Description
リサイクルポリエステル材料を提供することと、
リサイクルポリエステル材料の一部分を物理的に再生することと、リサイクルポリエステル材料の一部分を造粒することを含む物理的再生操作を行い、第1の固有粘度を有する物理的リサイクルポリエステルチップを得ることと、
リサイクルポリエステル材料の別の部分を化学的に再生することと、リサイクルポリエステル材料の別の部分を造粒することを含む化学的再生操作を行い、第1固有粘度よりも小さい第2固有粘度を有する化学的リサイクルポリエステルチップを得ることと、
物理的リサイクルポリエステルチップと化学的リサイクルポリエステルチップとを、所定の固有粘度に応じて互いに混合することと、
混合された物理的リサイクルポリエステルチップと化学的リサイクルポリエステルチップとを溶融押出することにより、所定の固有粘度を有するポリエステルフィルムを形成することと、を備え、
ポリエステルフィルムの所定の固有粘度は、0.45dL/g~0.75dL/gであり、ポリエステルフィルムの酸価は、10mgKOH/g~80mgKOH/gであり、ポリエステルフィルムの表面粗さ(Ra)は、1nm~100nmであり、ポリエステルフィルムの摩擦係数は、0.2~0.6である、ポリエステルフィルムの製造方法を提供する。

Claims (5)
- リサイクルポリエステル材料を提供することと、
前記リサイクルポリエステル材料の一部分を物理的に再生することと、前記リサイクルポリエステル材料の一部分を造粒することとを含む、物理的再生操作を行い、第1の固有粘度を有する物理的リサイクルポリエステルチップを得ることと、
前記リサイクルポリエステル材料の別の部分を化学的に再生することと、前記リサイクルポリエステル材料の別の部分を造粒することを含む化学的再生操作を行い、前記第1固有粘度よりも小さい第2固有粘度を有する化学的リサイクルポリエステルチップを得ることと、
前記物理的リサイクルポリエステルチップと前記化学的リサイクルポリエステルチップとを、所定の固有粘度に応じて互いに混合することと、
混合された前記物理的リサイクルポリエステルチップと前記化学的リサイクルポリエステルチップとを溶融押出することにより、前記所定の固有粘度を有するポリエステルフィルムを形成することと、
を備え、
前記第1固有粘度は、0.65dL/g~0.90dL/gであり、前記第2固有粘度は、0.40dL/g~0.65dL/gであり、前記ポリエステルフィルムの前記所定の固有粘度は、0.45dL/g~0.75dL/gであり、前記ポリエステルフィルムの酸価は、10mgKOH/g~80mgKOH/gであり、前記ポリエステルフィルムの表面粗さ(Ra)は、1nm~100nmであり、前記ポリエステルフィルムの摩擦係数は、0.2~0.6である、
ポリエステルフィルムの製造方法。 - 第1の固有粘度を有する物理的リサイクルポリエステルチップと前記第1固有粘度よりも小さい第2固有粘度を有する化学的リサイクルポリエステルチップとを所定の固有粘度に応じて混合、溶融、押出して形成され、前記所定の固有粘度を有するポリエステルフィルムであって、
前記第1固有粘度は、0.65dL/g~0.90dL/gであり、前記第2固有粘度は、0.40dL/g~0.65dL/gであり、前記ポリエステルフィルムの前記所定の固有粘度は、0.45dL/g~0.75dL/gであり、前記ポリエステルフィルムの酸価は、10mgKOH/g~80mgKOH/gであり、前記ポリエステルフィルムの表面粗さは、1nm~100nmであり、前記ポリエステルフィルムの摩擦係数は、0.2~0.6である、
ポリエステルフィルム。 - 前記ポリエステルフィルム中のイソフタル酸の含有量は、前記ポリエステルフィルムの総量100mol%に基づいて、0.5mol%~5mol%であり、
150±2℃及び10Hzで測定した前記ポリエステルフィルムの貯蔵弾性率は、4.0×109dyne/cm2~6.5×109dyne/cm2である、
請求項2のポリエステルフィルム。 - 前記ポリエステルフィルムのヘイズは、5%以下である、請求項2のポリエステルフィルム。
- 前記ポリエステルフィルム中のバイオマス由来のエチレングリコールの含有量は、前記ポリエステルフィルムの総量100wt%に基づいて、5wt%以下である、請求項2のポリエステルフィルム。
