Claims (7)
- 血管循環を促進するための装置であって、
織物層(17a,17b)間に配置された圧迫要素(16)を含む着衣(12)であって、患者の解剖学的構造を少なくとも部分的に囲むように構成された着衣(12)と、
前記着衣(12)に結合され、圧迫要素(16)が作動したときに前記解剖学的構造の少なくとも一部を圧迫するように構成された圧迫要素(16)と、
アクチュエータ(18)と通信するコントローラ(14)であって、導管(15)を介して前記圧迫要素(16)と通信し、複数のサイクルにわたり前記圧迫要素(16)を選択的に作動させるように構成されたコントローラ(14)と、
を具えており、
各サイクルは、前記圧迫要素(16)が膨張して第1の圧力をかけるよう構成される作動時間と、前記圧迫要素(16)が前記第1の圧力とは異なる第2の圧力に前記第1の圧力から変化するよう構成される非作動時間とを有しており、
複数のサイクルのシーケンス内および続く2つのサイクル間の複数の非作動時間は、互いにその時間が常にランダムに変化し、
前記コントローラ(14)は、1又はそれ以上の前記サイクルの前記非作動時間を決定する際に1又はそれ以上の乱数値(VALUE1)を使用するよう構成され、
前記乱数値(VALUE1)は、数学的アルゴリズムによって疑似ランダムに生成されることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
前記コントローラ(14)によって前記圧迫要素(16)の膨張可能なチャンバが膨張したときの膨張可能なチャンバ内の膨張圧力は、前記コントローラによってランダムに決定されることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項2に記載の装置において、
所定のサイクルの前記膨張圧力が、所定のサイクル、前のサイクル、又はこれらのうちの少なくとも1つを含む組み合わせの前記圧迫要素(16)の収縮長さに比例して前記コントローラによって設定されることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、
前記コントローラ(14)が、少なくとも1つの前記サイクルの前記圧迫要素(16)の収縮時間に対して所定の値を割り当てるよう構成されることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、
前記コントローラが、2つの連続するサイクルの任意の組の前記圧迫要素(16)の収縮時間が同じでないように、複数のサイクルにおける各サイクルの収縮時間を提供するよう構成されることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、
前記コントローラが、各サイクルの前記圧迫要素(16)の収縮時間を常に可変的に設定し、複数の連続するサイクルのいずれの組についても前記収縮時間が同じにならないようにすることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、
前記解剖学的構造は、ふくらはぎ、大腿部、足部、脚部、腕部、手、腹部、臀部、もしくはこれらのうちの少なくとも1つの一部分、又はこれらのうちの少なくとも1つを含む組み合わせであることを特徴とする装置。
