Description
The present invention relates to floor reinforcing steel materials and floor structures used for building floors.
A known floor structure for a building is one in which multiple floor panels are provided on supports such as floor beams and joists (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The floor panels have a hollow portion extending in a specific direction, and the floor panels are provided with through holes that communicate with the hollow portion. Such floor panels are fixed to the support by a clip that includes a spring body with a nut portion and a hook body with a hook portion. In this case, the hook portion of the hook body is engaged with the support and the spring body is inserted into the hollow portion, and the bottom surface of the floor panel is sandwiched between the hook body and the spring body. In this state, a bolt is passed through the through hole of the floor panel and screwed into the nut portion of the spring body. In this way, the floor panel is fixed to the support.
In floor structures, floor panels need to be strong enough to withstand the load applied to them. However, the technology described in Patent Document 1 does not take into account the load resistance required for floor panels in office applications, etc., and there is a risk that the strength of the floor panels will be insufficient.
The present invention was made in consideration of these circumstances, and its purpose is to provide a floor reinforcing steel material and floor structure that can increase the strength of floor panels with hollow sections.
In order to solve the above problems, the floor reinforcing steel material according to the first invention is a floor reinforcing steel material that is inserted into a hollow portion extending in a predetermined longitudinal direction of a floor panel. This floor reinforcing steel material comprises a reinforcing steel body having a length that can be arranged between both longitudinal ends of the hollow portion and a cross-sectional shape that can be inserted into the hollow portion, a pair of fixing means that fix both longitudinal ends of the reinforcing steel body to the floor panel, and a biasing means including at least one biasing member provided on the reinforcing steel body. The biasing member is provided between the pair of fixing means located at both ends of the reinforcing steel body, and biases the reinforcing steel body in a state of contact with the inner surface of the hollow portion.
According to the floor reinforcing steel material of the first invention, when the floor reinforcing steel material is inserted into the hollow portion of the floor panel, the reinforcing steel material body is biased by the biasing member and abuts against the inner surface of the hollow portion, and both longitudinal ends are fixed to the floor panel by a pair of fixing means. At this time, the reinforcing steel material body is disposed between both longitudinal ends of the hollow portion of the floor panel, making it possible to increase the strength of the floor panel having a hollow portion.
In the second invention, in the floor reinforcing steel material according to the first invention, the biasing means may include a plurality of the biasing members provided between the pair of fixing means located at both ends of the reinforcing steel body. Each of the plurality of biasing members may be a leaf spring that extends from a predetermined position between the pair of fixing means located at both ends of the reinforcing steel body toward the opposing surface of the inner surface and has a curved shape that is curved downstream in the insertion direction of the reinforcing steel body into the hollow portion.
In this embodiment, multiple biasing members are provided between the pair of fixing means in the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing steel body. This allows the intermediate region between the pair of fixing means in the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing steel body to be more reliably abutted against the inner surface of the hollow portion by the biasing force of the multiple biasing members. Therefore, by fixing the reinforcing steel body in a state of abutting against the inner surface of the hollow portion, it is possible to more reliably increase the strength of the floor panel having a hollow portion.
In addition, when curved leaf springs are used as the multiple biasing members provided on the reinforcing steel body, the curvature direction of the leaf springs affects the insertability of the reinforcing steel body into the hollow portion. For example, consider a case in which a leaf spring with a curved surface shape curved on the downstream side of the insertion direction of the reinforcing steel body into the hollow portion and a leaf spring with a curved surface shape curved on the upstream side of the insertion direction are provided on the reinforcing steel body. In this case, when the reinforcing steel body is inserted into the hollow portion of the floor panel, the leaf spring with the curved surface shape curved on the upstream side of the insertion direction may get caught inside the hollow portion, which may hinder the insertion of the reinforcing steel body into the hollow portion.
Therefore, when leaf springs with a curved surface are used as the multiple biasing members, the leaf springs extend from a predetermined position between a pair of fixing means in the reinforcing steel body toward the opposing surface of the hollow portion, and have a curved surface that is curved downstream in the insertion direction of the reinforcing steel body into the hollow portion. This makes it possible to prevent each leaf spring as the multiple biasing members from impeding the insertion of the reinforcing steel body into the hollow portion.
A third invention is a floor reinforcing steel material according to the first or second invention, wherein the reinforcing steel material main body may include a first plate portion having a length spanning between both longitudinal ends of the hollow portion, extending in the longitudinal direction and abutting an upper surface of the hollow portion, and a pair of second plate portions extending in the longitudinal direction and connected to each of both side ends of the first plate portion .
