Description
The present invention relates to a cleaning tool and a cleaning tool joint used in the cleaning tool.
Conventionally, an adhesive tape cleaning tool as described in Patent Document 1 is known as a cleaning tool. The adhesive tape cleaning tool includes a support grip that supports an adhesive roll at its tip end, and an extension rod that is inserted into the base end of the support grip. The support grip is formed at its base end with a cylindrical extension rod hole into which the extension rod can be inserted, and a hook hole that passes radially through the extension rod hole. The extension rod is provided at its tip with an engagement hook that can engage with the hook hole.
With an adhesive tape cleaning tool configured as described above, the extension rod can be connected to the support grip by inserting the extension rod into the extension rod hole and engaging the engagement hook with the hook hole.
In adhesive tape cleaning tools such as that described in Patent Document 1, the extension rod is inserted into an extension rod hole and engaged with an engaging hook to connect the extension rod to the support grip. However, with this type of connection method, a gap may occur between the inner surface of the extension rod hole and the outer surface of the extension rod due to manufacturing tolerances, etc. This causes a problem of the extension rod wobbling relative to the support grip.
The present invention aims to provide a cleaning tool joint and a cleaning tool that can prevent the part at the tip end from wobbling relative to the part at the base end.
The cleaning tool joint of the present invention is used in a cleaning tool, and is a cleaning tool joint for connecting and fixing a part provided on the tip side and a part provided on the base side of the cleaning tool, and at least one of the part provided on the tip side and the part provided on the base side is a tube, and includes a main body part inserted into the inside of the tube, and the main body part includes a base part whose outer diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the tube, and a protrusion part protruding radially outward from the outer peripheral surface of the base, and the main body part has an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the tube at at least two points separated in a direction including an axial component of the outer peripheral surface of the part, and the protrusion part is deformable by contacting the inner peripheral surface of the tube.
With this configuration, when the main body is inserted into the tube, the protrusions can come into contact with and deform the inner circumferential surface of the tube, so that the main body is in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the tube at at least two points spaced apart in a direction that includes the axial component, preventing the tube from wobbling.
The protrusions can also be arranged to extend in a direction that intersects both the axial and circumferential directions of the base.
With this configuration, the protrusion extends in a direction that intersects with the axial direction and circumferential direction of the base, making it easier to insert the main body into the tube than if the protrusion extended in the circumferential direction.
The protrusion can also be a protrusion that extends around the entire circumference of the main body.
With this configuration, the main body is in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the tube over approximately the entire circumference, so the contact force is less likely to vary in the circumferential direction, preventing the tube from wobbling.
The protrusion can also be a spiral protrusion provided on the outer circumferential surface of the base.
With this configuration, the protrusion is spiral, making it easy to insert the main body into the tube, and the protrusion can reliably contact the inner surface of the tube.
The base may also have an area in the axial direction where the protrusions are not provided.
With this configuration, the base has an area in which no protrusions are provided along the axial direction, so when the main body is removed from the mold for molding, it becomes easier to remove the main body from the mold.
The protrusion may also include a base portion that protrudes radially outward from the outer circumferential surface of the base portion, and a deformation portion that protrudes radially outward from the outer circumferential surface of the base portion, and the deformation portion may be capable of deforming by contacting the inner circumferential surface of the tube body.
With this configuration, the deformation portion provided at the tip of the protrusion deforms, allowing the protrusion to reliably abut against the inner circumferential surface of the tube body.
The cleaning tool joint of the present invention is used in a cleaning tool and is for connecting and fixing a tube provided on the tip side of the cleaning tool to a tube provided on the base end side, and includes a tip main body portion inserted into the tube provided on the tip side and a base main body portion inserted into the tube provided on the base end side, the tip main body portion includes a tip base portion having an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the tube provided on the tip side, and a tip protrusion portion protruding radially outward from the outer circumferential surface of the tip base portion, and the tip main body portion is provided with at least two points spaced apart in a direction including an axial component of the outer circumferential surface at the portion including the tip protrusion portion. The outer diameter is larger than the inner diameter of the tube provided on the tip side, and the tip protrusion is deformable by contacting with the inner peripheral surface of the tube provided on the tip side, and the base end main body portion includes a base end base portion whose outer diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the tube provided on the base end side, and a base end protrusion portion that protrudes radially outward from the outer peripheral surface of the base end base portion, and the base end main body portion has an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the tube provided on the base end side at at least two points separated in a direction including an axial component of the outer peripheral surface at the portion including the base end protrusion portion, and the base end protrusion portion is deformable by contacting with the inner peripheral surface of the tube provided on the base end side.
With this configuration, the distal body portion is in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the tube provided on the distal end side, and the proximal body portion is in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the tube provided on the proximal end side, at least at two points spaced apart in a direction including an axial component, thereby preventing the tube provided on the distal end side from wobbling relative to the tube provided on the proximal end side.
