Description
内部に吸気キャビティが設けられる吸気筒であって、前記吸気筒の底部に前記吸気キャビティと前記吸気筒の下方の空間とを連通させる還気孔が設けられる吸気筒と、
前記吸気筒の底部に接続される入液筒と、
前記吸気筒の底部に接続される下蓋であって、前記下蓋と、前記入液筒の外側壁と、前記吸気筒の底壁との間にキャビティが囲まれ、前記下蓋と前記入液筒との間に前記キャビティと前記下蓋の下方の空間とを連通させる還気通路が残されている下蓋と、
前記キャビティ内に設けられ、前記還気孔の底部を弾性的にキャッピングするための弾性逆止弁とを含む。
前記入液筒の内部が入液キャビティを有し、前記入液筒の底部に外部に連通する入液孔が設けられる上記ポンプボディ構造と、
前記吸気キャビティ内に上下に摺動可能に設けられ、最上部に上方の空間に連通する混合キャビティが設けられる第1のピストンアセンブリと、
最上部が前記第1のピストンアセンブリに接続され、底部が前記入液キャビティ内に上下に摺動可能に設けられ、前記第1のピストンアセンブリの最上部が前記混合キャビティに連通する第2のピストンアセンブリと、
前記混合キャビティ内に設けられるフォーム発生機構と、
前記入液孔に蓋設され、流通方向が下から上である一方向弁とを含む。
ポンプボディ構造は、吸気筒100、入液筒200、弾性逆止弁300、下蓋400を含む。
フォームポンプは、上記ポンプボディ構造、一方向弁240、第1のピストンアセンブリ500、第2のピストンアセンブリ600、フォーム発生機構700、弾性部材800、上蓋900、押圧ヘッド950を含む。

Claims (7)
- 内部に吸気キャビティ(110)が設けられる吸気筒(100)であって、前記吸気筒(100)の底部に前記吸気キャビティ(110)と前記吸気筒(100)の下方の空間とを連通させる還気孔(120)が設けられる吸気筒(100)と、
前記吸気筒(100)の底部に接続される入液筒(200)と、
前記吸気筒(100)の底部に接続される下蓋(400)であって、前記下蓋(400)と、前記入液筒(200)の外側壁と、前記吸気筒(100)の底壁との間にキャビティ(401)が囲まれ、前記下蓋(400)と前記入液筒(200)との間に前記キャビティ(401)と前記下蓋(400)の下方の空間とを連通させる還気通路(402)が残されている下蓋(400)と、
前記キャビティ(401)内に設けられ、前記還気孔(120)の底部を弾性的に塞ぐための弾性逆止弁(300)とを含み、
前記下蓋(400)には、上下に貫通する組み立て孔(410)が設けられ、前記組み立て孔(410)は、前記入液筒(200)の外部に嵌設され、前記キャビティ(401)は、前記入液筒(200)の外周を一周し、前記還気通路(402)は、前記組み立て孔(410)の内壁と前記入液筒(200)の外側壁との間に位置し、前記弾性逆止弁(300)は、前記キャビティ(401)に沿って前記入液筒(200)の外部に嵌設され、前記下蓋(400)の最上部は、前記弾性逆止弁(300)に当接し、
前記吸気筒(100)の底面には、上方に凹む凹状キャビティ(130)が設けられ、前記還気孔(120)は、前記凹状キャビティ(130)の天壁に位置し、前記入液筒(200)の最上部は、前記凹状キャビティ(130)の天壁に接続され、前記下蓋(400)の外側壁は、前記凹状キャビティ(130)の内側壁に密封して接続され、
前記凹状キャビティ(130)の天壁には、前記還気孔(120)の底部に連通する第1の導気溝(1301)が設けられ、前記第1の導気溝(1301)は、前記入液筒(200)に延び、前記入液筒(200)の外側壁には、上下方向に沿って延びる第2の導気溝(2001)が設けられ、前記第2の導気溝(2001)は、前記第1の導気溝(1301)に連通し、前記弾性逆止弁(300)の最上部は、前記還気孔(120)と前記第1の導気溝(1301)を弾性的に塞ぎ、前記弾性逆止弁(300)の内孔壁は、前記第2の導気溝(2001)を弾性的に塞ぐ、
ことを特徴とするポンプボディ構造。 - 前記弾性逆止弁(300)は、上部(301)と下部(302)に分けられ、前記上部(301)は、前記凹状キャビティ(130)の内側壁と前記入液筒(200)の外側壁との間に弾性的に押し当てられ、前記上部(301)の天壁は、前記還気孔(120)と前記第1の導気溝(1301)を弾性的に塞ぎ、前記上部(301)の内側壁は、前記第2の導気溝(2001)を弾性的に塞ぎ、前記下部(302)の内側壁は、前記入液筒(200)の外側壁に密着され、前記下部(302)の外側壁と前記下蓋(400)との間にギャップが残され、前記下蓋(400)の最上部は、前記上部(301)の底部に当接する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポンプボディ構造。
- 前記組み立て孔(410)の内側壁と前記入液筒(200)の外側壁とは密封して接続され、前記組み立て孔(410)の内側壁に上下方向に沿って貫通する凹溝(411)が設けられ、前記凹溝(411)と前記入液筒(200)の外側壁との間に前記還気通路(402)が形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポンプボディ構造。
- 前記入液筒(200)の外側壁に環状突起(210)が設けられ、前記弾性逆止弁(300)の内孔壁は、前記環状突起(210)に当接する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポンプボディ構造。
- 前記入液筒(200)の内部が入液キャビティ(220)を有し、前記入液筒(200)の底部には外部に連通する入液孔(230)が設けられる請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のポンプボディ構造と、
前記吸気キャビティ(110)内に上下に摺動可能に設けられ、最上部に上方の空間に連通する混合キャビティ(510)が設けられる第1のピストンアセンブリ(500)と、
最上部が前記第1のピストンアセンブリ(500)に接続され、底部が前記入液キャビティ(220)内に上下に摺動可能に設けられ、前記第1のピストンアセンブリ(500)の最上部が前記混合キャビティ(510)に連通する第2のピストンアセンブリ(600)と、
前記混合キャビティ(510)に設けられるフォーム発生機構(700)と、
前記入液孔(230)に蓋設され、流通方向が下から上である一方向弁(240)とを含む、ことを特徴とするフォームポンプ。 - 前記フォームポンプは、前記吸気筒(100)の最上部に接続される上蓋(900)をさらに含み、前記上蓋(900)の底部には、前記吸気筒(100)の外部に延びる取り付け座(910)が設けられる、前記取り付け座(910)は、前記吸気筒(100)の外周に沿って一周し、前記取り付け座(910)の内側壁と前記吸気筒(100)の外側壁との間に取り付け空間(920)が形成され、前記取り付け空間(920)の最上部に密封リング(930)が設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のフォームポンプ。
- 前記フォームポンプは、プラスチックバネである弾性部材(800)をさらに含み、前記弾性部材(800)は、前記吸気キャビティ(110)内に設けられ、前記弾性部材(800)の上下両端は、前記第2のピストンアセンブリ(600)の最上部と前記吸気キャビティ(110)の底壁にそれぞれ当接する、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のフォームポンプ。