In this configuration, the reinforcing steel body that is fixed in contact with the inner surface of the hollow portion of the floor panel has a length that spans between both longitudinal ends of the hollow portion and a specified bending rigidity, making it possible to more reliably increase the strength of the floor panel having a hollow portion.
The fourth invention is a floor reinforcing steel material according to the third invention, in which the reinforcing steel material body may further include an engaging portion that engages with an engaged portion provided on the floor panel by the biasing force of the biasing member when the reinforcing steel material body is positioned relative to the hollow portion.
In this embodiment, when the reinforcing steel body is inserted into the hollow portion of the floor panel, the engaging portion engages with the engaged portion of the floor panel due to the biasing force of the biasing member. The reinforcing steel body can be positioned relative to the hollow portion by the engagement of the engaging portion with the floor panel when the reinforcing steel body is inserted into the hollow portion.
The fifth invention is the floor reinforcing steel material according to the fourth invention, where the engaging portion may be provided in a plurality of portions on the reinforcing steel material body. In this case, the engaging portions may be spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing steel material body, and may be provided at positions offset from one another in the width direction of the reinforcing steel material body.
In this embodiment, the reinforcing steel body can be positioned in a more appropriate position relative to the hollow portion by engaging the multiple engaging portions with the floor panel when the reinforcing steel body is inserted into the hollow portion.
The sixth invention is a floor reinforcing steel material according to any one of the first to fifth inventions, wherein the reinforcing steel material body may have a pair of end through holes provided at each of the two end portions. In this case, the pair of fixing means may include bolts inserted into the pair of end through holes, and nuts having threaded portions that can be screwed onto the bolts.
In this embodiment, when the reinforcing steel body is inserted into the hollow portion of the floor panel, the bolts inserted into a pair of end through-holes at each end region of both longitudinal ends are screwed into the threaded portions of the nuts, so that the reinforcing steel body is fixed in abutment against the inner surface of the hollow portion.
The floor structure according to the seventh invention comprises a floor panel having a hollow portion extending in a predetermined longitudinal direction, and a floor reinforcing steel member according to any one of the first to sixth inventions, which is inserted into the hollow portion.
As described above, the present invention provides a floor reinforcing steel material and floor structure that can increase the strength of floor panels having hollow spaces.
The floor reinforcing steel material according to an embodiment of the present invention and a floor structure equipped with the same will be described below with reference to the drawings. Note that directional relationships will be described below using XYZ orthogonal coordinate axes. The X-axis direction is parallel to the horizontal plane, the Y-axis direction is perpendicular to the X-axis direction on the horizontal plane, and the Z-axis direction is the up-down direction perpendicular to both the X and Y directions.
Figure 1 shows a floor structure 1 equipped with a floor panel 2 to which floor reinforcing steel material 3 according to this embodiment is applied. Also, Figure 2 shows the state in which the floor reinforcing steel material 3 is inserted into the hollow portion 21 of the floor panel 2. The floor structure 1 is, for example, part of a steel-framed building, and constitutes the floor of one story. The floor structure 1 comprises a plurality of floor panels 2 each having a hollow portion 21 extending in a predetermined direction, floor reinforcing steel material 3 inserted into the hollow portion 21, a plurality of floor beams 4 supporting each floor panel 2, and a plurality of vibration-proof materials 5 provided on the floor beams 4.
In the example of FIG. 1, multiple floor beams 4 extend in the X-axis direction and are arranged parallel to each other at a predetermined interval in the Y-axis direction. The floor beams 4 are, for example, made of H-shaped steel with an H-shaped cross section. In this case, the floor beams 4 have a pair of flanges 41 and a web 42 that connects both flanges 41 to each other. The floor beams 4 are arranged so that they extend in the X-axis direction with the pair of flanges 41 lined up in the Z-axis direction.
The floor panels 2 are supported from below by each floor beam 4 while being arranged adjacent to each other in the X-axis direction and straddle two adjacent floor beams 4. The floor panels 2 are, for example, made of hollow extruded cement boards and have at least one hollow portion 21 extending in a predetermined direction. The floor panels 2 are plate-shaped members having a rectangular planar shape extending in the longitudinal direction D1 (FIG. 2) of the hollow portion 21. The floor panels 2 are arranged so that the longitudinal direction D1 of the hollow portion 21 coincides with the Y-axis direction, and are spanned between the two floor beams 4 as shown in FIG. 1. Specifically, each end of the floor panel 2 in the longitudinal direction D1 (Y-axis direction) is supported from below by the flanges 41 of each floor beam 4. The shape of the hollow portion 21 as viewed in the longitudinal direction D1 is not particularly limited, but is, for example, rectangular.
