Description

The present invention relates to a hinged door frame and hinged door structure.

Conventionally, there has been known a hinged door frame in which a door body is installed so as to be freely rotatable. A connecting member such as a hinge that connects the door body so as to be freely rotatable to the hanging side vertical frame of such a hinged door frame is fixed by a fastener such as a screw. Depending on the material of the hanging side vertical frame to which the fastener is attached, there is a concern that the holding force of the fastener may be weakened.
For example, the following Patent Document 1 discloses an opening frame in which a female member embedding hole, which is formed by connecting a disk-shaped flange receiving part and a cylindrical screw receiving part, is provided on the back side of the base material of a door panel support frame material to which a door panel is rotatably connected. This opening frame is configured such that a female member is embedded in the female member embedding hole, into which a male member that fixes a frame material fixing part to the door panel support frame material is screwed.

However, in the opening frame described in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, it was necessary to process a female member embedding hole in the door panel support frame material in a shape that corresponds to the shape of the female member having a disk-shaped flange and a cylindrical screw-on portion.

The present invention was made in consideration of the above situation, and aims to provide a hinged door frame and hinged door structure that can improve the holding power of fasteners while also improving workability.

To achieve the above-mentioned objective, the hinged door frame of the present invention is characterized in that it comprises a hanging side vertical frame to which a connecting member that rotatably connects door bodies is fixed by a fastener on a first surface side in the thickness direction, and a holding member that is provided on a second surface side in the thickness direction of the hanging side vertical frame and holds the fastener, and that a receiving groove in which the holding member is placed is provided over the entire length on the second surface side of the hanging side vertical frame.

To achieve the above-mentioned objective, the hinged door structure of the present invention is characterized in that a connecting member that rotatably connects the door bodies is fixed to a first surface side in the thickness direction of the hanging vertical frame by a fastener, and a receiving groove that contains a holding member that holds the fastener is provided over the entire length on a second surface side in the thickness direction of the hanging vertical frame.

The hinged door frame and hinged door structure of the present invention are configured as described above, which allows for improved retention of the fasteners while also improving workability.

As shown in Figures 1(a) and (b) , the hinged door frame 10 of this embodiment is configured to allow a door body 5 to be rotatably attached to open and close an entrance 4 that is provided to penetrate a wall 2 of a building such as a residence.
The door body 5 is a generally rectangular flat plate that is long in the vertical direction. The door height of the door body 5 may be a dimension corresponding to the opening height of the doorway 4 with a hanging wall on the ceiling side as shown in the figure, or may be a dimension corresponding to the opening height of the doorway 4 from the floor to the ceiling. The door body 5 may be a so-called flush panel type configured by attaching a surface material to a frame-shaped core material. In the figure, the door body 5 is illustrated as having flat surfaces on both sides in the door thickness direction, but is not limited to this form, and may be provided with a frame portion, appropriate unevenness, a light-transmitting portion, a louver (ventilation portion), etc.

The door front end 6 of the door body 5 is provided with a handle 7 that is operated when opening or closing the door body 5. Although not shown in the figure, the handles 7 are provided on both sides in the door thickness direction of the door front end 6. These handles 7 are connected to a latch lock device (not shown) that is embedded in the door front end 6 and has a latch head that protrudes and retracts in the door width direction.
A door side member 31 of a connecting member 30 that rotatably connects the door body 5 to the door frame 10 is fixed to the trailing end 8 of the door body 5 with an appropriate fastener such as a screw. In the illustrated example, the connecting members 30, 30 are provided at multiple locations (two locations in the illustrated example) spaced apart in the door height direction of the door body 5. The trailing end 8 of the door body 5 may be provided with a recess for receiving a plate-shaped door side fixing part of the door side member 31 arranged so that the thickness direction is the door width direction. A pilot hole or the like that communicates with a fastener insertion hole provided in the door side fixing part may be provided so as to open at the concave bottom surface of the recess.

