本発明は上記事情に鑑みなされたものであり、マスク着用時に起因する化粧くずれおよび肌刺激を抑制することが可能な粉末化粧料を提供することを目的とするものである。

In terms of structure, there are various types of masks, such as pleated masks in which pleats are formed in the mask body and can be expanded in the vertical direction when worn, three-dimensional masks in which a cup-shaped space is formed when the mask body is opened after being folded in half along the vertical center line, and molded masks that are molded in advance into a three-dimensional shape such as a cup shape, but the powder cosmetic of the present invention can be used regardless of the type of mask.

以下に実施例を挙げて本発明をさらに具体的に説明する。本発明はこれらの実施例によってなんら限定されるものでない。配合量は特に断りがない限り質量%である。
下記表1および2に掲げた処方で粉末化粧料を常法により調製し、吸水量を以下の方法で測定した。また、以下の基準により分散性の評価を行った。

Powder cosmetic compositions were prepared in the usual manner according to the formulations shown in Tables 1 and 2 below, and the water absorption was measured by the following method. Dispersibility was also evaluated according to the following criteria.

調製した粉末化粧料を70℃中で12時間静置した。その後、25℃雰囲気下において粉末化粧料1gを精密に秤り、ガラス板上に採り、イオン交換水を少量ずつ粉末の中心にたらし、その都度ヘラで均一になるように練り合わせ、全体がペースト状になり、流動化する直前を終点とし、下記式により算出した。

The prepared powder cosmetic was left to stand for 12 hours at 70° C. Thereafter, 1 g of the powder cosmetic was precisely weighed out in an atmosphere of 25° C. and placed on a glass plate, and ion-exchanged water was gradually dropped into the center of the powder, and each time, the mixture was kneaded with a spatula until it became homogeneous. The endpoint was the time just before the entire mixture became paste-like and fluidized, and the viscosity was calculated using the following formula.

(分散性評価)
ガラス試験管に調製した粉末化粧料を3g入れ、高さ5cmから100回自然落下させ。その後、試験管の口元を下にして持ち、高さ2cmから1回自然落下させ、引き続き落下を繰り返し、ガラス管中の粉が全て出るまでに要した落下回数をカウントし、以下の基準で評価した。
A:0~6回
B:7~13回
C:14~20回
D:21回以上
(Dispersibility Evaluation)
3 g of the prepared powder cosmetic was placed in a glass test tube and allowed to drop naturally 100 times from a height of 5 cm. *6: PDM-10L, plate-shaped mica, aspect ratio 60 (manufactured by Topy Industries, Ltd.)
表1に示すように、実施例1は多孔質球状粉末と形状の異なる粉末を用いたものであるが、吸水量が高かった。一方、比較例1は実施例1において多孔質球状粉末を無孔質球状粉末に変更したものであるが、この場合には吸水量が低かった。なお、化粧くずれはマスク内の吸水量に起因するため、実施例1の化粧料は化粧くずれが抑制されると推測できる。 As shown in Table 1, Example 1 used a powder with a different shape than the porous spherical powder, but had a high water absorption. また、表2に示すように、実施例2は多孔質球状粉末と粒子径の異なる粉末を用いたもの、実施例1および3は多孔質球状粉末と形状の異なる粉末を用いたものであるが、いずれも分散性が良好であった。一方、比較例2は多孔質球状粉末のみを用いたもの、比較例3は多孔質球状粉末と粒子径が同じ粉末を用いたものであるが、これらは分散性が悪かった。 As shown in Table 2, Example 2 used a powder with a different particle size from the porous spherical powder, and Examples 1 and 3 used powders with a different shape from the porous spherical powder, but all had good dispersibility.