The tip protrusion can also be provided so as to extend in a direction intersecting both the axial direction and the circumferential direction of the tip base portion, and the base protrusion can also be provided so as to extend in a direction intersecting both the axial direction and the circumferential direction of the base base portion.
With this configuration, the tip protrusion and the base protrusion extend in a direction that intersects both the axial direction and the circumferential direction, making it easier to insert into the tube provided on the tip side and the tube provided on the base side compared to when the tip protrusion and the base protrusion extend in the circumferential direction.
The tip protrusion can be a protrusion that extends substantially around the circumference of the tip body, and the base protrusion can be a protrusion that extends substantially around the circumference of the base body.
With this configuration, the tip body portion is in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the tip tube over approximately the entire circumference, and the base body portion is in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the base tube over approximately the entire circumference, so the adhesion force is less likely to vary in the circumferential direction, and wobbling of the tip tube and base tube can be suppressed.
The tip protrusion can also be a protrusion provided in a spiral shape on the outer peripheral surface of the tip base, and the base protrusion can also be a protrusion provided in a spiral shape on the outer peripheral surface of the base base.
With this configuration, the distal protrusion and the proximal protrusion are helical, making it easy to insert the distal main body into the distal tube and the proximal main body into the proximal tube, and they can reliably abut against the inner circumferential surfaces of the distal and proximal tubes.
In addition, the tip body portion may have an area in the axial direction where the tip protrusion is not provided, and the base body portion may have an area in the axial direction where the base protrusion is not provided.
With this configuration, when the distal body portion and the proximal body portion are removed from the mold and molded, the distal body portion has an area in the axial direction where the distal protrusion is not provided, and the proximal body portion has an area in the axial direction where the proximal protrusion is not provided, making it easier to remove the distal body portion and the proximal body portion from the mold.
The cleaning tool of the present invention also includes a cleaning tip part provided at the tip side and having a cleaning main body part that comes into contact with an object to be cleaned and cleans the object to be cleaned, a grip part provided at the base end side and that is gripped when performing cleaning, and the cleaning tool joint described in claims 1 to 5 that connects the cleaning tip part and the grip part.
This configuration makes it possible to obtain a cleaning tool in which the part at the tip end is prevented from wobbling relative to the part at the base end.
The present invention provides a cleaning tool joint and a cleaning tool that can prevent the part at the tip end from wobbling relative to the part at the base end.
One embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 13. In the following description, the tip end and base end will be described based on the directions of the cleaning tool A as a whole as shown in Figure 1 (excluding individual descriptions of each part).
As shown in FIG. 1, the cleaning tool A includes a cleaning tip 1 provided at the tip side, a grip 2 provided at the base end, a cleaning tool joint 3 connecting the cleaning tip 1 and the grip 2, and a hanging handle 4 connected to the base end of the grip 2. The cleaning tip 1 is configured to be able to attach a cleaning main body such as an adhesive roll R that comes into contact with the object to be cleaned and removes dirt and the like. The grip 2 is a part that is held by the user when cleaning. Furthermore, such a cleaning tool A maintains the connected state of each part in normal use. In other words, the connection of each part of the cleaning tool A is not released in normal use.
The cleaning tip 1 includes a head 11 to which the cleaning body is attached, and a tip extension 12 extending from the head 11 toward the base end. The head 11 is cylindrical or columnar, and is connected to the tip extension 12 so as to be freely rotatable. The tip extension 12 is a rod-shaped portion bent to match the shape of the head 11 so as to support the head 11 at its radial center. Specifically, the tip extension 12 is a rod-shaped portion whose base end has an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the grip 2, and whose base end has an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of an insertion port 3a formed in the cleaning tool joint 3 described later. In the cleaning tip 1 of this embodiment, the head 11 is made of resin, and the tip extension 12 is made of metal.
The grip portion 2 is a columnar portion in which at least the tip and base ends are hollow. The grip portion 2 of this embodiment is hollow from the tip to the base end. The grip portion 2 is also a cylindrical body with a circular interior. In other words, the grip portion 2 of this embodiment is a single tube. The grip portion 2 of this embodiment is also made of metal.
As shown in Figure 2, the hanging handle part 4 is a part that is inserted through a hook or the like and supports the entire cleaning tool A. As shown in Figure 2, the hanging handle part 4 includes a hanging handle main body part 41 having a hanging hole 4a through which a hook or the like can be inserted, and a hanging handle connecting joint part 42 provided on the base end side of the hanging handle main body part 41. Such a hanging handle part 4 is connected to the grip part 2 by inserting the hanging handle connecting joint part 42 into the base end of the grip part 2.