2, the floor panel 2 has a pair of end bolt holes 22A that communicate with the hollow portion 21 at both ends in the longitudinal direction D1 and through which the bolt 6 is inserted. Furthermore, the floor panel 2 may have an intermediate opening hole 22B that is provided in the intermediate region between the pair of end bolt holes 22A in the longitudinal direction D1 and opens into the hollow portion 21. As shown in FIG. 2, it is preferable that the intermediate opening hole 22B communicates between the hollow portion 21 and the outside of the floor panel 2. In this case, the intermediate opening hole 22B communicates with the hollow portion 21 in the intermediate region in the longitudinal direction D1 of the floor panel 2 and allows the bolt 6 to be inserted. In this embodiment, the pair of end bolt holes 22A are holes that extend from the upper surface of the floor panel 2 to the hollow portion 21, and the intermediate opening hole 22B is an opening hole that extends from the upper surface of the floor panel 2 to the hollow portion 21. That is, a pair of end bolt holes 22A and an intermediate opening hole 22B communicating with the hollow portion 21 are provided on the upper surface of the floor panel 2. In the example of FIG. 2, a pair of end bolt holes 22A are provided in each end region of both ends in the longitudinal direction D1 on the upper surface of the floor panel 2, and two intermediate opening holes 22B are provided in the intermediate region between the end regions in the longitudinal direction D1. In this case, the interval between the end bolt hole 22A and the intermediate opening hole 22B and the interval between the two intermediate opening holes 22B are set to be equal. In addition, when the bolt 6 is inserted into the pair of end bolt holes 22A and the intermediate opening hole 22B, a washer 61 is disposed between the head of the bolt 6 and the floor panel 2. In addition, the pair of end bolt holes 22A and the intermediate opening hole 22B may be countersunk to prevent the head of the inserted bolt 6 from protruding upward from the upper surface of the floor panel 2.
In a floor panel 2 having a pair of end bolt holes 22A and an intermediate opening hole 22B on the upper surface that communicate with the hollow portion 21, the pair of end bolt holes 22A and the intermediate opening hole 22B are formed in the hollow portion upper surface 211 that faces downward on the inner surface of the hollow portion 21, and the hollow portion lower surface 212 that faces upward on the inner surface of the hollow portion 21 becomes an opposing surface that faces the hollow portion upper surface 211 in the Z-axis direction.
Each of the vibration-proof materials 5 is a member that can elastically deform in response to the relative movement of the floor panel 2 with respect to the floor beam 4. The vibration-proof materials 5 are made of, for example, synthetic resin such as polyurethane or rubber. Each of the vibration-proof materials 5 suppresses the transmission of vibration from the floor panel 2 to the floor beam 4 by elastically deforming between the floor beam 4 and the floor panel 2. The dimensions, hardness, arrangement position, and number of the vibration-proof materials 5 are set based on the load received by the vibration-proof materials 5 (i.e., the weight of the floor panel 2 placed on the vibration-proof materials 5 and the load received by the floor panel 2) so that the transmission of vibration from the floor panel 2 to the floor beam 4 can be appropriately suppressed. In FIG. 1, an example is shown in which the vibration-proof materials 5 are arranged on the upper flange 41 of a pair of flanges 41 of the floor beam 4 at positions corresponding to the four corners of each floor panel 2 in a plan view.
1 and 2, the floor reinforcing steel material 3 is a reinforcing steel material inserted into the hollow portion 21 of the floor panel 2. The floor reinforcing steel material 3 is inserted from one side to the other side of the longitudinal direction D1 of the hollow portion 21. That is, the insertion direction D3 of the floor reinforcing steel material 3 into the hollow portion 21 is one direction from one side to the other side of the longitudinal direction D1 of the hollow portion 21. When the floor panel 2 has multiple hollow portions 21, the floor reinforcing steel material 3 is inserted into at least one hollow portion 21. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, when the floor panel 2 has three hollow portions 21 arranged in the X-axis direction, the floor reinforcing steel material 3 may be inserted into all three hollow portions 21, or the floor reinforcing steel material 3 may be inserted into the hollow portion 21 located in the center of the three hollow portions 21 in the X-axis direction. Additionally, floor reinforcing steel material 3 may be inserted into each of the three hollow portions 21 located at both ends in the X-axis direction.
