Description
本出願は、2023年1月31日に大韓民国で出願された大韓民国特許出願第10-2023-0012955号の利益及び優先権を主張し、その全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
Claims (10)
- 複数の画素及び少なくとも一つの共通電極を含む表示パネルであって、前記少なくとも一つの共通電極が、前記表示パネルの表示領域で前記複数の画素のうち少なくとも一部と重畳する、表示パネル;
前記複数の画素にゲート信号を提供するゲート駆動部;
前記複数の画素にデータ信号を提供し、前記共通電極に共通電圧を提供するソース駆動集積回路;並びに
前記表示パネル、前記ゲート駆動部、または前記ソース駆動集積回路のうち少なくとも一つに電気的に連結された複数のセンシング配線から複数のセンシング信号を受信し、前記複数のセンシング信号それぞれの位相が反転した信号に互いに異なる利得(gain)値を適用して複数の反転センシング信号を生成し、前記複数の反転センシング信号のうち少なくとも一つに基づきノイズ補償信号を生成するノイズ補償回路を含み、
前記少なくとも一つの共通電極が前記表示領域に、複数の共通電極の行及び複数の共通電極の列に配置された複数の共通電極を含み、
前記複数のセンシング配線は、前記複数の共通電極の行のうち前記ソース駆動集積回路から最も遠い共通電極の第1行へと電気的に連結されている第1センシング配線と、前記複数の共通電極の行のうち前記ソース駆動集積回路に最も近い共通電極の第2行へと電気的に連結されている第2センシング配線と、前記ゲート駆動部に電気的に連結されている第3センシング配線とを含む、表示装置。 - 複数の第1スイッチであって、当該第1スイッチのそれぞれが、前記第1センシング配線と前記共通電極の第1行のうち対応する共通電極との間にある、複数の第1スイッチ;及び
複数の第2スイッチであって、当該第2スイッチのそれぞれが、前記第2センシング配線と前記共通電極の第2行のうち対応する共通電極との間にある、複数の第2スイッチ
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 一つのフレーム期間は、前記複数の共通電極に共通電圧が供給されるディスプレイ駆動期間及び前記複数の共通電極にタッチ駆動信号が供給されるタッチ駆動期間を含み、
前記複数の第1スイッチ及び前記複数の第2スイッチは、前記ディスプレイ駆動期間でターン-オンされ、前記タッチ駆動期間でターン-オフされる、請求項2に記載の表示装置。 - 前記ゲート駆動部にゲートクロック信号を供給する複数のクロック信号配線であって、相互に離隔している第1クロック信号配線、第2クロック信号配線及び第3クロック信号配線を含む、複数のクロック信号配線;並びに
前記第3クロック信号配線に電気的に連結された複数のサブセンシング配線であって、前記第1クロック信号配線と前記第2クロック信号配線との間にある第1サブセンシング配線、及び前記第2クロック信号配線と前記第3クロック信号配線との間にある第2サブセンシング配線を含む、複数のサブセンシング配線
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記ノイズ補償回路は、
前記第1センシング配線から第1センシング信号を受信し、前記第1センシング信号の位相が反転した信号に第1利得値を適用して第1反転センシング信号を出力する第1インバーティング回路;
前記第2センシング配線から第2センシング信号を受信し、前記第2センシング信号の位相が反転した信号に第2利得値を適用して第2反転センシング信号を出力する第2インバーティング回路;
前記第3センシング配線から第3センシング信号を受信し、前記第3センシング信号の位相が反転した信号に第3利得値を適用して第3反転センシング信号を出力する第3インバーティング回路を含み、
前記ノイズ補償信号が、第1の時間における第1反転センシング信号、第2の時間における第2反転センシング信号、及び第3の時間における第3反転センシング信号のうちの少なくとも一つである、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1利得値の大きさが、前記第2利得値及び前記第3利得値よりも大きく、前記第3利得値の大きさが、前記第1利得値及び前記第2利得値よりも小さい、請求項5に記載の表示装置。