As shown in Figure 2, the hinged door frame 10 has a hanging side vertical frame 13 to which a connecting member 30 is fixed by a fastener 9 on the first thickness direction surface (the projected surface facing the center of the opening width direction of the entrance/exit 4).
1(b) and 2, the connecting member 30 includes a door side member 31 having a door side fixing part fixed to the door body 5, and a frame side member 33 having a frame side fixing part 34 fixed to the hanging side vertical frame 13. The door side member 31 and the frame side member 33 are provided with connecting parts 32, 36 that rotatably connect them to each other. These connecting parts 32, 36 may be configured such that one of them is provided with an axis part, and the other is provided with a bearing part that receives the axis part in a removable manner. The connecting member 30 may be a so-called pull-out hinge that is folded so that the door side fixing part of the door side member 31 and the frame side fixing part 34 of the frame side member 33 are overlapped when the door body 5 is in the closed position.

As shown in Fig. 2(a) and Fig. 3(c), the frame side fixing part 34 is provided with a plurality of insertion holes 35 through which the shaft part of the fastener 9 is inserted. In the illustrated example, five insertion holes 35 are provided in the frame side fixing part 34. Two of these five insertion holes 35 are provided at the center part in the vertical frame projection direction with a space in the door height direction, and the remaining three insertion holes 35 are provided at the first end side in the vertical frame projection direction with a space in the door height direction. The connecting member 30 is not limited to one in which the door side member 31 and the frame side member 33 are separable, but may be a so-called flat hinge in which the door side member 31 and the frame side member 33 are inseparably connected by a connecting shaft, or may be one with various other configurations.

As shown in FIG. 1(a), the hinged door frame 10 includes an upper frame 11 in which the upper end of the hanging side vertical frame 13 is joined to the first longitudinal end (hanging side end), and a door end side vertical frame 12 in which the upper end is joined to the second longitudinal end (door end) of the upper frame 11. In the illustrated example, the four sides of the upper and lower sides and both sides of the opening width direction of the entrance 4 are partitioned by the hinged door frame 10 having the upper frame 11, the door end side vertical frame 12, and the hanging side vertical frame 13, and the floor. The hinged door frame 10 may include a lower frame (sill) that partitions the lower side of the entrance 4. The hinged door device 1 may be composed of this hinged door frame 10 and the door body 5. This hinged door frame 10 is fixed to a frame base 3 provided to partition an opening in a wall 2 of a building such as a residence by an appropriate fastener such as a screw. In the illustrated example, a fixed-frame hinged door frame 10 is shown with a projected dimension along the wall thickness direction that is greater than the wall thickness dimension of the wall body 2 so that dust areas are formed on both sides in the wall thickness direction, but this is not limited to this form, and the hinged door frame 10 may be a casing frame with a casing frame.

The upper frame 11 is elongated in the door width direction and divides the upper side (ceiling side) of the entrance 4. The upper frame 11 is substantially strip-shaped with its thickness direction being vertical. In the illustrated example, a hanging wall is provided above the upper frame 11, but the upper frame 11 may be attached to or embedded in the ceiling. The first surface in the thickness direction of the upper frame 11, which is the projected surface facing downward, may have a door stopper that protrudes downward and extends in the door width direction, similar to the door end vertical frame 12 and the hanging side vertical frame 13 described later. The upper frame 11 may be configured by wrapping a surface plate around a base material, similar to the hanging side vertical frame 13 described later.
The longitudinal ends of the upper frame 11 and the end-side vertical frame 12 and the hanging-side vertical frame 13 may be joined by suitable dowel-shaped joints, fasteners, etc. In the illustrated example, the longitudinal ends of the upper frame 11 and the end-side vertical frame 12 and the hanging-side vertical frame 13 are joined in a vertical manner, but they may be joined in a horizontal manner.

