Description
(1) 乳酸菌発酵液を含む植物成長調整剤。
(2) マンニトールを5~70質量%、酢酸を1~10質量%、グルタミン酸ナトリウムを1~10質量%含有する(1)の植物成長調整剤
(3) マンニトール-2-デヒドロゲナーゼを発現する乳酸菌を、5質量%以上のグルタミン酸を含有する酵母エキス、及びフルクトースを含有する培地で発酵させる工程を有する、(1)又は(2)の植物成長調整剤の製造方法。
(4) (1)又は(2)記載の植物成長調整剤を施用する葉菜類又は根菜類植物の抽苔抑制方法。
なお、本発明でのグルタミン酸含量は、乾燥粉末状の酵母エキス中の遊離グルタミン酸をいい、常法に従いアミノ酸分析計L8800(HITACHI製)により測定した。
このような、酵母エキスを培地に用いることで、本発明の乳酸発酵液中に、グルタミン酸ナトリウムを含む植物成長調整剤を得ることができる。本発明の乳酸発酵液中のグルタミン酸ナトリウム含量は、培地への酵母エキス添加量により異なるが、本願実施例のような添加量であれば、2質量%以上の含量とすることができる。
前述の培地組成物を乳酸菌発酵に一般的に用いる手法で混合する。例えば、100-150g/Lのフルクトース、10-50g/Lの酵母エキスを混合し加熱殺菌する。乳酸菌発酵に必要なミネラルを添加する場合には、0.05-5ml/Lのにがり等をさらに混合しても良い。冷却後、乳酸菌を培養する。培地成分として、10-60g/Lのグルコースを併用する事もできる。
グルコース60g/L、フルクトース150g/L、「アジトップ(興人ライフサイエンス社製)」50g/L、混合殺菌し培地を作製した。乳酸菌(ロイコノストック シュードメセンテロイデス(ATC12291))はMRS液体培地にて37℃1日の前培養を実施した。2L容量のジャーファーメンターに前記培地1Lと前培養した乳酸菌10mlを入れ、30℃で培養した。エアレーションは実施せず、撹拌回転数70rpmの半嫌気的条件とした。培養中は水酸化ナトリウムで培養液がpH5.3になるようにコントロールし、96時間培養した。培養終了後に水酸化ナトリウムでpH6.0に調整し、90℃10分の加熱実施を行った後に8,000rpm10分の遠心分離を実施し、菌体を分離して培養上清を回収した。回収した上清をエバポレーターにて濃縮し、Brix70%の調味料を取得し、実施例1のサンプルとした。当該サンプル中のマンニトール含量は50 質量%であった。マンニトールの分析にはHPLCを用い、測定条件は、検出器:RI、移動相:超純水、カラム:SUGAR SP0810、カラム温度:80℃、流速:0.7ml/minとした。得られたサンプルにデキストリンを添加し、マンニトール含量が25質量%となるよう調整し、なおデキストリン添加後のグルタミン酸ナトリウム含量は、2.7質量%であった。また、デキストリン添加後の酢酸含量は、4.0質量%、乳酸は、7.0質量%であった。
タマネギ(ネオアース)を圃場に定植し慣行法に従い栽培した。肥料は、緩効性肥料(シグモイド型)、又は緩効性肥料(リニア型)(いずれもエムシー・ファーティコム社)を使用し、播種後、3か月後に定植し、7か月後に収穫し調査を行った。
本発明品は、水稲用育苗箱(サイズは長さ580×幅280mm×厚み28mm)を使用し、苗箱あたり2.0g施用し、定植後 1回目は19週目(越冬後の茎葉回復期)、2回目は23週目(球肥大開始期)葉面散布にて2回施用した。本発明以外は、使用した植物成長剤の常用量を施用した。作付けは、2面(北、南と表記)に行った。
結果は、秀品率(図1)、抽苔率(図2)に示す。なお、1:対象区、2:過酸化水素入り液肥、3:植物抽出物由来肥料、4:海藻エキス肥料、5:本発明品となる。
Claims (3)
- マンニトールを5~70質量%、酢酸を1~10質量%、グルタミン酸ナトリウムを1~10質量%含有する乳酸菌発酵液を含む植物成長調整剤
- マンニトール-2-デヒドロゲナーゼを発現する乳酸菌を、5質量%以上のグルタミン酸を含有する酵母エキス、及びフルクトースを含有する培地で発酵させる工程を有する、請求項1の植物成長調整剤の製造方法。
- 請求項1の植物成長調整剤を施用する葉菜類又は根菜類植物の抽苔抑制方法。