The floor reinforcing steel material 3 will be described in detail with reference to Figs. 3 and 4 in addition to Fig. 2. The floor reinforcing steel material 3 comprises a reinforcing steel material body 31, a biasing means including at least one biasing member 32 provided on the reinforcing steel material body 31, and a pair of end fixing means 35 for fixing both ends of the reinforcing steel material body 31 in the longitudinal direction D2 to the floor panel 2. The reinforcing steel material body 31 and the biasing member 32 are made of steel. In this embodiment, the biasing means is made of a plurality of biasing members 32 including a first biasing member 321 and a second biasing member 322. That is, a plurality of biasing members 32 including a first biasing member 321 and a second biasing member 322 are provided on the reinforcing steel material body 31.
The reinforcing steel body 31 extends in the longitudinal direction D2 and has a cross-sectional shape that allows it to be inserted into the hollow portion 21 of the floor panel 2. The reinforcing steel body 31 is inserted into the hollow portion 21 so that its longitudinal direction D2 coincides with the longitudinal direction D1 of the hollow portion 21. When inserted into the hollow portion 21, the reinforcing steel body 31 is disposed between both ends of the hollow portion 21 in the longitudinal direction D1. It is preferable that the reinforcing steel body 31 has a length that allows it to be disposed between both ends of the hollow portion 21 in the longitudinal direction D1 of the floor panel 2, and has a predetermined bending rigidity in the longitudinal direction D2. In this case, when inserted into the hollow portion 21, the reinforcing steel body 31 extends between both ends of the hollow portion 21 in the longitudinal direction D1. When the reinforcing steel body 31 is inserted into the hollow portion 21, the end regions of both ends of the reinforcing steel body 31 in the longitudinal direction D2 are located within the end regions of both ends of the hollow portion 21 in the longitudinal direction D1. In this case, the positions of the edges of both ends of the reinforcing steel body 31 in the longitudinal direction D2 may coincide with the positions of the edges of both ends of the hollow portion 21 in the longitudinal direction D1.
The reinforcing steel body 31 has a first plate portion 311 that extends in the longitudinal direction D2 and abuts against the upper surface 211 of the hollow portion 21 when inserted into the hollow portion 21, and a pair of second plate portions 312 that extend in the longitudinal direction D2 and are connected to both side ends of the first plate portion 311. By making the reinforcing steel body 31 have a pair of second plate portions 312 that are connected to both side ends of the first plate portion 311, the bending rigidity of the reinforcing steel body 31 can be increased.
The reinforcing steel body 31 may have a pair of end through holes 311A arranged at a distance that allows communication with a pair of end bolt holes 22A of the floor panel 2, provided at each end region of the first plate portion 311 in the longitudinal direction D2. As shown in FIG. 3, the pair of end through holes 311A are elongated holes having a predetermined length in the longitudinal direction D2 of the reinforcing steel body 31. As shown in FIG. 2, when the reinforcing steel body 31 is inserted into the hollow portion 21 of the floor panel 2, the pair of end through holes 311A communicate with the pair of end bolt holes 22A. Then, when the first plate portion 311 of the reinforcing steel body 31 inserted into the hollow portion 21 abuts against the upper surface 211 of the hollow portion 21, each end region of the reinforcing steel body 31 at both ends in the longitudinal direction D2 is fixed to the floor panel 2 by a pair of end fixing means 35.
The pair of end fixing means 35 is not particularly limited in structure as long as it is possible to fix each end region of both ends of the reinforcing steel body 31 in the longitudinal direction D2 to the floor panel 2. In the example shown in FIG. 2, the pair of end fixing means 35 includes a bolt 6 inserted from above into the pair of end bolt holes 22A and the pair of end through holes 311A, and a clip nut in which a clip 351 and a nut 352 are integrated. The nut 352 is capable of communicating with the end through hole 311A and has a threaded portion that can be screwed with the bolt 6 inserted into the end through hole 311A. The clip 351 is an attachment portion that can be attached to the end of the reinforcing steel body 31 in the longitudinal direction D2 with the nut 352 positioned so that the threaded portion of the nut 352 communicates with the end through hole 311A. In the pair of end fixing means 35, the clip 351 is attached to the end of the reinforcing steel body 31 in the longitudinal direction D2 so that the threaded portion of the nut 352 communicates with the end through hole 311A in the reinforcing steel body 31. In this case, the reinforcing steel body 31 is fixed to the hollow upper surface 211 in the hollow portion 21 by the bolt 6 inserted through the pair of end bolt holes 22A and the pair of end through holes 311A at each end region at both ends in the longitudinal direction D2 screwing into the threaded portion of the nut 352.