The door end side vertical frame 12 is elongated in the door height direction and defines the door end side of the entrance 4. As described above, the recesses 16 are provided in the hanging side vertical frame 13 at positions and in numbers that correspond to the connecting members 30, 30 provided at multiple locations spaced apart in the door height direction of the door body 5.

3(a), the hanging side vertical frame 13 is provided with pilot holes 17 into which fasteners 9 such as screws are screwed so as to open at the concave bottom surface of the recess 16. In the illustrated example, two pilot holes 17 are provided so as to coincide with two upper and lower insertion holes 35 out of three insertion holes 35 provided on the first end side of the frame side fixing part 34 in the vertical frame projection direction (see also FIG. 3(c)).
The hanging side vertical frame 13 is provided with a through hole 18 that opens at the bottom of the recess 16 and penetrates in the thickness direction. The illustrated example shows an example in which a plurality of through holes 18 are provided. The illustrated example shows an example in which three through holes 18 are provided so as to be positioned to coincide with one central through hole 35 of the three through holes 35 provided on the first end side of the frame side fixing part 34 described above and two through holes 35 provided in the central part of the frame side fixing part 34 in the vertical frame projection direction.

2(a) and 2(b), a retaining member 26 is provided on the second thickness-wise surface side of the hanging-side vertical frame 13, which is the surface side facing outward in the opening width direction of the entrance 4 (the frame base 3 side), for retaining the fastener 9 that secures the connecting member 30 to the hanging-side vertical frame 13. This configuration can improve the holding power of the fastener 9. As a result, as described later, the base material 20 of the hanging-side vertical frame 13 can be formed using a wood-based material such as particle board, which has a relatively weak holding power of the fastener 9.
A receiving groove 19 for receiving the retaining member 26 is provided over the entire length on the frame base 3 side of the hanging side vertical frame 13. This configuration improves workability compared to the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, which requires machining a female member embedding hole having a shape in which a disk-shaped flange receiving portion and a cylindrical screw receiving portion are connected. The specific configuration of the retaining member 26 will be described later.

In this embodiment, the hanging side vertical frame 13 includes a base material 20 and a surface plate 25 that is provided so as to be wound around the base material 20. A recessed step (first recessed step) 22 that receives the first end 25a of the surface plate 25 is provided over the entire length on the frame base 3 side of the first end (first end in the prospective direction) 21 of the base material 20. The receiving groove 19 is defined at its groove bottom by the step bottom surface 22a of the first recessed step 22, and both sides in the groove width direction are defined by the first end 25a of the surface plate 25 and the step wall surface 22b of the first recessed step 22. With this configuration, the receiving groove 19 can be formed by the first recessed step 22 provided on the base material 20 to receive the first end 25a of the surface plate 25 and the first end 25a of the surface plate 25, and workability can be further improved.

The base material 20 is generally strip-shaped. The first recessed step 22 of the base material 20 is provided so as to open toward the frame base 3 side and toward the outside in the projection direction.
A second recessed step 24 that receives a second end 25b of the surface plate 25 is provided over the entire length on the frame base 3 side of the second end (second end in the projection direction) 23 of the base material 20. This second recessed step 24 is provided so as to open toward the frame base 3 side and toward the outside in the projection direction.
The step dimensions of the first recessed step 22 and the second recessed step 24 on both sides in the projection direction along the vertical frame thickness direction correspond to the thickness dimension of the surface plate 25. The step dimensions of the first recessed step 22 and the second recessed step 24 may be the same as the thickness dimension of the surface plate 25, or may be slightly smaller than the thickness dimension of the surface plate 25.