When the hanging hand connecting joint 42 is considered to be a separate part from the hanging hand main body 41, it can be said that the hanging hand connecting joint 42 connects and fixes the grip part 2, which is a tube provided at the tip side, to the hanging hand main body 41. Specifically, the hanging hand connecting joint 42 has its tip side inserted into the grip part 2, and the hanging hand main body 41 is joined to the base end of the hanging hand connecting joint 42 at its base end. The hanging hand connecting joint 42 also includes a hanging hand connecting base 421 whose outer diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the base end of the grip part 2, and a hanging hand connecting protrusion 422 that protrudes radially outward from the outer circumferential surface of the hanging hand connecting base 421. Furthermore, the outer diameter of the hanging handle connection joint 42 is larger than the inner diameter of the base end of the grip part 2 at at least two points separated in a direction including the axial component at the portion including the hanging handle connection protrusion 422, and the hanging handle connection protrusion 422 can abut against the inner peripheral surface of the base end of the grip part 2 and deform. Also, the hanging handle connection joint 42 is formed with a hanging handle pin insertion hole 42a, which is a hole that penetrates in the radial direction. Furthermore, the hanging handle part 4 of this embodiment is made of resin.
Specifically, the hanging handle connection protrusion 422 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the hanging handle connection base 421 so as to extend in a direction intersecting both the axial direction and the circumferential direction. The hanging handle connection protrusion 422 is a protrusion provided over most of the entire circumference of the outer peripheral surface of the hanging handle connection base 421. In addition, in the hanging handle connection joint 42 of this embodiment, an area in which no protrusion is formed in the axial direction is formed in a part of the circumferential direction in order to remove it from the mold. Furthermore, the hanging handle connection protrusion 422 is a protrusion provided in a spiral shape on the outer peripheral surface of the hanging handle connection base 421.
The handrail 4 is connected to the gripping part 2 by inserting the handrail connecting joint 42 into the gripping part 2. Specifically, the handrail connecting joint 42 is inserted by rotating it as if it were screwed into the base end of the gripping part 2, and the handrail connecting protrusion 422 abuts against the inner circumferential surface of the gripping part 2 and deforms so as to reduce in diameter. This deformation generates a restoring force toward the outside of the diameter of the handrail connecting protrusion 422. Therefore, the handrail connecting protrusion 422 is in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the gripping part 2, so that the handrail 4 is attached in a state in which it is prevented from wobbling relative to the gripping part 2. In addition, by inserting the handrail connecting joint 42 into the gripping part 2 and then providing a pin P1 that penetrates the gripping part 2 in the radial direction and passes through the handrail pin insertion hole 42a, the handrail 4 can be prevented from falling off the gripping part 2.
3 to 11, the cleaning tool joint 3 connects the cleaning tip 1 and the grip 2. That is, the cleaning tip 1 is connected to the tip side of the cleaning tool joint 3, and the grip 2 is connected to the base end side, thereby connecting the cleaning tip 1 and the grip 2. Specifically, the cleaning tool joint 3 includes a main body 31 that is inserted into the tip of the grip 2, which is a tube, and a tube end abutment 32 that is connected to the tip of the main body 31. In addition, the cleaning tool joint 3 is formed with an insertion port 3a through which the base end of the tip extension 12 can be inserted from the tip to the base end. In this embodiment, the insertion port 3a is a hole that penetrates in the axial direction. In addition, the inner diameter of the insertion port 3a is smaller than the outer diameter of the base end of the tip extension 12. Furthermore, the cleaning tool joint 3 connects the cleaning tip 1 and the grip 2 in an undetachable manner. In other words, under normal use conditions, the connection between the cleaning tip 1 and the grip part 2 does not come apart.
The cleaning tip 1 is connected to the cleaning tool joint 3 by inserting the tip extension 12 into the insertion port 3a. Specifically, since the outer diameter of the tip of the tip extension 12 is larger than the inner diameter of the insertion port 3a, when the tip extension 12 is inserted into the insertion port 3a, the tip extension 12 enters the base end while pushing the inner wall of the insertion port 3a radially outward. Therefore, when the tip extension 12 is inserted into the insertion port 3a, the inner wall of the insertion port 3a comes into close contact with the tip extension 12, so that the cleaning tip 1 is connected to the cleaning tool joint 3 in a state in which wobbling is suppressed (see FIG. 12).
The main body 31 includes a base 311 whose outer diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the tip of the gripping portion 2, and a protrusion 312 that protrudes radially outward from the outer circumferential surface of the base 311. The outer diameter of the portion of the main body 31 where the protrusion 312 is provided is larger than the inner diameter of the tip of the gripping portion 2. Furthermore, the main body 31 includes a pin insertion portion 313 at its base end, which has a joint pin insertion hole 313a formed therein, which is a hole through which the pin P2 (see FIG. 12) can be inserted.
The base 311 is a rod-shaped body extending in the axial direction. The base 311 is also a rod-shaped body with an inner diameter smaller than the tip of the gripping portion 2. In this embodiment, the base 311 is a rod-shaped body extending from the pin insertion portion 313 to the tube end abutment portion 32. Furthermore, the base 311 in this embodiment has a hole (insertion port 3a) that penetrates in the axial direction from the tip side to the base end side. The base 311 is also cylindrical with an outer diameter that is approximately constant from the tip to the base end.
