Description
最初に、図1を参照して、第1実施形態に係るショベル100の概要について説明する。図1は、第1実施形態に係る掘削機としてのショベル100の側面図である。
図4は、第1実施形態に係るショベル100の掘削動作時における油の回生制御を示すフローチャートである。
次に、第2実施形態に係るショベル100について説明する。図5は、第2実施形態に係るショベル100において、ブームシリンダ7及びアームシリンダ8を油圧駆動する構成の一例を概略的に示す図である。なお、図5において、各制御弁175B,175R,176B,176R及び回生バルブ20,21は、後述する回生時の状態で図示している。
第2実施形態のショベル100は、図4に示すフローチャートにおいて、以下の点で相違する。

Claims (10)
- ブームと、
アームと、
前記ブームを駆動するブームシリンダと、
前記アームを駆動するアームシリンダと、
前記ブームシリンダのロッドを伸ばす方向に反力を受ける掘削中に、前記ブームシリンダのロッド側から流出する作動油の圧力を増圧機構で増圧し、増圧された作動油を前記アームシリンダのボトム側へ供給する、ショベル。 - 前記ブームシリンダのロッド側と前記アームシリンダのボトム側を接続する回生作動油路と、
前記回生作動油路に設けられる前記増圧機構と、
前記回生作動油路を開閉する開閉弁と、を備える、
請求項1に記載のショベル。 - 制御部をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、
前記掘削中において、前記開閉弁を開く、
請求項2に記載のショベル。 - 前記増圧機構は、
前記ブームシリンダのロッド側と接続される1次室と、
前記アームシリンダのボトム側と接続される2次室と、
前記1次室と前記2次室とを仕切るピストンと、を有し、
前記ブームシリンダのロッド側から流出し前記1次室に流入した作動油の圧力から前記ピストンの受圧面積比に応じて前記2次室の作動油の圧力を増圧する、
請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のショベル。 - 前記ブームを駆動する前記ブームシリンダは、2本有し、
前記ブームシリンダのロッドを伸ばす方向に反力を受ける掘削中に、一方の前記ブームシリンダで前記反力を支持することで、一方の前記ブームシリンダのロッド側から流出する作動油の圧力を増圧し、増圧された作動油を前記アームシリンダのボトム側へ供給する、
請求項1に記載のショベル。 - 一方の前記ブームシリンダのロッド側と前記アームシリンダのボトム側を接続する回生作動油路と、
前記回生作動油路を開閉する回生開閉弁と、
一方の前記ブームシリンダのロッド側とコントロールバルブとを接続する主作動油路に設けられ、前記主作動油路を開閉する主開閉弁と、を備える、
請求項5に記載のショベル。 - 制御部をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、
前記掘削中において、前記回生開閉弁を開き、前記主開閉弁を閉じる、
請求項6に記載のショベル。 - 前記掘削中において、他方の前記ブームシリンダのロッド側から流出する作動油は、前記コントロールバルブを介して、作動油タンクに流出する、
請求項7に記載のショベル。 - 前記掘削中は、作動油ポンプから前記アームシリンダのボトム側に作動油を供給する状態である、
請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のショベル。 - 前記ブーム、前記アーム及びバケットによってアタッチメントを構成し、
前記掘削中は、前記アームを閉じる方向に動作させ、前記バケットで掘削対象物を掘削するとともに、前記ブームシリンダのロッドを伸ばす方向に前記反力を受ける、
請求項9に記載のショベル。
