Claims (17)
- 長手方向軸、長手方向軸の長手方向からみて滑らかな円周面を有しかつ長手方向軸を中心とした外径を画定する近位端部(14)、遠位端部(16)、及び外側表面を有するアンカー本体(12)、並びに
アンカー本体(12)の外側表面に配置され、アンカー本体(12)の長手方向軸に非平行の方向に延在している複数のスプライン(18,102,)
を含む生分解性腱干渉アンカー(10,100)であって、
複数のスプライン(18,102)のそれぞれが、アンカー本体の近位端部におけるアンカー本体の長手方向軸に交わる仮想的な平面からアンカー本体の遠位端部まで延在し、
複数のスプライン(18,102)のそれぞれが、アンカー本体の外側表面とスプラインの外側表面(22,104)との間の距離であるスプラインの深さを画定し、
近位端部(14)の外径がスプラインの外側表面(22,104)に対応し、かつスプラインの深さが近位端部の外径に対して内側に延在し、
アンカー(10,100)が、所望の固定位置に少なくとも部分的に嵌入するように構成及び適合されている、
生分解性腱干渉アンカー(10,100)。 - 複数のスプライン(18,102)のそれぞれが、アンカー本体の近位端部辺りから遠位端部辺りまでねじれている、請求項1に記載の生分解性腱干渉アンカー(10,100)。
- 複数のスプライン(18,102)が、アンカー本体(12,202,302)の外側表面に配置された5つのらせんスプラインを含む、請求項1に記載の生分解性腱干渉アンカー(10,100)。
- 複数のスプライン(18,102)が、アンカー本体(12,202,302)の外側表面に配置された6つのらせんスプラインを含む、請求項1に記載の生分解性腱干渉アンカー(10,100)。
- 複数のスプライン(18,102)のそれぞれが、約180度から約360度のねじれ角を有する、請求項1に記載の生分解性腱干渉アンカー(10,100)。
- 長手方向軸、長手方向軸の長手方向からみて滑らかな円周面を有しかつ長手方向軸を中心とした外径を画定する近位端部(204,304)、遠位端部(206,306)、及び外側表面を有するアンカー本体(202,302)、並びに