The protrusion 312 is a protrusion that protrudes radially outward from the outer circumferential surface of the base 311. The protrusion 312 can be deformed by contacting the inner circumferential surface of the tip of the grip 2. Specifically, the protrusion 312 includes a base portion 3121 that protrudes radially outward from the outer circumferential surface of the base 311, and a deformation portion 3122 that protrudes radially outward from the outer circumferential surface of the base 3121, and the deformation portion 3122 can be deformed by contacting the inner circumferential surface of the tip of the grip 2. The protrusion 312 of this embodiment is a protrusion that extends in a direction that intersects both the axial direction and the circumferential direction of the base 311. The protrusion 312 is a protrusion that is provided to extend approximately around the circumference of the main body 31. In addition, in the protrusion portion 312 of this embodiment, a region 312a where a protrusion (deformed portion 3122) is not formed in the axial direction is formed in a part of the circumferential direction in order to remove it from the mold, and in this embodiment, the outer diameter of the region 312a is smaller than the inner diameter of the grip portion 2 (see FIG. 4). Furthermore, the protrusion portion 312 is a protrusion provided in a spiral shape on the outer peripheral surface of the base portion 311. In other words, the protrusion portion 312 is a protrusion provided on the outer peripheral surface of the base portion 311 so as to extend over multiple revolutions in a direction intersecting both the axial direction and the circumferential direction. Furthermore, the base portion 3121 and the deformed portion 3122 of this embodiment are integrally molded.
As shown in FIG. 11, the base portion 3121 is connected to the outer peripheral surface of the base portion 311 and extends radially outward from the outer peripheral surface of the base portion 311. The base portion 3121 also has a base flat portion 3121a on its outer peripheral surface that extends approximately parallel to the axis. The base flat portion 3121a is a flat surface that has a certain width in the axial direction. The base flat portion 3121a is provided over the entire outer peripheral surface of the base portion 3121.
The deformable portion 3122 is a portion that protrudes radially outward from the base portion 3121. The deformable portion 3122 is provided so as to protrude radially outward from the base flat portion 3121a. Furthermore, the deformable portion 3122 has a shape in which the tip portion (the end portion on the radially outer side) is thinner (has a shorter axial length) than the base portion (the portion connected to the base flat portion 3121a). The tip portion of the deformable portion 3122 in this embodiment is arc-shaped. Furthermore, the deformable portion 3122 in this embodiment is relatively softer than the tip portion of the grip portion 2, and is therefore easily deformed. Specifically, the deformable portion 3122 can be deformed such that the tip portion comes into contact with the inner circumferential surface of the grip portion 2 and is crushed toward the base end side. This deformation generates a restoring force to the radially outward in the deformable portion 3122.
The pipe end abutment portion 32 is a portion that can abut against the end face on the base end side of the grip portion 2. Specifically, the pipe end abutment portion 32 is a portion whose outer diameter is larger than the inner diameter of the grip portion 2. The pipe end abutment portion 32 is also a portion that protrudes radially outward from the outer circumferential surface of the tip portion of the base portion 311. In this embodiment, the pipe end abutment portion 32 is a protrusion that protrudes radially outward around one circumferential circumference of the base portion 311. Specifically, the pipe end abutment portion 32 includes an annular annular abutment portion 321 that protrudes radially outward from the outer circumferential surface of the base portion 311, and a positioning portion 322 that protrudes from the annular abutment portion 321 toward the base end side.
The annular contact portion 321 is an annular portion whose outer diameter is larger than the inner diameter of the base end. The annular contact portion 321 has an inner end connected to the outer circumferential surface of the base portion 311. The annular contact portion 321 is provided substantially coaxially with the base portion 311. The outer diameter of the annular contact portion 321 is substantially equal to the outer diameter of the grip portion 2. Such an annular contact portion 321 can block the tip portion of the grip portion 2.
The positioning portion 322 is a plurality of protrusions extending from the annular contact portion 321 toward the base end side. When inserted into the gripping portion 2, the plurality of positioning portions 322 abut against the inner peripheral surface of the gripping portion 2, preventing the gripping portion 2 from shifting relative to the tube end abutment portion 32. In addition, since the positioning portion 322 extends from the annular contact portion 321 toward the base end side, it reinforces the annular contact portion 321 and prevents the annular contact portion 321 from deforming and entering the interior of the gripping portion 2.
The cleaning tool joint 3 configured as described above has a tip extension 12 connected to the tip side and a grip 2 connected to the base end side. Specifically, the tip extension 12 is connected to the tip of the cleaning tool joint 3 by inserting the tip extension 12 into the insertion port 3a. Also, the grip 2 is connected to the base end side of the cleaning tool joint 3 by inserting the grip 2.
