Claims (3)
- 原水が導入される原水槽と、該原水槽内の水が通水される逆浸透膜装置と、該逆浸透膜装置からの濃縮水を該原水槽に返送する濃縮水ラインと、該濃縮水ラインに設けられた背圧制御バルブとを有する回分式濃縮装置において、
前記原水がCMPスラリー廃液又は含油廃水であり、
該濃縮水ラインの該背圧制御バルブの上流側にオリフィスを設置した回分式濃縮装置であって、
前記逆浸透膜装置からの濃縮水を前記原水槽に返送する前記濃縮水ラインにおける該逆浸透膜装置と前記オリフィスとの間、及び前記オリフィスと前記背圧制御バルブとの間に圧力計を設置したことを特徴とする回分式濃縮装置。 - 前記オリフィスを2~5段設けた、請求項1の回分式濃縮装置。
- 前記逆浸透膜装置を直列に2~5段設置した、請求項1又は2の回分式濃縮装置。