The step bottom width dimension of the first recessed step 22 along the projection direction is larger than the width dimension of the first end 25a of the surface plate 25 along the projection direction. The step bottom width dimension of the first recessed step 22 is the width dimension of the first end 25a of the surface plate 25 plus the groove width dimension along the projection direction of the receiving groove 19. In other words, the first end 25a of the surface plate 25 is attached to the first recessed step 22 of the base material 20 so that the receiving groove 19 is formed at the center side of the projection direction. The step dimension of the first recessed step 22 and the thickness dimension of the first end 25a become the depth dimension of the receiving groove 19 along the vertical frame thickness direction. The above-mentioned pilot hole 17 is provided so as to be located within the groove width of the receiving groove 19 when viewed in the vertical frame thickness direction (see FIG. 3(b)). The above-mentioned through hole 18 is provided so as to open at the bottom of the receiving groove 19. In other words, the receiving groove 19 is provided so as to extend over the entire length of the vertical frame at the position where the pilot hole 17 and through hole 18 that serve as the fastener 9 for fixing the frame side fixing part 34 are provided.

The width dimension of the step bottom surface of the second recessed step portion 24 along the projection direction corresponds to the width dimension of the second end portion 25b of the surface plate 25 along the projection direction. The width dimension of the step bottom surface of the second recessed step portion 24 may be the same as the width dimension of the second end portion 25b of the surface plate 25, or may be slightly larger than the width dimension of the second end portion 25b of the surface plate 25.
The substrate 20 may be made of a wood-based material such as particle board or wood fiber board that has a relatively low holding power for the fastener 9. The substrate 20 may be made of various other wood-based materials such as a wood laminate such as plywood or LVL (laminated veneer lumber), or a wood flour-plastic composite (WPC) in which a synthetic resin material contains wood flour, inorganic filler, compatibilizer, colorant, etc. in a predetermined content ratio.

The surface plate 25 is a thin plate. The thickness of the surface plate 25 may be, for example, about 1 mm to 5 mm, or about 1.5 mm to 3 mm. The surface plate 25 may be configured such that a decorative layer is provided on the surface side of a surface base material such as a wood-based board such as MDF (medium density fiberboard) or a fiber-reinforced resin layer containing a reinforced fiber sheet such as glass fiber, by attaching a decorative sheet such as veneer or a resin film or by appropriate painting.
The surface plate 25 is folded at bending grooves provided on the back side so as to be positioned according to the corners of the base material 20, and is attached so as to cover the projected surface of the base material 20, both end faces in the projected direction, and both end portions in the projected direction of the side surface of the frame base 3. In other words, the surface plate 25 includes a portion covering the projected surface of the base material 20, a portion covering each end face in the projected direction of the base material 20, a first end 25a covering the side surface of the frame base 3 of the first end 21 of the base material 20, and a second end 25b covering the side surface of the frame base 3 of the second end 23 of the base material 20.
In the illustrated example, the bent grooves in the portion covering the projected surface of the surface plate 25 and the portions covering each end surface in the projected direction are provided so that the surface side has a chamfered shape.

In the illustrated example, the width dimension of the first end 25a and the width dimension of the second end 25b of the surface plate 25 are approximately the same, but are not limited to such dimensions. The width dimensions of the first end 25a and the second end 25b may be appropriately set according to the viewpoint of suppressing peeling from the base material 20, the position of the receiving groove 19, etc. When a dust portion is provided as in the illustrated example, the width dimensions of the first end 25a and the second end 25b may be equal to or larger than the dimension along the expected direction of the dust portion so that the base material 20 is not exposed. In other words, the first end 25a and the second end 25b may be configured to abut against the end face of the wall material constituting the inner circumferential surface of the opening formed in the wall body 2 or the frame base 3. The width dimensions of the first end 25a and the second end 25b may be, for example, 10 mm or more, and preferably 15 mm or more.
The above-mentioned mounting groove 14 is provided so as to penetrate through this front plate 25 and reach the base material 20. Although the above-mentioned recess 16 is shown as being provided only in the front plate 25, it may be provided so as to reach the base material 20.