As shown in FIG. 13, the inner diameter of the insertion port 3a is smaller than the outer diameter of the tip extension 12, so the inner wall of the insertion port 3a of the base 311 adheres closely to the outer circumferential surface of the inserted tip extension 12. Therefore, the cleaning tip 1 is connected to the cleaning tool joint 3 in a state where wobbling is suppressed.
In addition, since the outer diameter of the main body 31 is larger than the inner diameter of the gripping portion 2 at the portion where the protrusion 312 is provided, the protrusion 312 adheres closely to the inner peripheral surface of the gripping portion 2. Specifically, the deformation portion 3122 is pushed radially inward by the inner peripheral surface of the gripping portion 2 and deforms. The outer peripheral surface of the deformation portion 3122 deforms into a shape that fits the inner peripheral surface of the gripping portion 2 and adheres closely to the inner peripheral surface of the gripping portion 2.
When the main body 31 is inserted into the gripping portion 2, the pin P2 is inserted so as to penetrate the gripping portion 2 and the pin insertion portion 313. The pin P2 prevents the main body 31 from falling off the gripping portion 2.
With the cleaning tool joint 3 configured as described above, when the main body 31 is inserted into the tube (grip portion 2), the protrusions 312 can come into contact with and deform the inner circumferential surface of the tube, so that the main body 31 is in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the tube at at least two points spaced apart in a direction that includes the axial component, making it difficult for any point to float relative to the inner circumferential surface of the tube, and preventing the tube from wobbling.
In addition, since the protrusion 312 extends in a direction intersecting both the axial direction and the circumferential direction of the base 311, the resistance experienced by the cleaning tool joint 3 during insertion is smaller than when the protrusion 312 extends in the circumferential direction, making it easier to insert the main body 31 into the tube (grip portion 2).
Furthermore, since the main body 31 is in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the tube (grip portion 2) over substantially the entire circumference (specifically, the section in which the deformation portion 3122 is provided), the force applied radially to the tube can be reliably received by the main body 31, thereby preventing the tube from wobbling.
In addition, because the protrusion 312 is spiral, the main body 31 can be easily inserted into the tube (grip portion 2), and the protrusion 312 can reliably abut against the inner peripheral surface of the tube.
Furthermore, the base 311 is formed with an area 312a in which no protrusions (specifically, the deformation portion 3122) are provided along the axial direction, so that when the main body 31 is removed from the mold and molded, it becomes easier to remove the main body 31 from the mold.
In addition, the deformation portion 3122 provided at the tip of the protrusion 312 deforms, so that the protrusion 312 can reliably abut against the inner circumferential surface of the tube (grip portion 2).
Furthermore, the protrusion 312 includes a base portion 3121 that is provided so as to protrude radially outward from the outer circumferential surface of the base 311, and a deformation portion 3122 that protrudes radially outward from the outer circumferential surface of the base portion 3121. Since the axial width of the deformation portion 3122 is smaller than the axial width of the outer circumferential surface of the base portion 3121, the deformation portion 3122 can be deformed with less force than when the base portion 3121 is deformed. This makes it easier to insert the main body portion 31 into the tube (grip portion 2).
In addition, the shape of the radially outer tip of the protrusion 312 (the tip of the deformation portion 3122) is an arc shape, so it can reliably abut and deform the inner circumferential surface of the tube (the grip portion 2).
In addition, the main body 31 has protrusions 312 formed on the front and rear surfaces based on at least the direction of movement during cleaning (in this embodiment, the direction of movement when the adhesive roll R is rotated around the axis of the head 11), so that the grip 2 is less likely to wobble relative to the cleaning tip 1 even when a load is applied to the head 11 during cleaning.
In addition, with the cleaning tool A configured as described above, it is possible to obtain a cleaning tool A in which the part provided on the tip side is prevented from wobbling relative to the part provided on the base end side.
The above describes the cleaning tool A and the cleaning tool joint 3 of the present invention using examples, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.
For example, the cleaning tool A has been described as having an adhesive roll R attached to the tip, but the cleaning tool A is not limited to this type, and can be configured as various cleaning tools such as a mop, broom, wiper, etc.
In addition, the hanging handle connecting joint 42 has been described as connecting the tubular grip 2 provided at the tip end to the hanging handle main body 41 provided at the base end, but it may also be configured to connect a solid grip 2 provided at the tip end to a tubular hanging handle main body 41.
Furthermore, the cleaning tool joint 3 has been described as connecting the rod-shaped tip extension 12 provided at the tip side and the grip part 2 as a tube provided at the base end, but it is not limited to this configuration, and may be configured to connect a tube provided at the tip side to a rod-shaped body provided at the base end, or a tube provided at the tip side to a tube provided at the base end.
In addition, the tip extension 12 has been described as being inserted into the insertion opening 3a and connected to the cleaning tool joint 3, but this is not limited to the configuration, and it may be configured to be connected by adhesion or engagement, or the tip extension 12 and the cleaning tool joint 3 may be configured as one unit by insert molding, etc.
