Claims (14)
- 複数のピクセルが2次元配列されて構成され、FOV(Field Of View)内に位置づけられるメイン検出器と、前記FOV外に位置づけられるリファレンス検出器とを備えるフォトンカウンティング検出器と、
前記フォトンカウンティング検出器に対応付けて配置され、散乱線を除去する散乱線除去グリッドと、
前記リファレンス検出器に含まれる複数のピクセルにて検出されるカウント数のうち、前記散乱線除去グリッドの影の影響を受ける第1のピクセルで検出される第1のカウント数と、前記散乱線除去グリッドの影の影響を受けない第2のピクセルで検出される第2のカウント数とに基づいて、X線管の焦点移動量を算出する算出部と、
を備える、
フォトンカウンティングCT装置。 - 前記算出部は、前記第1のカウント数と前記第2のカウント数とに基づいて、前記散乱線除去グリッドの影の長さを算出し、前記影の長さに基づいて前記焦点移動量を算出する、請求項1に記載のフォトンカウンティングCT装置。
- 前記リファレンス検出器は、N(Nは3以上の整数)×Nパターンを有する少なくとも1つのグループのピクセルを備える、請求項1又は2に記載のフォトンカウンティングCT装置。
- 前記散乱線除去グリッドは、前記メイン検出器をカバーする第1の散乱線除去グリッドと、前記リファレンス検出器をカバーする第2の散乱線除去グリッドとを備え、
前記第2の散乱線除去グリッドの高さは、前記第1の散乱線除去グリッドの高さよりも高い、
請求項1~3のいずれか1つに記載のフォトンカウンティングCT装置。 - 前記第1の散乱線除去グリッドは、2次元の散乱線除去グリッドであり、
前記第2の散乱線除去グリッドは、2つの1次元の散乱線除去グリッドを備え、
前記2つの1次元の散乱線除去グリッドのうち、一方はチャネル方向に設置され、他方は列方向に設置される、請求項4に記載のフォトンカウンティングCT装置。 - X線管と前記リファレンス検出器との間に設けられた異なる減衰長を有する複数の放射線減衰部材を更に備える、請求項1~5のいずれか1つに記載のフォトンカウンティングCT装置。
- 前記X線管の焦点移動量に基づいて、前記メイン検出器で検出されたカウント数を補正する補正部を更に備える、請求項1に記載のフォトンカウンティングCT装置。
- 前記補正部は、前記メイン検出器で、チャネル方向の前記焦点移動量に基づいて検出されたカウント数及び列方向の前記焦点移動量に基づいて検出されたカウント数のそれぞれを補正する、請求項7に記載のフォトンカウンティングCT装置。
- 前記影の長さは、前記X線管の焦点が第1の位置から第2の位置に移動した際に前記散乱線除去グリッドによって生じた影の長さの変化量を示す第1の長さであり、
前記算出部は、前記第1のカウント数、前記第2のカウント数、及び、前記焦点の位置が前記第1の位置である場合に前記散乱線除去グリッドによって生じた影の長さである第2の長さに基づいて、前記第1の長さを算出する、請求項2に記載のフォトンカウンティングCT装置。 - 前記算出部は、前記影の長さ、及び、前記リファレンス検出器をカバーする散乱線除去グリッドの高さに基づいて、前記焦点移動量を算出する、請求項2に記載のフォトンカウンティングCT装置。
- 前記リファレンス検出器で検出されたカウント数に基づいて、前記フォトンカウンティング検出器への入射線量の変化量を推定する推定部を更に備える、請求項1に記載のフォトンカウンティングCT装置。
- 前記推定された入射線量の変化量に基づいて、前記フォトンカウンティング検出器への入射線量を補正する補正部を更に備える、請求項11に記載のフォトンカウンティングCT装置。
- 複数のピクセルが2次元配列されて構成され、FOV内に位置づけられるメイン検出器及び前記FOV外に位置づけられるリファレンス検出器を有するフォトンカウンティング検出器と、前記フォトンカウンティング検出器に対応付けて配置され、散乱線を除去する散乱線除去グリッドと、を備えるフォトンカウンティングCT装置が実行する方法であって、
前記リファレンス検出器に含まれる複数のピクセルにて検出されるカウント数のうち、前記散乱線除去グリッドの影の影響を受ける第1のピクセルで検出される第1のカウント数と、前記散乱線除去グリッドの影の影響を受けない第2のピクセルで検出される第2のカウント数とに基づいて、前記散乱線除去グリッドによって生じる影の長さを算出し、
前記影の長さに基づいてX線管の焦点移動量を算出する、方法。 - 複数のピクセルが2次元配列されて構成され、FOV(Field Of View)内に位置づけられるメイン検出器と、前記FOV外に位置づけられるリファレンス検出器とを備えるフォトンカウンティング検出器と、
前記フォトンカウンティング検出器に対応付けて配置され、散乱線を除去する散乱線除去グリッドと、
前記リファレンス検出器で検出されたカウント数に基づいて、前記フォトンカウンティング検出器への入射線量の変化量を推定する推定部と、
を備える、
フォトンカウンティングCT装置。