The holding member 26 is configured so that the holding force of the fastener 9 screwed into the holding member 26 is greater than the holding force of the fastener 9 when the fastener 9 is screwed directly into the base material 20 .
In this embodiment, the retaining member 26 includes a tubular portion 27 that is inserted into the through hole 18 provided in the hanging-side vertical frame 13, and a flange-like portion 29 that is larger in diameter than the tubular portion 27 and is received in the receiving groove 19. With this configuration, the fastener 9 can be attached to the tubular portion 27, whose movement toward the head side is restricted by the flange-like portion 29, so that the retaining force of the fastener 9 can be further improved.
In this embodiment, the retaining member 26 is configured to have a single flange portion 29 and a plurality of (three in the illustrated example) cylindrical portions 27. In other words, the plurality of cylindrical portions 27 are integrally provided by the flange portion 29. With this configuration, it is possible to suppress the retaining member 26 from rotating when the fastener 9 is screwed in, compared to the female member having a disk-shaped flange portion and a cylindrical screw portion described in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1.

These cylindrical portions 27 are of the same configuration and are provided at positions that correspond to the multiple through holes 18 of the hanging side vertical frame 13 so that they can be inserted into each of these through holes 18. These cylindrical portions 27 are of a generally cylindrical shape with their axial direction aligned with the vertical frame thickness direction. The length dimension of these cylindrical portions 27 along the axial direction may be equal to or smaller than the dimension of the through hole 18 along the vertical frame thickness direction so that these cylindrical portions 27 do not protrude on the projected surface side of the through hole 18.
These cylindrical portions 27 are provided with female threaded holes 28 that serve as holding portions for the shafts of the fasteners 9. These female threaded holes 28 are provided so as to open toward one side in the thickness direction of the vertical frame (the doorway 4 side). The holding portions for the shafts of the fasteners 9 provided in the cylindrical portions 27 are not limited to the female threaded holes 28, and may be pilot holes to which the shafts of the fasteners 9 are fastened.

In this embodiment, the thickness dimension of the flange portion 29 along the vertical frame thickness direction is equal to or less than the depth dimension along the vertical frame thickness direction of the receiving groove 19. With this configuration, the flange portion 29 does not protrude from the side surface of the frame base 3 of the hanging side vertical frame 13, and interference of the flange portion 29 with the frame base 3 can be suppressed.
The dimensions of the flange portion 29 along the vertical frame projection direction and the vertical frame longitudinal direction are set to appropriate dimensions so that the above-mentioned multiple tubular portions 27 can be provided. In the illustrated example, the dimension of the flange portion 29 along the vertical frame projection direction is set to be approximately the same as the groove width dimension of the receiving groove 19, but is not limited to such a dimension. In the illustrated example, the dimension of the flange portion 29 along the vertical frame longitudinal direction is set to be a dimension that fits between two pilot holes 17 on both the upper and lower sides provided on the first end side in the vertical frame projection direction, but is not limited to such a dimension.
The holding member 26 may be made of a metal material, or may be made of a hard synthetic resin material.

The retaining member 26 configured as above may be attached to the hanging-side vertical frame 13 by pressing the tubular portion 27, whose outer diameter is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the through hole 18, into the through hole 18. The outer peripheral surface of the tubular portion 27 may be provided with an appropriate anti-pullout protrusion that bites into the inner peripheral surface of the through hole 18. Instead of this configuration, the retaining member 26 may be attached to the hanging-side vertical frame 13 with an adhesive or an appropriate fastener.
The retaining member 26 may be shipped from a factory or the like in a state in which it is pre-attached to the hanging-side vertical frame 13. In this case, the frame side member 33 of the connecting member 30 may be pre-fixed to the hanging-side vertical frame 13. Alternatively, the retaining member 26 may be attached to the hanging-side vertical frame 13 at a construction site or the like. In this case, at least the through hole 18 and the pilot hole 17, and/or the recess 16 may be machined into the hanging-side vertical frame 13 at a construction site or the like.