In addition, although the protrusion 312 has been described as extending in a spiral shape on the outer peripheral surface of the base 311, it is not limited to this configuration and can be configured as a protrusion of various shapes. For example, it may be configured as a protrusion extending along the axis, or as multiple protrusions extending in a direction intersecting both the axial direction and the circumferential direction. In addition, when the protrusion 312 is configured as a point-like protrusion, it may be configured to have three or more protrusions including two points spaced apart in the axial direction of the main body 31 and two points spaced apart in the circumferential direction of the main body 31. In addition, when the protrusion 312 is a point-like protrusion, it may be configured to have two protrusions spaced apart in the axial direction.
In addition, while the embodiment has been described with a tube end abutment portion 32 that protrudes radially outward from the tip of the base portion 311, the embodiment is not limited to this configuration, and may be configured without the tube end abutment portion 32.
Furthermore, while the main body 31 has been described as being prevented from falling off the gripping part 2 by the pin P2, this configuration is not limited thereto, and the main body 31 may be configured so that the pin P2 is not inserted.
The shape of the cleaning tool joint 3 is not limited to that shown in the figure, and the dimensions and number of turns of the protrusion 312 can be changed as desired. The shape of the tip (deformation portion 3122) of the protrusion 312 and the shapes of the tip and base ends of the cleaning tool joint 3 can be changed as desired.
Furthermore, although the protrusion 312 has been described as being deformed by the deformation portion 3122, it may be configured so that the base portion 3121 deforms, or it may be configured so that both the deformation portion 3122 and the base portion 3121 deform.
In addition, although the outer peripheral surface of the base portion 3121 has been described as being flat, the configuration is not limited to this, and the outer surface of the base portion 3121 may be curved, and the deformation portion 3122 may protrude from the curved surface.
Furthermore, while the base portion 3121 and the deformation portion 3122 have been described as being integrally molded, this configuration is not limiting and they can also be molded in two colors.
In addition, although the hanging handle 4 has been described as having a hanging hole 4a formed therein, this is not the only possible configuration. For example, the hanging handle 4 may be configured so that no hole is formed, and the hanging handle 4 is suspended by adhesion to a magnet installed on a wall or by a concave-convex fit.
Next, the second embodiment of the cleaning tool joint 5 of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 14 to 24. The same components as those in the first embodiment are given the same reference numerals and will not be described.
The cleaning tool joint 5 of this embodiment connects the tip tube 6 provided on the tip side and the base tube 7 provided on the base side. Specifically, the cleaning tool joint 5 includes a tip body 51 inserted into the tip tube 6, a base body 52 inserted into the base tube 7, and a connecting part 53 connecting the tip body 51 and the base body 52. The connecting part 53 of this embodiment is configured to be able to abut against the end face of the tip tube 6 and the end face of the base tube 7. In addition, the cleaning tool joint 5 of this embodiment connects tubes having approximately the same inner diameter. Furthermore, the cleaning tool joint 5 of this embodiment connects the tip tube 6 and the base tube 7 in an undetachable manner.
In this embodiment, the cleaning tool joint 5 has a tip body portion 51 and a base body portion 52 that are identical in configuration and are provided on the connecting portion 53 so as to be symmetrical in the axial direction. Therefore, in this embodiment, the configuration of the tip body portion 51 will be described, and a detailed description of the base body portion 52 will be omitted.
The tip body 51 comprises a tip base 511 whose outer diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the tip tube 6, and a tip protrusion 512 that protrudes radially outward from the outer circumferential surface of the tip base 511. The outer diameter of the portion of the tip body 51 where the tip protrusion 512 is provided is greater than the inner diameter of the base end of the tip tube 6. Furthermore, the tip body 51 comprises a tip pin insertion section 513 at its tip, which has a tip pin insertion hole 513a formed therein, through which pin P2 (see FIG. 23) can be inserted.
The tip base 511 is a rod-shaped body extending in the axial direction. The tip base 511 is also a rod-shaped body with an inner diameter smaller than the base end of the tip tube 6. In this embodiment, the tip base 511 is a rod-shaped body extending from the tip pin insertion section 513 to the connecting section 53. Furthermore, the tip base 511 is cylindrical with an outer diameter that is approximately constant from the tip to the base end.
The tip protrusion 512 is a protrusion that protrudes radially outward from the outer circumferential surface of the tip base 511. The tip protrusion 512 can be deformed by contacting the inner circumferential surface of the base end of the tip tube 6. Specifically, the tip protrusion 512 includes a tip base portion 5121 that protrudes radially outward from the outer circumferential surface of the tip base 511, and a tip deformation portion 5122 that protrudes radially outward from the outer circumferential surface of the tip base portion 5121, and the tip deformation portion 5122 can be deformed by contacting the inner circumferential surface of the tip of the tip tube 6. The tip protrusion 512 of this embodiment is a protrusion that extends in a direction that intersects both the axial direction and the circumferential direction of the tip base 511. The tip protrusion 512 is a protrusion that is provided to extend approximately around the circumference of the tip main body portion 51. In addition, in the present embodiment, the tip protrusion 512 has a region 512a in the circumferential direction where no protrusion (tip deformed portion 5122) is formed in the axial direction in order to be removed from the mold, and in this embodiment, the outer diameter of the region 512a is smaller than the inner diameter of the tip tube 6 (see FIG. 15). Furthermore, the tip protrusion 512 is a protrusion provided in a spiral shape on the outer peripheral surface of the tip base 511. In other words, the tip protrusion 512 is a protrusion provided on the outer peripheral surface of the tip base 511 so as to extend over multiple revolutions in a direction intersecting both the axial direction and the circumferential direction.
