Description

The present invention relates to a disaster prevention system for a passageway that monitors the passageway between adjacent buildings.

In recent years, with many large-scale reconstruction plans and businesses concentrating in specific areas due to the consolidation of functions, there are many cases where adjacent buildings are connected by a passageway to improve convenience and functionality. In such cases, as a disaster prevention function for the passageway, a fire detector is installed in one of the buildings near the passageway or in the passageway, and a fire shutter (see, for example, Patent Document 1) is installed that can receive a closing signal from the information transmission system of the one building and close the passageway when the fire detector in the one building detects a fire.

However, depending on the conditions of the existing building among multiple buildings connected by a passageway, it may be difficult to make the passageway width, length, opening area, etc. large enough to ensure safety in the event of a fire.

In light of this situation, the main objective of the present invention is to provide a disaster prevention system for connecting passageways that can safely connect passageways between adjacent buildings, enhancing the disaster prevention functions of the connecting passageways and improving convenience and functionality.

A first characteristic configuration of the present invention is a fire shutter that is installed in a passageway connecting a first building and a second building adjacent to each other and that is operable to close the passageway when a closing signal is received;
A first building side fire detector installed in the first building near the connecting passage or in the connecting passage;
A second building side fire detector installed in the second building near the connecting passage or in the connecting passage;
a first building side information transmission system that transmits a closing signal to the fire shutter in response to the occurrence of a fire signal from the first building side fire detector;
a second building side information transmission system that transmits a closing signal to the fire shutter in response to the occurrence of a fire signal from the second building side fire detector ,
The second building side information transmission system is configured to transmit a closing signal to the fire shutter via the first building side information transmission system in response to the generation of a fire signal from the second building side fire detector .

According to this configuration, when the fire detector in the first building detects a fire, the information transmission system in the first building transmits a close signal to the fire shutter to close the fire shutter and close the passageway, while when the fire detector in the second building detects a fire, the information transmission system in the second building transmits a close signal to the fire shutter to close the fire shutter and close the passageway.
Therefore, the connecting passage can be monitored by both the fire detector on the first building side and the fire detector on the second building side, strengthening the disaster prevention function of the connecting passage and safely realizing a passageway connection between adjacent buildings that improves convenience and functionality.

Furthermore, according to this configuration, when the fire detector on the second building side detects a fire, the second information transmission system sends a closing signal to the fire shutter via the first building side information transmission system, causing the fire shutter to close and close the connecting passageway.
Therefore, when either the first building fire detector or the second building fire detector detects a fire, the fire shutter can be closed to close the passageway, and the final signal source to the fire shutter can be one of the first building information transmission systems, so that the connection between the fire shutter and the information transmission system can be a highly reliable, general-purpose connection system (one system). Therefore, it is possible to reduce the time and cost required to develop a dedicated connection system (two systems) for the connection between the fire shutter and the information transmission system and obtain certification under the Building Standards Act and the Fire Service Act.

A second characteristic configuration of the present invention is a first building side information transmission system including a first building side disaster prevention control device that is installed in the first building and connected to each of the first building side fire detectors and the fire shutters,
the first building disaster prevention control device is configured to receive a fire signal from the first building fire sensor in response to the generation of a fire signal from the first building fire sensor and to transmit a closing signal to the fire shutter;
the second building side information transmission system includes a second building side disaster prevention control device installed in the second building and connected to the second building side fire detector,
The first building disaster prevention control device and the second building disaster prevention control device are connected to each other,
The second building side disaster prevention control device is configured to receive a fire signal from the second building side fire sensor in response to the generation of a fire signal from the second building side fire sensor, and to transmit a close signal to the fire shutter via the first building side disaster prevention control device and a part of the first building side information transmission system between the first building side disaster prevention control device and the fire shutter.

According to this configuration, when the first building system fire detector detects a fire, the first building disaster prevention control device alone can send a close signal to the fire shutter, causing the connecting passageway fire shutter to close and close the connecting passageway. On the other hand, when the second building fire detector detects a fire, the second building disaster prevention control device and the first building disaster prevention control device can be linked to use a part of the first building information transmission system between the first building disaster prevention control device and the fire shutter as is to send a close signal to the fire shutter, causing the connecting passageway fire shutter to close and close the connecting passageway.
Therefore, by linking the first building system disaster prevention control device and the second building system disaster prevention control device, the disaster prevention function of the connecting passage can be efficiently strengthened.

A third characteristic configuration of the present invention is that the first building fire detector and the second building fire detector are installed in the passageway so that their detection ranges overlap.