The hinged door frame 10 configured as above may be fixed to the frame base 3 in a state where the door-end vertical frame 12 is joined to the door-end end of the upper frame 11, and the hanging-side vertical frame 13 to which the retaining member 26 is attached is joined to the hanging-side end of the upper frame 11, and assembled into a three-sided frame. The door body 5 may be rotatably attached to the hanging-side vertical frame 13 via the connecting member 30.
In the hinged door structure using the hinged door frame 10 configured as above, the connecting member 30 that rotatably connects the door body 5 is fixed by the fastener 9 to the projected surface side of the hanging side vertical frame 13. In this hinged door structure, a receiving groove 19 that houses a retaining member 26 that holds the fastener 9 is provided over the entire length on the surface side of the hanging side vertical frame 13 that faces the frame base 3. With this configuration, the retaining member 26 can improve the holding force of the fastener 9 that fixes the frame side member 33 of the connecting member 30 to the hanging side vertical frame 13.

Next, another embodiment will be described.
In the following embodiments, differences from the previously described embodiments will be mainly described, and the same configurations will be denoted by the same reference numerals and their description will be omitted or briefly described. In the following embodiments, the description of the effects achieved in the same manner as in the previously described embodiments will be omitted or briefly described.

4(a) to (c) are diagrams that diagrammatically show an example of a hinged door frame according to the second embodiment and an example of a hinged door structure using the same.
The hinged door frame 10A according to this embodiment differs from the above-described example mainly in the configurations of the retaining member 26A and the connecting member 30A.
In the connecting member 30A, the dimension of the frame side fixing portion 34A of the frame side member 33A along the vertical frame longitudinal direction is smaller than that of the above-mentioned example. The frame side fixing portion 34A is provided with four insertion holes 35 so as to form two rows in the vertical frame longitudinal direction and two columns in the vertical frame projection direction. The connecting member 30A may be a so-called flag hinge in which the door side fixing portion of the door side member 31A and the frame side fixing portion 34A of the frame side member 33A are folded at a position shifted in the door height direction when the door body 5 (see FIG. 1) is in the closed position.

The hanging side vertical frame 13A has a recess 16A corresponding to the shape of the frame side fixing part 34A described above on the projected surface side. The hanging side vertical frame 13A has a pilot hole 17 similar to the above that opens at the concave bottom surface of this recess 16A. In the illustrated example, two pilot holes 17 are provided so as to be aligned with the two lower insertion holes 35 of the four insertion holes 35 of the frame side fixing part 34A described above (see FIG. 4(c)).
The hanging-side vertical frame 13A is provided with the same through-holes 18 that open at the bottom of the recess 16A and penetrate through the thickness direction. In the illustrated example, two through-holes 18 are provided so as to coincide with the upper two through-holes 35 of the four through-holes 35 of the frame-side fixing part 34A.

The holding member 26A has a configuration in which one flange portion 29A is provided with two cylindrical portions 27. The holding member 26A is attached by inserting the two cylindrical portions 27 into the two through holes 18, respectively.
In the example shown in the figure, the dimension of the flange-shaped portion 29A along the vertical frame projection direction is approximately the same as the groove width dimension of the receiving groove 19, and the dimension of the flange-shaped portion 29A along the vertical frame longitudinal direction is smaller than the dimension of the flange-shaped portion 29A along the vertical frame projection direction, but is not limited to these dimensions.

In each of the above-described embodiments, an example is shown in which two or three cylindrical portions 27 are provided on the flange portion 29, 29A of the holding member 26, 26A, but one or four or more cylindrical portions 27 may be provided. When one cylindrical portion 27 is provided on the flange portion 29, 29A of the holding member 26, 26A, the flange portion 29, 29A may be configured to prevent rotation within the receiving groove 19. The holding member 26, 26A having the cylindrical portion 27 and the flange portion 29, 29A may have various other configurations.
In each of the above-described embodiments, the holding member 26, 26A is provided with the cylindrical portion 27 that is inserted into the through hole 18 of the hanging-side vertical frame 13, 13A, and the flange-like portion 29, 29A that is larger in diameter than the cylindrical portion 27 and is received in the receiving groove 19, but the present invention is not limited to such an example. For example, the holding member may be a flat plate-like member that does not have the above-described cylindrical portion 27. In this case, the flat plate-like holding member may be provided with a female screw hole or a pilot hole that serves as a fastening portion for the fastener 9.

