Claims (11)
- 第1のプロトコルに従って生成されたアップリンク信号を受信し、該アップリンク信号の受信タイミング及び該アップリンク信号内に配置されたコマンドに基づいてダウンリンク信号を送信するように構成されたペン用の集積回路であって、
前記アップリンク信号を受信した後、次のアップリンク信号を受信可能である期間に、前記次のアップリンク信号を正常に受信せずに特別な状態のアップリンク信号を受信した場合に、前記第1のプロトコルに従い、該期間の前に受信していた前記アップリンク信号内に配置されたコマンドに従うデータ、又は、既定のデータを含む前記ダウンリンク信号を送信する、
ペン用の集積回路。 - 前記特別な状態は、前記コマンドの復号において異常を検出した状態である、
請求項1に記載のペン用の集積回路。 - 前記異常は、復号結果が符号語にならないことである、
請求項2に記載のペン用の集積回路。 - 前記アップリンク信号は誤り検出符号を含み、
前記異常は、前記誤り検出符号により誤りが検出されることである、
請求項2に記載のペン用の集積回路。 - 前記異常は、前記ペン用の集積回路が対応している第1のプロトコルにおいて第1の値と規定されている第1のビットの値が前記第1の値と異なる第2の値になっていることである、
請求項2に記載のペン用の集積回路。 - 前記ペン用の集積回路が対応していない第2のプロトコルにおいては、前記第1のビットの値は前記第2の値と規定されている、
請求項5に記載のペン用の集積回路。 - 前記特別な状態のアップリンク信号の受信が所定期間連続した場合に、前記ダウンリンク信号の送信を停止する、
請求項1に記載のペン用の集積回路。 - 前記ダウンリンク信号の送信タイミングを前記特別な状態のアップリンク信号の受信タイミングに基づいて決定する、
請求項1に記載のペン用の集積回路。 - 前記ペン用の集積回路が対応している第1のプロトコルに従って生成された前記アップリンク信号は、既知の同期信号を含む一方、前記ペン用の集積回路が対応していない第2のプロトコルに従って生成された前記アップリンク信号は、前記既知の同期信号と一部分のみが一致する同期信号を含み、
前記特別な状態は、前記一部分の一致が検出される一方、前記コマンドの復号において異常を検出した状態である、
請求項1に記載のペン用の集積回路。 - 前記一部分は、前記既知の同期信号を拡散するために用いる拡散符号のチップ幅、または拡散符号を構成するコードの部分である、
請求項9に記載のペン用の集積回路。 - 前記一部分は、前記既知の同期信号の先頭部分である、
請求項9に記載のペン用の集積回路。