As described above, in this embodiment, a plurality of biasing members 32 including a first biasing member 321 and a second biasing member 322 are provided for the reinforcing steel body 31. The first biasing member 321 and the second biasing member 322 are provided between a pair of end fixing means 35 located at both ends in the longitudinal direction D2 of the first plate portion 311 of the reinforcing steel body 31. Specifically, in the region between the pair of end fixing means 35 at the position of the pair of end through holes 311A on the surface opposite to the surface that abuts against the hollow portion upper surface 211 in the hollow portion 21 in the first plate portion 311, the first biasing member 321 is provided in the vicinity of one end fixing means 35, and the second biasing member 322 is provided in the vicinity of the other end fixing means 35. As shown in FIG. 2, the first biasing member 321 and the second biasing member 322 bias the reinforcing steel body 31 in a state of contact with the upper surface 211 of the hollow portion in the hollow portion 21. Specifically, the first biasing member 321 and the second biasing member 322 bias the reinforcing steel body 31 toward the upper surface 211 of the hollow portion in a state of contact with the lower surface 212 of the hollow portion in the hollow portion 21 so that the reinforcing steel body 31 abuts against the upper surface 211 of the hollow portion in the hollow portion 21.
In floor structure 1, floor panel 2 needs to be strong enough to withstand the load applied to it. For example, floor structure 1 is required to have fire resistance in anticipation of a fire. In this case, when floor panel 2 is exposed to flames from below while a certain load is applied to it from above, even if cracks or the like appear on the underside of floor panel 2 and the strength of floor panel 2 is reduced, floor panel 2 needs to have sufficient strength to withstand the load.
In the floor structure 1 according to this embodiment, the floor reinforcing steel material 3 is inserted into the hollow portion 21 of the floor panel 2. In this floor reinforcing steel material 3, the reinforcing steel material body 31 is biased by the first biasing member 321 and the second biasing member 322 to abut against the upper surface 211 of the hollow portion in the hollow portion 21, and both ends in the longitudinal direction D2 are fixed to the floor panel 2 by a pair of end fixing means 35. Specifically, the reinforcing steel material body 31 is fixed to the upper surface 211 of the hollow portion in the hollow portion 21 by screwing the bolts 6 inserted into the pair of end bolt holes 22A and the pair of end through holes 311A into the threaded portions of the nuts 352 while abutting against the upper surface 211 of the hollow portion in the hollow portion 21. At this time, the reinforcing steel material body 31 is disposed between both ends in the longitudinal direction D1 of the hollow portion 21 of the floor panel 2, so that the strength of the floor panel 2 having the hollow portion 21 can be increased. Furthermore, the reinforcing steel body 31, which is fixed in contact with the upper surface 211 of the hollow portion 21, has a length that allows it to be positioned between both ends of the hollow portion 21 in the longitudinal direction D1, is fixed to the floor panel 2 at both ends, and has a predetermined bending rigidity, so it is possible to more reliably increase the strength of the floor panel 2 having the hollow portion 21.
When inserted into the hollow portion 21 of the floor panel 2, the reinforcing steel body 31 is fixed to the floor panel 2 in a state of abutment against the hollow portion upper surface 211, which faces downward on the inner surface of the hollow portion 21. As a result, even if flames from below cause cracks on the underside of the floor panel 2 during a fire or the like and reduce the strength of the floor panel 2, the reinforcing steel body 31 fixed in a state of abutment against the hollow portion upper surface 211 maintains a predetermined floor strength to withstand a predetermined load, and prevents the floor panel 2 from falling.
The first and second biasing members 321 and 322 are provided between a pair of end fixing means 35 located at both ends in the longitudinal direction D2 of the first plate portion 311 of the reinforcing steel body 31. This allows the intermediate region between the pair of end fixing means 35 in the longitudinal direction D2 of the reinforcing steel body 31 to be more reliably abutted against the upper surface 211 of the hollow portion 21 in the hollow portion 21 by the biasing force of the first and second biasing members 321 and 322 as multiple biasing members 32. Therefore, by fixing the reinforcing steel body 31 to the floor panel 2 in a state of abutting against the upper surface 211 of the hollow portion 21 in the hollow portion 21, it is possible to more reliably increase the strength of the floor panel 2 having the hollow portion 21.