According to this configuration, the passageway can be doubly guarded by the first building fire detector and the second building fire detector , whose detection ranges overlap. Therefore, when a fire occurs at a location where the detection ranges overlap, even if one of the first building fire detector and the second building fire detector does not detect the fire, the other can detect the fire, further enhancing the disaster prevention function of the passageway.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of a disaster prevention system for a passageway of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in Figure 1, this disaster prevention system for a passageway is a system that automatically closes the passageway 3 connecting adjacent first building 1 and second building 2 in the event of a fire occurring in the passageway 3 or in the vicinity thereof.

This disaster prevention system for the connecting passageway includes a fire shutter 4 that is installed in the connecting passageway 3 and operates to close when a closing signal Dc is received, thereby freely closing the connecting passageway 3, a first building side fire detector 11 that is installed in the first building 1 near the connecting passageway 3 and in the connecting passageway 3, and a first building side information transmission system 12 that transmits the closing signal Dc to the fire shutter 4 when a fire signal Df is generated from the first building side fire detector 11.
When the first building side fire detector 11 detects a fire, a closing signal Dc is sent to the fire shutter 4 by the first building side information transmission system 12 in response to the generation of a fire signal Df from the first building side fire detector 11, and the fire shutter 4 is configured to automatically close the connecting passage 3.

In addition, this disaster prevention system for the connecting passageway is equipped with a second building side fire detector 21 installed in the vicinity of the connecting passageway 3 in the second building 2 and in the connecting passageway 3, and a second building side information transmission system 22 which transmits a closure signal Dc to the fire shutter 4 when a fire signal Df is generated from the second building side fire detector 21.
Even when the second building fire detector 21 detects a fire, the second building information transmission system 22 transmits a close signal Dc to the fire shutter 4 in response to the generation of a fire signal Df from the second building fire detector 21, causing the fire shutter 4 to automatically close the connecting passageway 3. The second building information transmission system 22 is configured to transmit the close signal Dc to the fire shutter 4 via the first building information transmission system 12 in response to the generation of a fire signal Df from the second building fire detector 21.
The specific configuration of each part will be explained below.

As shown in FIG. 1, the passageway 3 has a ceiling, two side walls, and a floor, and is configured to allow people to pass in both directions between the first building 1 and the second building 2 while being partitioned off from the outdoors. The passageway 3 is composed of a first passageway section 31 located on the first building 1 side in the passageway length direction, and a second passageway section 32 located on the second building 2 side in the passageway length direction. In this embodiment, fire shutters 4 are installed at multiple locations along the length of the passageway 3, specifically at three locations: the boundary between the first building 1 and the first passageway section 31, the boundary between the first passageway section 31 and the second passageway section 32, and the boundary between the second passageway section 32 and the second building 2.

As shown in FIG. 2, the fire shutter 4 is equipped with a shutter control device 41, a shutter curtain 42 that can be raised and lowered while being guided by guide rails or the like installed on both ends of the passageway 3 in the passageway width direction, and a drive device 43 that drives the shutter curtain 42 to rise and fall based on an operation signal or the like from the shutter control device 41.

The fire shutter 4 is also equipped with a brake device 44 that mechanically holds the position of the shutter curtain 42 above the connecting passage 3 or at a midway position, an automatic closing device 45 that releases the position holding force of the brake device 44 based on a closing signal Dc from the shutter control device 41 to allow the shutter curtain 42 to descend under its own weight, and a manual closing device 46 that has an operating switch or the like that is installed on the wall near the fire shutter.

The fire shutter 4 is normally in an open state with the shutter curtain 42 stored above the connecting passage 3. In the event of a fire, when the shutter control device 41 receives a closing signal Dc or an operation signal of the manual closing device 46 sent from the first building side information transmission system 12 or the second building side fire detector 21, the shutter control device 41 sends a closing signal Dc to the automatic closing device 45, which then activates the automatic closing device 45 and causes the shutter curtain 42 to descend under its own weight.

The following describes the flow of operations and signal flow of the passageway disaster prevention system in the event of a fire, with reference to Figure 3. Note that in this embodiment, an example is given in which the fire shutters 4 close the passageway 3 in stages in the event of a fire, but they may be closed all at once.

As shown in FIG. 3, when a fire breaks out in the passageway 3 or in the vicinity thereof, and either the first building smoke detector 11a-11c or the second building smoke detector 21a-21c detects the fire for the first time (step #1), the fire shutter 4 executes a first operation to close the upper side of the passageway 3 (such as the ceiling) (step #2).

At this time, if any of the first building's smoke detectors 11a to 11c detects a fire, a fire signal Df is sent to the first building's disaster prevention control device 12A of the first building's information transmission system 12, and the first building's disaster prevention control device 12A, which receives the fire signal Df, sends a close signal Dc to the fire shutter 4.

