを含む、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の射出成形コンポーネント。
- ハウジングと、前記ハウジングに設けられるLED光源構成と、前記LED光源構成の光出力のビーム成形のためのレンズプレートとを含む照明器具であって、前記レンズプレートは、請求項12に記載の射出成形コンポーネントを含む、照明器具。
- コンポーネントを形成するために射出モールドを用いることを含む、射出成形方法であって、前記コンポーネントは、