In this embodiment, a leaf spring having a curved surface is used as the first biasing member 321 and the second biasing member 322 provided for the reinforcing steel body 31. When a leaf spring having a curved surface is used, the curvature direction of the leaf spring affects the insertability of the reinforcing steel body 31 into the hollow portion 21. For example, assume that a leaf spring having a curved surface on the downstream side of the insertion direction D3 of the reinforcing steel body 31 into the hollow portion 21 and a leaf spring having a curved surface on the upstream side of the insertion direction D3 are provided for the reinforcing steel body 31. In this case, when the reinforcing steel body 31 is inserted into the hollow portion 21 of the floor panel 2, the leaf spring having a curved surface on the upstream side of the insertion direction D3 may get caught in the hollow portion 21, which may hinder the insertion of the reinforcing steel body 31 into the hollow portion 21.
The first and second biasing members 321 and 322 are leaf springs that extend from a predetermined position between a pair of end fixing means 35 located at both ends of the first plate portion 311 of the reinforcing steel body 31 in the longitudinal direction D2 toward the lower surface 212 of the hollow portion 21 and have a curved shape that is curved downstream in the insertion direction D3 of the reinforcing steel body 31 into the hollow portion 21. This makes it possible to prevent the first and second biasing members 321 and 322, which are made of leaf springs, from impeding the insertion of the reinforcing steel body 31 into the hollow portion 21. The first and second biasing members 321 and 322, which are made of leaf springs with a curved shape, are curved so as not to impede the fixing of the reinforcing steel body 31 to the floor panel 2 by the pair of end fixing means 35.
2, in this embodiment, the reinforcing steel body 31 is provided in an intermediate region between a pair of end through holes 311A corresponding to a pair of end fixing means 35 located at both ends in the longitudinal direction D2 of the first plate portion 311, and has at least one intermediate through hole 311B that can communicate with the intermediate opening hole 22B of the floor panel 2. In the example of FIG. 2, the reinforcing steel body 31 has two intermediate through holes 311B corresponding to the two intermediate opening holes 22B provided in the floor panel 2. When the reinforcing steel body 31 is inserted into the hollow portion 21 of the floor panel 2, each intermediate through hole 311B communicates with each intermediate opening hole 22B. Then, with the first plate portion 311 of the reinforcing steel body 31 inserted into the hollow portion 21 in contact with the hollow portion upper surface 211 in the hollow portion 21, each end region of the reinforcing steel body 31 in the longitudinal direction D2 is fixed to the hollow portion upper surface 211 by the bolts 6 inserted from above into the pair of end bolt holes 22A and the pair of end through holes 311A, and the middle region of the reinforcing steel body 31 in the longitudinal direction D2 is fixed to the hollow portion upper surface 211 by the bolts 6 inserted from above into each middle opening hole 22B and each middle through hole 311B. In this way, the reinforcing steel body 31 is fixed by the bolts 6 in each end region and middle region in the longitudinal direction D2 in a state of contact with the hollow portion upper surface 211 in the hollow portion 21, so that the strength of the floor panel 2 having the hollow portion 21 can be more reliably increased.
The method of fixing the intermediate region of the reinforcing steel body 31 in the longitudinal direction D2 to the upper surface 211 of the hollow portion 21 is not particularly limited. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the reinforcing steel body 31 is provided with a nut 34 having a threaded portion that can be screwed with the bolt 6, at a position that can communicate with each intermediate through hole 311B in the first plate portion 311 of the reinforcing steel body 31. In this case, the reinforcing steel body 31 is fixed to the upper surface 211 of the hollow portion 21 in the hollow portion 21 by screwing the bolt 6 inserted into each intermediate opening hole 22B and each intermediate through hole 311B in the intermediate region of the longitudinal direction D2 into the threaded portion of the nut 34.
2 and 3, the floor reinforcing steel material 3 has an engagement portion 33. In the example of FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the floor reinforcing steel material 3 has two engagement portions 33 corresponding to the two intermediate through holes 311B provided in the reinforcing steel material main body 31. The engagement portion 33 engages with the engaged portion of the floor panel 2 by the biasing force of the first biasing member 321 and the second biasing member 322 when the reinforcing steel material main body 31 is positioned relative to the hollow portion 21. Specifically, the engagement portion 33 engages with the engaged portion of the floor panel 2 by the biasing force of the first biasing member 321 and the second biasing member 322 when the reinforcing steel material main body 31 is positioned relative to the hollow portion 21 such that, when the reinforcing steel material main body 31 is inserted into the hollow portion 21, the pair of end through holes 311A communicate with the pair of end bolt holes 22A, and each intermediate through hole 311B communicates with each intermediate opening hole 22B. When the reinforcing steel body 31 is inserted into the hollow portion 21, the engagement of the engagement portion 33 with the floor panel 2 allows the reinforcing steel body 31 to be positioned relative to the hollow portion 21 so that the pair of end through holes 311A and each intermediate through hole 311B of the reinforcing steel body 31 communicates with the pair of end bolt holes 22A and each intermediate opening hole 22B of the floor panel 2.