In addition, if any of the second building's smoke detectors 21a-21c detects a fire, a fire signal Df is sent to the second building's disaster prevention control device 22A of the second building's information transmission system 22, and the second building's disaster prevention control device 22A, which has received the fire signal Df, sends a fire signal Df or a close signal Dc to the first building's disaster prevention control device 12A of the first building's information transmission system 12, and the first building's disaster prevention control device 12A, which has received the fire signal Df or the close signal Dc, sends a close signal Dc to the fire shutter 4.

In either case, a closing signal Dc is finally sent from the first building disaster prevention control device 12A of the first building information transmission system 12 to the fire shutter 4, and the shutter control device 41 of the fire shutter 4, which receives the closing signal Dc, sends a closing signal Dc to the automatic closing device 45, which temporarily activates the shutter curtain 42 and lowers under its own weight to a set level that closes the upper side of the communication passage 3, and the fire shutter 4 closes the upper side of the communication passage 3 (the ceiling, etc.).

Then, an activation signal Ds is sent from the shutter control device 41 of the fire shutter 4 to the first building disaster prevention control device 12A, and the first building disaster prevention control device 12A, which receives the activation signal Ds, displays the status of the fire shutter 4, etc. on its display unit, and also sends the activation signal Ds to the second building disaster prevention control device 22A, and the second building disaster prevention control device 22A, which receives the activation signal Ds, also displays the status of the fire shutter 4, etc. on its display unit.

After performing the first operation, if any of the smoke detectors 11a-11c in the first building, the heat detector 11d in the first building, the smoke detectors 21a-21c in the second building, or the heat detector 21d in the second building detects a fire (step #3), the disaster prevention system for the connecting passageway performs a second operation in which the fire shutters 4 close all of the connecting passageway 3 (step #4).

At this time, if any of the first building's smoke detectors 11a-11c or the first building's heat detector 11d detects a fire, a close signal Dc is sent to the fire shutter 4 from the first building's disaster prevention control device 12A of the first building's information transmission system 12 that received the fire signal Df.

In addition, if any of the second building's smoke detectors 21a-21c or the second building's heat detector 21d detects a fire, a fire signal Df is sent to the second building's disaster prevention control device 22A of the second building's information transmission system 22, and the second building's disaster prevention control device 22A, which has received the fire signal Df, sends a fire signal Df or a close signal Dc to the first building's disaster prevention control device 12A of the first building's information transmission system 12, and the first building's disaster prevention control device 12A, which has received the fire signal Df or the close signal Dc, sends a close signal Dc to the fire shutter 4.

In either case, a closing signal Dc is finally sent from the first building disaster prevention control device 12A of the first building information transmission system 12 to the fire shutter 4, and the shutter control device 41 of the fire shutter 4 that receives the closing signal Dc sends a closing signal Dc to the automatic closing device 45, which temporarily activates the shutter curtain 42 and lowers under its own weight to floor level, closing all of the connecting passage 3, and the fire shutter 4 closes all of the connecting passage 3.

Then, as in the first operation, an activation signal Ds is sent from the shutter control device 41 of the fire shutter 4 to the first building disaster prevention control device 12A, and the first building disaster prevention control device 12A, which receives the activation signal Ds, displays the status of the fire shutter 4, etc. on its display unit, and also sends the activation signal Ds to the second building disaster prevention control device 22A, and the second building disaster prevention control device 22A, which receives the activation signal Ds, also displays the status of the fire shutter 4, etc. on its display unit.

As described above, with this disaster prevention system for connecting passageways, the connecting passageway 3 can be monitored by both the fire detector 11 on the first building side and the fire detector 21 on the second building side, thereby enhancing the disaster prevention function of the connecting passageway 3 and safely realizing a passageway connection between adjacent buildings that improves convenience and functionality.
Furthermore, the final signal source to the fire shutter 4 can be one system of the first building side information transmission system 12, and the connection between the fire shutter 4 and the information transmission system can be a highly reliable, general-purpose connection system (one system), and it is possible to develop a dedicated connection system (two systems) between the fire shutter 4 and the information transmission system, thereby reducing the time and cost that would be incurred if certification under the Building Standards Act and Fire Service Act were obtained.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the second building 2 and the connecting passage 3 are newly constructed in the existing first building 1, and the entire building is expanded, and the main parts of the first building's information transmission system 12 are those that have been used up to now and have a proven track record. Therefore, by using the first building's information transmission system 12, which has the main parts that have been used up to now, as the final signal source, and connecting the first building's disaster prevention control device 12A to freely receive the fire signal Df or the closing signal Dc from the second building's disaster prevention control device 22A, not only the first building's information transmission system 12 but also the second building's information transmission system 22 can be connected to the fire shutter 4, and the effort and time required for inspection and adjustment, etc., required before the fire shutter 4 newly installed in the connecting passage 3 can be put into operation can be reduced.