- 複数の画素及び少なくとも一つの共通電極を含む表示パネルであって、前記少なくとも一つの共通電極が、前記表示パネルの表示領域で前記複数の画素のうち少なくとも一部と重畳する、表示パネル;
前記複数の画素にゲート信号を提供するゲート駆動部;
前記複数の画素にデータ信号を提供し、前記共通電極に共通電圧を提供するソース駆動集積回路;並びに
前記表示パネル、前記ゲート駆動部、または前記ソース駆動集積回路のうち少なくとも一つに電気的に連結された複数のセンシング配線から複数のセンシング信号を受信し、前記複数のセンシング信号それぞれの位相が反転した信号に互いに異なる利得(gain)値を適用して複数の反転センシング信号を生成し、前記複数の反転センシング信号のうち少なくとも一つに基づきノイズ補償信号を生成するノイズ補償回路を含む、表示装置であって、
前記少なくとも一つの共通電極が前記表示領域に、複数の共通電極の行及び複数の共通電極の列に配置された複数の共通電極を含み、
前記複数のセンシング配線は、前記複数の共通電極の行のうち前記ソース駆動集積回路から最も遠い共通電極の第1行に電気的に連結され、ただし、前記第1行のうち、前記複数の共通電極の列のうち共通電極の最後の列に含まれる共通電極を除いて電気的に連結されている第1センシング配線と、前記複数の共通電極の行のうち前記ソース駆動集積回路から最も近い共通電極の第2行に電気的に連結され、ただし、前記第2行のうち、前記共通電極の最後の列に含まれる共通電極を除いて電気的に連結されている第2センシング配線と、前記共通電極の最後の列に含まれる共通電極に電気的に連結されている第3センシング配線とを含み、
前記表示装置は、
複数の第1スイッチであって、当該第1スイッチのそれぞれが、前記第1センシング配線と、共通電極の前記第1行のうち対応する共通電極との間にあり、ただし前記第1行のうち、前記共通電極の最後の列に含まれる共通電極を除く、複数の第1スイッチ;
複数の第2スイッチであって、当該第2スイッチのそれぞれが、前記第2センシング配線と、共通電極の前記第2行のうち対応する共通電極との間にあり、ただし前記第2行のうち、前記共通電極の最後の列に含まれる共通電極を除く、複数の第2スイッチ;及び
複数の第3スイッチであって、当該第3スイッチのそれぞれが、前記第3センシング配線と、前記共通電極の最後の列のうち対応する共通電極との間にある、複数の第3スイッチをさらに含む、表示装置。 - 一つのフレーム期間は、前記複数の共通電極に共通電圧が供給されるディスプレイ駆動期間及び前記複数の共通電極にタッチ駆動信号が供給されるタッチ駆動期間を含み、
前記複数の第1スイッチ、前記複数の第2スイッチ、及び前記複数の第3スイッチそれぞれは、前記ディスプレイ駆動期間でターン-オンされ、前記タッチ駆動期間でターン-オフされる、請求項7に記載の表示装置。 - 複数の画素及び少なくとも一つの共通電極を含む表示パネルであって、前記少なくとも一つの共通電極が、前記表示パネルの表示領域で前記複数の画素のうち少なくとも一部と重畳する、表示パネル;
前記複数の画素にゲート信号を提供するゲート駆動部;
前記複数の画素にデータ信号を提供し、前記共通電極に共通電圧を提供するソース駆動集積回路;並びに
前記表示パネル、前記ゲート駆動部、または前記ソース駆動集積回路のうち少なくとも一つに電気的に連結された複数のセンシング配線から複数のセンシング信号を受信し、前記複数のセンシング信号それぞれの位相が反転した信号に互いに異なる利得(gain)値を適用して複数の反転センシング信号を生成し、前記複数の反転センシング信号のうち少なくとも一つに基づきノイズ補償信号を生成するノイズ補償回路を含み、
前記複数のセンシング配線は、前記少なくとも一つの共通電極に電気的に連結された第1センシング配線と、前記ソース駆動集積回路に含まれるマルチプレクサに電気的に連結された第2センシング配線と、前記ゲート駆動部に電気的に連結された第3センシング配線とを含む、表示装置。 - 前記マルチプレクサにマルチプレクサクロック信号を供給する複数のクロック信号配線であって、第1クロック信号配線、及び前記第1クロック信号配線とは離隔している第2クロック信号配線を含む、複数のクロック信号配線;並びに
前記第2センシング配線に電気的に連結された第3サブセンシング配線であって、前記第1クロック信号配線と前記第2クロック信号配線との間にある、第3サブセンシング配線
をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の表示装置。
