Claims (12)
- 複数の電池セルを含む電池セルスタックと、
前記電池セルスタックを冷却するための冷却部材と、
前記複数の電池セルの熱を前記冷却部材に排出するための伝熱部材と、
前記電池セルスタック、前記冷却部材、及び前記伝熱部材を内部に収容するパックケースと、
を含み、
前記伝熱部材には冷却流体の流入部及び排出部が形成され、
前記伝熱部材は、ヒートパイプであり、
前記伝熱部材の前記流入部及び前記排出部には、前記冷却流体の流入及び排出を制御するためのバルブが装着され、
温度が一定のレベル以上に上昇した電池セルに隣接して配置された前記伝熱部材のバルブのみが開放する、電池パック。 - 前記伝熱部材は内部に冷媒を含み、
前記冷媒が前記電池セルの熱によって蒸発し、前記冷却部材によって凝縮する相転移が起こり、
前記冷媒の相転移によって前記複数の電池セルから前記冷却部材に熱伝逹される、請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記伝熱部材は、
前記電池セルスタックと前記冷却部材との間に配置される第1伝熱部材と、
前記複数の電池セルの間に介在される第2伝熱部材と、
を含む、請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記バルブは、前記電池セルの温度が危険温度範囲に上昇すれば、前記冷却流体が前記伝熱部材の内部を通過するように開放する、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第1伝熱部材及び前記第2伝熱部材は平板状の形態を有する、請求項3に記載の電池パック。
- 前記危険温度範囲は150℃以上である、請求項4に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池セルの温度を測定する温度センサー、及び前記温度センサーで測定した温度によって前記バルブの開閉を制御する制御部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記伝熱部材の前記流入部及び前記排出部は反復的に開放及び閉鎖することができ、
前記伝熱部材の内部に少量の冷媒が残存する状態で前記流入部及び前記排出部が閉鎖する、請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記排出部は、前記少量の冷媒を除いた前記伝熱部材の内部空間が真空状態になるように圧力を低めるための減圧弁を備える、請求項8に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池セルと前記電池セルとの間には前記第2伝熱部材または断熱材が配置される、請求項3に記載の電池パック。
- 前記断熱材は、弾性素材からなる、請求項10に記載の電池パック。
- 請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の電池パックをエネルギー源として含む、デバイス。
