Claims (12)
- 電極リードが接合された電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容し、外部に対して密封するためのシーリング部が形成されたパウチケースと、
前記電極リードと前記パウチケースの前記シーリング部との間に介在されるリードフィルムと、を含むパウチ型電池セルであって、
前記電極リードと前記リードフィルムとの間には、前記パウチ型電池セルが一定温度以上に過熱されるとき、前記パウチ型電池セルの内部のエネルギーを吸収して前記パウチ型電池セルを放電させる安全素子を含み、
前記安全素子は、常温では低い電気伝導度を有し、温度が上昇するほど電気伝導度が高くなる半導体材料から形成された薄板状の素子である、パウチ型電池セル。 - 前記リードフィルムの一部は、前記シーリング部から外部に露出しており、前記リードフィルムは、前記電極リードの両面に設けられている、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記安全素子の厚さは前記リードフィルムの厚さより薄い、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記安全素子は、前記電極リードの両面にそれぞれ設けられている、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記安全素子の一部は、前記リードフィルムから外部に露出している、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記安全素子は、前記リードフィルム内に位置している、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記安全素子は、温度が上昇すると前記リードフィルム及び前記パウチケースの内部層を劣化させ、前記電極リードと前記パウチケースの金属層との間に短絡を発生させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記リードフィルムの一部は、前記シーリング部から外部に露出しており、前記リードフィルムは、前記安全素子をカバーする第1リードフィルムと、前記第1リードフィルムと連結され、前記シーリング部内に位置する第2リードフィルムと、を含む、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記第1リードフィルムは、前記第2リードフィルムより低い融点を有する材料から形成されている、請求項8に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記第1リードフィルムはポリエチレン(Polyethylene、PE)から形成されたフィルムであり、前記第2リードフィルムはポリプロピレン(Polypropylene、PP)から形成されたフィルムである、請求項9に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セルを含む、電池モジュール。
- 請求項11に記載の電池モジュールを含む、デバイス。
