Claims (4)
- 空気圧式、流体圧式、或は電動式のアクチュエータによって弁軸を回動させることで流路を開閉する回転弁であるバルブと、
前記弁軸に固定され、該弁軸の回転運動を検知するモーションセンサと、
前記バルブの開閉回数における開度ステップ毎の前記モーションセンサの検知データに基づく弁軸の角速度または角速度を解析したデータ、および、要交換状態の故障開閉回数をリファレンスデータとして予め記憶したデータベースと、
前記モーションセンサが前記弁軸の回転運動を実測することによって得られた前記弁軸の角速度または角速度を解析したデータと、該弁軸の角速度または角速度を解析したデータに開閉回数および開度ステップが同一の前記リファレンスデータの弁軸の角速度または角速度を解析したデータとが略等しいか否かを比較照合し、略等しくないと判断した場合には、前記リファレンスデータの精度が低いものとして、前記リファレンスデータの前記比較照合した弁軸の角速度または角速度を解析したデータを前記実測による弁軸の角速度または角速度を解析したデータに基づいて書き換え、略等しいと判断した場合には、前記リファレンスデータの精度が高いものとして、前記モーションセンサが前記弁軸の回転運動を実測した時のバルブの開閉回数および前記リファレンスデータの前記故障開閉回数に基づいて前記バルブの摩耗が進んで交換が必要な状態であるか否かの判定を実行して判定結果を報知可能に出力する異常診断手段と、を備えたことを特徴とするバルブの状態把握システム。 - 前記リファレンスデータには、前記バルブの使用頻度データが含まれ、
前記異常診断手段が、前記リファレンスデータが有している前記バルブの使用頻度データおよび前記バルブの故障開閉回数を参照し、前記使用頻度データ、前記故障開閉回数および前記バルブの開閉回数を用いて前記バルブが故障するまでの期間を算出し、前記バルブの交換時期を報知可能に出力する請求項1に記載のバルブの状態把握システム。 - 前記モーションセンサは、ジャイロセンサであり、
前記弁軸の角速度または角速度を解析したデータは、前記弁軸の角速度データである請求項1または2に記載のバルブの状態把握システム。 - 前記バルブの開度ステップが、最初の開度、又は、中間の開度、又は最終の開度の少なくとも1つである請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のバルブの状態把握システム。