As described above, in the floor reinforcing steel material 3 according to this embodiment, the reinforcing steel material main body 31 is provided with a plurality of (two) engaging portions 33. The plurality of engaging portions 33 are provided so as to be spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction D2 of the reinforcing steel material main body 31. In this case, the plurality of engaging portions 33 may be provided at positions offset from each other in the width direction (X-axis direction) perpendicular to the longitudinal direction D2 of the reinforcing steel material main body 31. When the reinforcing steel material main body 31 is inserted into the hollow portion 21, the engagement of the plurality of engaging portions 33 with the floor panel 2 allows the reinforcing steel material main body 31 to be positioned in a more appropriate position relative to the hollow portion 21.
The engaging portion 33 is a protrusion protruding from the upper surface of the first plate portion 311 of the reinforcing steel body 31 in the intermediate region between a pair of end through holes 311A corresponding to a pair of end fixing means 35, and is inserted into an intermediate opening hole 22B as an engaged portion in the floor panel 2 and engages with the intermediate opening hole 22B, thereby positioning the reinforcing steel body 31 relative to the hollow portion 21. Specifically, the engaging portion 33 is a cylindrical protrusion protruding from the upper surface of the first plate portion 311 of the reinforcing steel body 31 so as to surround the intermediate through hole 311B, and is engaged with the intermediate opening hole 22B, thereby positioning the reinforcing steel body 31 relative to the hollow portion 21. In this case, the engagement portion 33 is a cylindrical protrusion that surrounds the intermediate through hole 311B of the reinforcing steel body 31, so when the engagement portion 33 is engaged with the intermediate opening hole 22B of the floor panel 2, the intermediate through hole 311B of the reinforcing steel body 31 communicates more reliably with the intermediate opening hole 22B of the floor panel 2.
As shown in FIG. 4, when inserting the floor reinforcing steel material 3 into the hollow portion 21 of the floor panel 2 in the insertion direction D3 from one side to the other side in the longitudinal direction D1, the floor reinforcing steel material 3 is inserted until the first biasing member 321 upstream of the insertion direction D3 enters the hollow portion 21 while pushing down the reinforcing steel material main body 31 against the biasing force of the second biasing member 322 downstream in the insertion direction D3, out of the first biasing member 321 and the second biasing member 322 provided on the reinforcing steel material main body 31. By inserting the floor reinforcing steel material 3 while pushing down the reinforcing steel material main body 31 into the hollow portion 21 of the floor panel 2, it is possible to prevent the engagement portion 33 provided on the first plate portion 311 of the reinforcing steel material main body 31 from engaging with the end bolt hole 22A provided at the end of the floor panel 2 on one side in the longitudinal direction D1.
When the floor reinforcing steel material 3 is inserted into the hollow portion 21 while the first biasing member 321 on the upstream side of the insertion direction D3 is in the hollow portion 21, the engaging portion 33 eventually engages with the intermediate opening hole 22B of the floor panel 2 due to the biasing force of the first biasing member 321 and the second biasing member 322. When the engaging portion 33 is engaged with the intermediate opening hole 22B of the floor panel 2, the reinforcing steel material main body 31 is positioned relative to the hollow portion 21, the first plate portion 311 of the reinforcing steel material main body 31 abuts against the upper surface 211 of the hollow portion 21, the pair of end through holes 311A communicate with the pair of end bolt holes 22A, and each intermediate through hole 311B communicates with each intermediate opening hole 22B.
The end regions of both ends of the reinforcing steel body 31 in the longitudinal direction D2 are fixed to the hollow upper surface 211 by bolts 6 inserted through a pair of end bolt holes 22A and a pair of end through holes 311A, and the middle region of the reinforcing steel body 31 in the longitudinal direction D2 is fixed to the hollow upper surface 211 by bolts 6 inserted through each middle opening hole 22B and each middle through hole 311B. In this way, the reinforcing steel body 31 is fixed by bolts 6 at each end region and middle region in the longitudinal direction D2 while abutting against the hollow upper surface 211 in the hollow 21, thereby making it possible to increase the strength of the floor panel 2 having the hollow 21.
The floor reinforcing steel material 3 and the floor structure 1 equipped with the same according to an embodiment of the present invention have been described above, but the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the following modified embodiments can be adopted.