As shown in FIG. 22, the tip base portion 5121 is connected to the outer peripheral surface of the tip base portion 511 and extends radially outward from the outer peripheral surface of the tip base portion 511. The tip base portion 5121 also has a tip base flat portion 5121a on its outer peripheral surface that extends approximately parallel to the axis. The tip base flat portion 5121a is a flat surface that has a certain width in the axial direction. The tip base flat portion 5121a is provided over the entire outer peripheral surface of the tip base portion 5121.
The tip deformation portion 5122 is a portion that protrudes radially outward from the tip base portion 5121. The tip deformation portion 5122 is also provided so as to protrude radially outward from the tip base flat portion 5121a. Furthermore, the tip portion (the end portion on the radially outer side) of the tip deformation portion 5122 is thinner (has a shorter axial length) than the base portion (the connection portion 53 with the tip base flat portion 5121a). The tip portion of the tip deformation portion 5122 of this embodiment is arc-shaped. Furthermore, the tip deformation portion 5122 of this embodiment is more easily deformed than the base portion of the tip tube 6. Furthermore, the tip deformation portion 5122 is relatively softer than the tip tube 6 and is therefore more easily deformed. Specifically, the tip portion of the tip deformation portion 5122 in the radial direction can be deformed such that it abuts against the inner peripheral surface of the tip tube 6 and is crushed toward the base end side (diametrically inward).
The base end main body 52 includes a base end base 521 whose outer diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the base end tube 7, and a base end protrusion 522 that protrudes radially outward from the outer circumferential surface of the base end base 521. The outer diameter of the portion of the base end main body 52 where the base end protrusion 522 is provided is larger than the inner diameter of the tip of the base end tube 7. Furthermore, the base end main body 52 includes a base end pin insertion section 523 at its base end, which has a base end pin insertion hole 523a formed therein, which is a hole through which the pin P2 (see FIG. 23) can be inserted.
15 and 16, the base end protrusion 522 includes a base end base portion 5221 protruding radially outward from the base end base portion 521, and a base end deformation portion 5222 protruding radially outward from the base end base portion 5221. The configuration of the base end base portion 5221 is the same as the configuration of the tip base portion 5121, and the configuration of the base end deformation portion 5222 is the same as the configuration of the tip deformation portion 5122. That is, the base end deformation portion 5222 abuts against the inner peripheral surface of the base end tube 7 and deforms so as to be crushed radially inward. In addition, in the base end protrusion 522 of this embodiment, a region 522a in which no protrusion (base end deformation portion 5222) is formed in the axial direction is formed in a part of the circumferential direction in order to remove it from the mold, and in this embodiment, the outer diameter of the region 522a is smaller than the inner diameter of the base end tube 7.
With the cleaning tool joint 5 configured as described above, the tip body 51 is in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the tube (tip tube 6) provided at the tip end, and the base body 52 is in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the tube (base tube 7) provided at the base end, at least at two points spaced apart in a direction including an axial component, thereby preventing the tube provided at the tip end from wobbling relative to the tube provided at the base end.
In addition, since the tip protrusion 512 and the base protrusion 522 extend in a direction intersecting both the axial direction and the circumferential direction, they can be more easily inserted into the tube provided on the tip side (tip tube 6) and the tube provided on the base side (base tube 7) than if the tip protrusion 512 and the base protrusion 522 extended in the circumferential direction.
Furthermore, since the distal body portion 51 is in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the distal tube 6 over approximately the entire circumference, and the proximal body portion 52 is in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the proximal tube 7 over approximately the entire circumference, the adhesion force is less likely to vary in the circumferential direction, and therefore the distal tube 6 and the proximal tube 7 can be prevented from wobbling.
In addition, because the distal protrusion 512 and the proximal protrusion 522 are spiral-shaped, it is easy to insert the distal body 51 into the distal tube 6 and the proximal body 52 into the proximal tube 7, and they can reliably abut against the inner circumferential surfaces of the distal tube 6 and the proximal tube 7.
Furthermore, when the distal body portion 51 and the proximal body portion 52 are molded by removing them from the mold, the distal body portion 51 has an area 512a in the axial direction where the distal protrusion portion 512 is not provided, and the proximal body portion 52 has an area 522a in the axial direction where the proximal protrusion portion 522 is not provided, making it easier to remove the distal body portion 51 and the proximal body portion 52 from the mold.
