Description

The present invention relates to a board with a stand function.

For example, when learning to read and write musical notation, a whiteboard may be used as a convenient means, and there are portable, foldable whiteboards with musical staves displayed on the surface (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

The whiteboard in Patent Document 1 is composed of a resin sheet and a whiteboard sheet on which musical staves are displayed. The resin sheet has a hinge section, and the whiteboard can be used independently by folding the hinge section.

In the whiteboard of Patent Document 1, it is believed that the whiteboard is maintained in a free-standing usable state by inserting a protrusion protruding from one end of the resin sheet into a hole formed in the other end of the resin sheet. However, the protrusion and hole described above are for maintaining the whiteboard in a free-standing usable state, and the protrusion and hole described above do not allow the resin sheet to maintain a folded state.

As such, the whiteboard in Patent Document 1 does not have a means for maintaining the resin sheet in a folded state. Therefore, for example, when carrying the resin sheet in a folded state, the resin sheet may unfold, making handling very cumbersome.

The object of the present invention is to provide a board with a stand function that can also serve as a position maintaining means for maintaining both the folded position and the freestanding position.

The board with stand function according to the present invention is characterized by comprising a first plate-like member, a second plate-like member connected to the first plate-like member via a connection part so as to be openable and closable, and a position maintaining means capable of assuming a folded state in which the first plate-like member and the second plate-like member maintain a folded position with the connection part as the boundary, and an independent state in which the first plate-like member and the second plate-like member maintain an independent position in which they stand independently while facing each other with the connection part as the boundary.

As a result, in the board with stand function according to the present invention, the posture maintaining means, which is in a folded posture maintaining state that maintains the folded posture, can be switched to a self-supporting posture maintaining state that maintains the self-supporting posture after the first plate-like member and the second plate-like member are opened, so that the posture can be easily changed from the folded posture to the self-supporting posture. Therefore, by using a posture maintaining means for maintaining both the folded posture and the self-supporting posture in a combined manner, the board with stand function can be prevented from opening when being carried in a folded state, for example, without the need for separate means for maintaining the folded posture and means for maintaining the self-supporting posture, making it easy to handle the board with stand function.

In the board with stand function according to the present invention, the posture maintaining means is characterized by having a fastener provided on the first plate-like member and a binding part attached to the second plate-like member and having a joint that can be joined to the fastener.

As a result, the board with stand function according to the present invention can easily be configured with a posture maintaining means that can be switched between a folded posture maintaining state in which the board maintains a folded posture and a self-supporting posture maintaining state in which the board maintains a self-supporting posture.

The board with stand function according to the present invention is characterized in that a plurality of fasteners are provided, and the plurality of fasteners are provided on the first plate-like member at different distances from the connection portion.

As a result, the board with stand function according to the present invention can easily switch between the folded position and the freestanding position by joining the joint of the binding section to one of the multiple fasteners. Furthermore, when three or more fasteners are provided, the distance between the first plate-like member and the second plate-like member in the freestanding position can be changed by joining the joint of the binding section to one of the multiple fasteners, thereby changing the way in which the first plate-like member and the second plate-like member open.

The following describes in detail the board 1 with stand function according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings.

As shown in Figs. 1 to 3, the board with stand function 1 of this embodiment has a first plate-like member 10 and a second plate-like member 30. The first plate-like member 10 and the second plate-like member 30 are, for example, vertically elongated rectangular members, and have approximately the same size. The first plate-like member 10 and the second plate-like member 30 are formed from a material with relatively low flexibility.

As shown in FIG. 2(a), a connection edge 11, which is one long side of the first plate-like member 10, and a connection edge 31, which is one long side of the second plate-like member 30, are connected by a connection part 20. The connection part 20 has approximately the same length as the connection edge parts 11 and 31. The connection part 20 is formed of a material that is more flexible than the first plate-like member 10 and the second plate-like member 30. Therefore, the first plate-like member 10 and the second plate-like member 30 can be folded at the connection part 20.

In other words, as shown in FIG. 1(a), the board 1 with stand function of this embodiment can be folded at the connection portion 20 to stack the first plate-like member 10 and the second plate-like member 30, and can assume a folded position in which the first plate-like member 10 and the second plate-like member 30 are folded at the connection portion 20.

In the folded position shown in Fig. 1(a), when the fastener 13a is released from the connector 34 of the binding portion 33 and the binding portion 33 is extended as described below, the state shown in Fig. 1(b) is obtained. After that, the first plate-like member 10 is opened relative to the second plate-like member 30 by holding the open edge 12 (the long side opposite the connection edge 11) of the first plate-like member 10 and rotating it about the connection portion 20 as a fulcrum in a direction away from the open edge 32 (the long side opposite the connection edge 31) of the second plate-like member 30, resulting in the open position shown in Fig. 2(a).

In other words, the board with stand function 1 of this embodiment can take an open position in which the first plate-like member 10, the connection portion 20, and the second plate-like member 30 are arranged on approximately the same plane, as shown in FIG. 2(a).