In the above embodiment, the reinforcing steel body 31 of the floor reinforcing steel material 3 has two intermediate through holes 311B in the intermediate region between a pair of end through holes 311A corresponding to a pair of end fixing means 35 in response to the two intermediate opening holes 22B provided in the floor panel 2, but the present invention is not limited to this. As shown in FIG. 5, in the floor reinforcing steel material 3 according to the first modified embodiment, the reinforcing steel body 31 has one intermediate through hole 311B provided at the center position of the intermediate region between a pair of end through holes 311A corresponding to a pair of end fixing means 35 in the first plate portion 311 in response to the one intermediate opening hole 22B provided in the center position of the longitudinal direction D1 in the floor panel 2. In this case, the floor reinforcing steel material 3 has one engagement portion 33 in response to the one intermediate through hole 311B provided in the reinforcing steel body 31.
When the reinforcing steel body 31 is inserted into the hollow portion 21, the engaging portion 33 engages with the intermediate opening hole 22B provided at the center position in the longitudinal direction D1 of the floor panel 2 by the biasing force of the first biasing member 321 and the second biasing member 322, thereby positioning the reinforcing steel body 31 with respect to the hollow portion 21. When the engaging portion 33 engages with the intermediate opening hole 22B of the floor panel 2, the biasing force of the first biasing member 321 and the second biasing member 322 causes the first plate portion 311 of the reinforcing steel body 31 to abut against the hollow portion upper surface 211 in the hollow portion 21, and the pair of end through holes 311A communicate with the pair of end bolt holes 22A, and the intermediate through hole 311B communicates with the intermediate opening hole 22B. Then, each end region of the reinforcing steel body 31 at both ends in the longitudinal direction D2 is fixed to the hollow upper surface 211 by a bolt 6 inserted through a pair of end bolt holes 22A and a pair of end through holes 311A, and the middle region of the reinforcing steel body 31 in the longitudinal direction D2 is fixed to the hollow upper surface 211 by a bolt 6 inserted through the middle opening hole 22B and the middle through hole 311B. In this way, the reinforcing steel body 31 is fixed by the bolt 6 at each end region and middle region in the longitudinal direction D2 while abutting against the hollow upper surface 211 in the hollow portion 21 by the biasing force of the first biasing member 321 and the second biasing member 322, thereby making it possible to increase the strength of the floor panel 2 having the hollow portion 21.
In the above embodiment, the floor reinforcing steel material 3 is described as having two biasing members 32, the first biasing member 321 and the second biasing member 322, but the present invention is not limited to this. As shown in FIG. 6, in the floor reinforcing steel material 3 according to the second modified embodiment, as in the first modified embodiment, one intermediate opening hole 22B is provided at the center position of the longitudinal direction D1 in the floor panel 2, one intermediate through hole 311B is provided at the center position of the intermediate region between a pair of end through holes 311A corresponding to a pair of end fixing means 35 in the first plate portion 311 of the reinforcing steel material main body 31, and one engagement portion 33 that can engage with the intermediate opening hole 22B is provided. In the floor reinforcing steel material 3 according to the second modified embodiment, one biasing member 32 is provided in the vicinity of one intermediate through hole 311B on the surface opposite to the surface that abuts against the hollow portion upper surface 211 in the hollow portion 21 in the first plate portion 311 of the reinforcing steel material main body 31.
When the engaging portion 33 is engaged with the intermediate opening hole 22B of the floor panel 2, the first plate portion 311 of the reinforcing steel body 31 abuts against the upper surface 211 of the hollow portion 21 by the biasing force of the biasing member 32, the pair of end through holes 311A communicate with the pair of end bolt holes 22A, and the intermediate through hole 311B communicates with the intermediate opening hole 22B. Then, each end region of both ends of the reinforcing steel body 31 in the longitudinal direction D2 is fixed to the upper surface 211 of the hollow portion by the bolts 6 inserted into the pair of end bolt holes 22A and the pair of end through holes 311A, and the intermediate region of the reinforcing steel body 31 in the longitudinal direction D2 is fixed to the upper surface 211 of the hollow portion by the bolts 6 inserted into the intermediate opening hole 22B and the intermediate through hole 311B. In this way, the reinforcing steel body 31 is fixed by the bolts 6 at each end region and the middle region in the longitudinal direction D2 while being in contact with the upper surface 211 of the hollow portion 21 by the biasing force of the biasing member 32, thereby making it possible to increase the strength of the floor panel 2 having the hollow portion 21.