In addition, since the tip body portion 51 and the base body portion 52 are arranged axially symmetrically via the connecting portion 53, the cleaning tool joint 5 can be used even if the axial direction is reversed, improving workability.
In the above embodiment, the distal body 51 and the proximal body 52 are described as being axially symmetrical via the connecting portion 53, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration and may be configured asymmetrically. For example, the outer diameter and axial length of the distal body 51 and the proximal body 52 can be changed to match the distal tube 6 and the proximal tube 7.
In addition, although the distal end body portion 51 and the proximal end body portion 52 are illustrated with holes formed therethrough in the axial direction, the present invention is not limited to this configuration, and may be such that no holes are formed.
Furthermore, the cleaning tool joint 5 is not limited to the shape shown in the figure, and the dimensions and the number of turns of the protrusions (tip protrusion 512 and base protrusion 522) can be changed as desired. The shape of the radial tip portion of the protrusions (tip protrusion 512 and base protrusion 522) and the shapes of the tip and base ends of the cleaning tool joint 5 can be changed as desired.
Next, a third embodiment of the cleaning tool joint 5 of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 25 to 35. The same components as those in the second embodiment are given the same reference numerals and will not be described.
The cleaning tool joint 5 of this embodiment connects a tip tube 6 provided on the tip side and a base tube 7 provided on the base side. Specifically, the cleaning tool joint 5 includes a tip body 51 inserted into the tip tube 6, a base body 52 inserted into the base tube 7, and a connecting part 53 connecting the tip body 51 and the base body 52. The connecting part 53 of this embodiment is configured to be able to abut against the end faces of the tip tube 6 and the base tube 7.
The cleaning tool joint 5 of this embodiment differs from the second embodiment in the configuration of the tip body 51 and the base body 52. In this embodiment, the tip body 51 and the base body 52 have the same configuration and are provided on the connecting part 53 so as to be symmetrical in the axial direction. Therefore, in this embodiment, the configuration of the tip body 51 will be described, and a detailed description of the base body 52 will be omitted. In addition, the cleaning tool joint 5 of this embodiment connects tubes having approximately the same inner diameter.
The tip body 51 comprises a tip base 511 whose outer diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the tip tube 6, and a tip deformation portion 5122 that protrudes radially outward from the outer circumferential surface of the tip base 511. That is, the tip body 51 of this embodiment does not comprise a tip base portion. Also, the outer diameter of the portion of the tip body 51 where the tip deformation portion 5122 is provided is larger than the inner diameter of the base end portion of the tip tube 6. Furthermore, the tip body 51 comprises a tip pin insertion portion 513 at the tip portion, which has a tip pin insertion hole 513a formed therein, which is a hole through which the pin P2 (see FIG. 34) can be inserted.
The tip base 511 is also formed with a hole that penetrates radially from the tip to the base end in the axial direction.
The tip deformation portion 5122 is a portion whose radially outer tip end abuts against the inner peripheral surface of the tip tube 6 and deforms radially inward. The base end (radially inner end) of the tip deformation portion 5122 is connected to the outer peripheral surface of the tip base 511 and protrudes radially outward from the outer peripheral surface of the tip base 511. Furthermore, the tip end (radially outer end) of the tip deformation portion 5122 is thinner (has a shorter axial length) than the base end (connection portion 53 with the tip base 511). The tip of the tip deformation portion 5122 of this embodiment has a semicircular tip. The tip deformation portion 5122 of this embodiment is more easily deformed than the base end of the tip tube 6. Specifically, the tip of the tip deformation portion 5122 can be deformed such that the radial tip end abuts against the inner peripheral surface of the tip tube 6 and is crushed toward the base end side (radially inward).
The base end main body 52 includes a base end base 521 and a base end deformation section 5222. The configuration of the base end base 521 is similar to the configuration of the tip end base 511, and the configuration of the base end deformation section 5222 is similar to the configuration of the tip end deformation section 5122. The base end main body 52 also includes a base end pin insertion section 523 at its base end, which has a base end pin insertion hole 523a, which is a hole through which the pin P2 (see FIG. 34) can be inserted.
With the cleaning tool joint 5 configured as described above, the deformation parts (tip deformation part 5122 and base deformation part 5222) protrude from the base part (tip base part 511 and base base part 521), making it less likely for the deformation parts to fall in the axial direction compared to when a base part is provided, and therefore the deformation parts can be reliably abutted against the tube body.
The shape of the cleaning tool joint 5 is not limited to that shown in the figure, and the dimensions and the number of turns of the protrusions (tip deformation portion 5122 and base deformation portion 5222) can be changed as desired. The shape of the radial tip portion of the protrusions (tip deformation portion 5122 and base deformation portion 5222) and the shapes of the tip and base ends of the cleaning tool joint 5 can be changed as desired.