In the folded position, the surface 10a of the first plate-like member 10 and the surface 30a of the second plate-like member 30 are positioned on the outside, and the back surface 10b of the first plate-like member 10 and the back surface 30b of the second plate-like member 30 are positioned to face each other.

As shown in Figs. 1(b) and 2(b), two fasteners 13a and 13b are provided on the surface 10a of the first plate-like member 10. Fastener 13a is disposed approximately in the center of the surface 10a of the first plate-like member 10, and fastener 13b is disposed near the open edge 12 of the surface 10a of the first plate-like member 10. Note that snap buttons (hooks), for example, are used as fasteners 13a and 13b.

Therefore, the fasteners 13a, 13b are arranged apart in the short side direction in the longitudinal center of the surface 10a of the first plate-like member 10. The two fasteners 13a, 13b are provided in portions of the surface 10a of the first plate-like member 10 that are different distances away from the connection portion 20. The two fasteners 13a, 13b are arranged side by side in a direction perpendicular to the connection portion 20 on the surface 10a of the first plate-like member 10.

As shown in FIG. 2(a), a transparent film 16 for forming the storage section 14 is attached to the back surface 10b of the first plate-like member 10. The transparent film 16 has approximately the same size as the back surface 10b of the first plate-like member 10. Only one long side 16a and one short side 16b of the transparent film 16 are bonded to the back surface 10b of the first plate-like member 10.

Therefore, the other long side 16c and the other short side 16d of the transparent film 16 are configured to be movable toward and away from the back surface 10b of the first plate-like member 10. Therefore, the long side 16c and the short side 16d of the transparent film 16 can be moved away from the back surface 10b of the first plate-like member 10, and a piece of paper such as a document can be inserted between the transparent film 16 and the back surface 10b of the first plate-like member 10.

A roughly trapezoidal stopper 18 is attached to the corner of the back surface 10b of the first plate-like member 10 adjacent to the connection portion 20. The stopper 18 is attached to the back surface 10b of the first plate-like member 10 at a portion corresponding to the inclined edge. Therefore, after inserting a document or other paper sheet between the transparent film 16 and the back surface 10b of the first plate-like member 10, the edge 16A of the transparent film 16 can be inserted between the stopper 18 and the back surface 10b of the first plate-like member 10 to prevent the paper sheet from falling.

As shown in Figs. 1(a) and 2(a), a binding portion 33 is attached to the open edge portion 32 of the second plate-like member 30. The binding portion 33 is a long member extending in a direction perpendicular to the connection portion 20, and can be folded with the open edge portion 32 as a fulcrum. The binding portion 33 has a predetermined length, and a connecting member 34 that can be connected to the fasteners 13a and 13b is provided at its tip. For example, the connecting member 34 is arranged to face the fastener 13a, and the connecting member 34 is pressed toward the fastener 13a to connect the fastener 34 and the fastener 13a. On the other hand, the connecting member 34 connected to the fastener 13a is pulled in a direction away from the fastener 13a to release the connection between the connecting member 34 and the fastener 13a. The same applies to the fastener 13b.

1(b) shows the state in which the binding portion 33 is stretched from the folded position after the joint 34 of the binding portion 33 is removed from the fastener 13a. When the binding portion 33 is bent at its base in FIG. 1(b) and the joint 34 at the tip of the binding portion 33 is joined to the fastener 13a, the folded position shown in FIG. 1(a) is obtained. The predetermined length of the binding portion 33 is approximately the same as the distance between the open edge 12 of the first plate-like member 10 and the fastener 13a. In this way, by joining the joint 34 of the binding portion 33 to the fastener 13a, the folded position in which the first plate-like member 10 and the second plate-like member 30 are stacked can be maintained. In addition, in the folded position shown in FIG. 1(a), the fastener 13b is covered and hidden by the binding portion 33.

As shown in FIG. 2(b), an opaque film 36 is attached to the surface 30a of the second plate-like member 30 to form the storage section 35. The opaque film 36 has a size that is approximately half the size of the surface 30a of the second plate-like member 30. One long side 36a and both short sides 36b, 36d of the opaque film 36 are joined to the back surface 10b of the first plate-like member 10.

Therefore, the other long side 36c of the opaque film 36 is configured to be able to come into contact with and separate from the surface 30a of the second plate-like member 30. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4(a), in the folded position, the long side 36c of the opaque film 36 can be separated from the surface 30a of the second plate-like member 30, and, for example, a mobile terminal or earphones can be inserted between the opaque film 36 and the surface 30a of the second plate-like member 30. This allows the mobile terminal, earphones, etc. to be kept together when carrying the board 1 with stand function together with a computer, etc.

As shown in FIG. 2(a), a whiteboard 37 is attached to the back surface 30b of the second plate-like member 30. The whiteboard 37 has approximately the same size as the back surface 30b of the second plate-like member 30.

As shown in FIG. 2(b), the open edge 32 of the second plate-like member 30 has a holder 38 for holding a writing tool T. The holder 38 is configured so that the writing tool T can be inserted. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4(b), the holder 38 can hold the writing tool T for writing characters or the like on the whiteboard 37.