5(a) to (c) are diagrams that show an example of a hinged door frame according to the third embodiment and an example of a hinged door structure using the same.
The hinged door frame 10B according to this embodiment differs from the above-described example mainly in the configuration of the receiving groove 19A and the retaining member 26B of the hanging side vertical frame 13B.
The hanging side vertical frame 13B is provided with three similar pilot holes 17 opening at the concave bottom surface of the recess 16 so as to coincide with the three insertion holes 35 on the first end side in the vertical frame projection direction of the frame side fixing part 34. The hanging side vertical frame 13B is provided with two similar through holes 18 opening at the concave bottom surface of the recess 16 and penetrating in the thickness direction so as to coincide with the two insertion holes 35 on the central part of the frame side fixing part 34 in the vertical frame projection direction.

The receiving groove 19A is provided separately from the first recessed step 22A of the base material 20. The first recessed step 22A of the base material 20 has a step bottom surface width dimension that corresponds to the width dimension of the first end 25a of the front panel 25 along the projection direction.
The depth of the receiving groove 19A is greater than that of the above-mentioned example, and the groove width is smaller than that of the above-mentioned example. The depth of the receiving groove 19A is greater than the thickness of the surface plate 25. The groove width of the receiving groove 19A is set to a dimension corresponding to the through hole 18 so that the through hole 18 can open at the bottom of the groove. In the illustrated example, the receiving groove 19A has a groove width dimension such that it does not overlap the pilot hole 17 when viewed in the thickness direction of the vertical frame.

The retaining member 26B is in the form of a block that is entirely fitted into the receiving groove 19A, which has a relatively large depth. In the illustrated example, the dimension of the retaining member 26B in the groove depth direction is approximately the same as the depth of the receiving groove 19A, but the dimension may be smaller than the depth of the receiving groove 19A.
The holding member 26B is provided with a press-fit portion 27B whose dimension along the groove width direction of the receiving groove 19A is larger than the groove width dimension of the receiving groove 19A. In the illustrated example, the press-fit portion 27B is provided at the approximately center portion of the groove longitudinal direction of the holding member 26B, and the dimensions along the groove width direction of both sides of the groove longitudinal direction are approximately the same as the groove width dimension of the receiving groove 19A. A slip-out prevention protrusion that bites into the groove wall of the receiving groove 19A may be provided on the outer periphery of the press-fit portion 27B. The press-fit portion 27B is provided with a female screw hole 28B that serves as a holding portion for the shaft portion of the fastener 9 similar to the above. The holding member 26B is inserted into the receiving groove 19A so that the female screw hole 28B is in communication with the through hole 18. In other words, in this embodiment, the holding member 26B is not provided with a portion that is inserted into the through hole 18.

The holding member 26B is not limited to the above-described configuration, and various other modifications are possible.
In this embodiment, the receiving groove 19A is provided separately from the first concave step 22A of the base material 20, so it is not limited to the hanging side vertical frame 13B having the base material 20 and the surface panel 25, and may be a hanging side vertical frame having various other configurations.
In each of the above-described embodiments, the connecting members 30, 30A are shown as flat hinges or flag hinges, but they may be slide hinges or various other hinges.
The different configurations described in the above embodiments may be appropriately modified, rearranged, or combined as necessary.
The configurations of the above-mentioned members and parts of the hinged door frames 10, 10A, and 10B according to the above-mentioned embodiments are merely examples, and various other modifications are possible.