In this embodiment, the two fasteners 13a, 13b provided on the first plate-like member 10 and the binding section 33 attached to the second plate-like member 30 and having a connecting member 34 that can be connected to the two fasteners 13a, 13b respectively constitute the posture maintaining means N. That is, in the posture maintaining means N, the state in which the connecting member 34 at the tip of the binding section 33 is connected to the fastener 13a corresponds to the folding maintaining state in which the folded posture is maintained.

As described above, in the folded position, the first plate member 10 is opened relative to the second plate member 30 to assume the open position. Furthermore, when the first plate member 10 is rotated relative to the second plate member 30 with the connection portion 20 as a fulcrum, the surface 10a of the first plate member 10 and the surface 30a of the second plate member 30 face each other as shown in FIG. 5.

In this state, as shown in FIG. 6, by folding the binding portion 33 toward the surface 30a of the second plate-like member 30 at the open edge 32 of the second plate-like member 30 and joining the connector 34 at the tip of the binding portion 33 to the fastener 13b, when the open edge 12 of the first plate-like member 10 and the open edge 32 of the second plate-like member 30 are placed on the ground surface, the open edge 12 and the open edge 32 can be prevented from moving apart.

In the self-supporting posture, the back surface 30b of the second plate-like member 30 to which the whiteboard 37 is attached is inclined at an angle θ with respect to the installation surface .

In this embodiment, the state in which the connector 34 at the tip of the binding portion 33 is connected to the fastener 13b in the posture maintaining means N corresponds to an independent maintaining state in which the independent posture is maintained.

An example of how to use the board 1 with stand function of this embodiment will be described with reference to Figures 7 and 8.

In the board 1 with stand function, the first plate-like member 10 is opened relative to the second plate-like member 30 to assume an open position, and as shown in Fig. 7(a) , the board is placed next to a personal computer with the whiteboard 37 attached to the back surface 30b of the second plate-like member 30 facing up, and when, for example, a web conference is held using the personal computer, notes can be taken on the whiteboard 37. This makes it possible to prevent people around from talking to you while you are holding a WEB conference without letting them know that you are holding a WEB conference. In the independent posture, instead of writing "WEB conference in progress" on the whiteboard 37, a piece of paper with "WEB conference in progress" written on it may be stored in the storage unit 14.

In the board 1 with stand function of this embodiment, multiple fasteners 13a, 13b are provided, and the multiple fasteners 13a, 13b are provided at portions of the first plate-like member 10 that are different distances away from the connection portion 20.

With this configuration, the binding portion 33 can be easily switched between the folded position and the freestanding position by connecting the connector 34 to one of the multiple fasteners 13a, 13b.

In the board 1 with stand function of this embodiment, multiple fasteners 13a, 13b are provided, and the multiple fasteners 13a, 13b are arranged side by side in a direction perpendicular to the connection portion 20 on the first plate-like member 10.

With this configuration, when the joint 34 of the binding portion 33 is joined to the fastener 13a of the multiple fasteners 13a, 13b that is provided near the connection portion 20 in the folded position, the fastener 13b that is provided farther from the connection portion 20 than the fastener 13a can be covered and hidden by the binding portion 33. This improves the aesthetic appearance in the folded position.

In the board 1 with stand function of this embodiment, in the folded position, the back surface 10b of the first plate-like member 10 faces the back surface 30b of the second plate-like member 30, and in the freestanding position, the front surface 10a of the first plate-like member 10 faces the front surface 30a of the second plate-like member 30, a storage section 14 is provided on the back surface 10b of the first plate-like member 10, and a whiteboard 37 is provided on the back surface 30b of the second plate-like member 30.

In this configuration, the whiteboard 37 or the storage section 14 is positioned between the first plate-shaped member 10 and the second plate-shaped member 30 in the folded position, so that the whiteboard 37 or the storage section 14 can be protected when the board with stand function 1 is carried in the folded position.

In this embodiment of the board with stand function 1, the storage section 14 is made of a transparent material.

This configuration makes it easy to check what is stored in the storage section 14.

In the board with stand function 1 of this embodiment, the second plate-like member 30 has a holder 38 for holding a writing instrument T.

With this configuration, for example, by holding a writing implement T for writing on the whiteboard 37 with the holder 38, the writing implement T can be carried together with the board 1 with stand function.

The above describes an embodiment of the present invention, but the configuration of this embodiment is not limited to the above, and various modifications are possible.

For example, in the above embodiment, the posture maintaining means N is described as having a plurality of fasteners 13a, 13b provided on the first plate-shaped member 10 and a binding portion 33 attached to the second plate-shaped member 30 and having connecting members 34 that can be connected to each of the plurality of fasteners 13a, 13b, but the configuration of the posture maintaining means N is arbitrary.

In the above embodiment, the first plate-like member 10 has two fasteners 13a and 13b arranged side by side in a direction perpendicular to the connection portion 20, but the number and arrangement of the fasteners are arbitrary. For example, the number of fasteners may be one, or three or more.
