Description
Claims (6)
- 自動車の排ガス後処理システム(1)で使用するための発熱体(2)であって、
-排ガス流を加熱するための、又は排ガス流の触媒後処理のための、複数の流体灌流可能な熱伝導体(4)と、
-複数のギャップ(6)と、を備え、前記複数のギャップ(6)が、前記熱伝導体(4)の間に配置されており、前記排ガス流を通過させるための灌流可能な断面を有し、リブ(8)が、前記灌流可能な断面を収縮させるために前記ギャップ(6)内に配置されており、
前記熱伝導体(4)が、前記排ガス流を通過するための流体灌流可能なチャネル(10)を備え、前記熱伝導体(4)がグリッド状構造内に配置された流体灌流可能なチャネル(10)を含む格子状構造を有し、
前記リブ(8)が、前記ギャップ(6)内で前記熱伝導体(4)の外部上に配置されており、前記リブ(8)が、前記ギャップ(6)の主配向軸(L)と直角をなして前記ギャップ(6)内に配置されており、ギャップ(6)内で互いに隣接して配置された2つの熱伝導体(4)上に配置された前記リブ(8)が、互いに対向することなく配置されていることを特徴とする、発熱体(2)。 - 前記リブ(8)が、非導電性材料から少なくとも部分的に形成されており、前記リブ(8)が、プラスチック又はセラミックから形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発熱体(2)。
- 前記リブ(8)が、前記熱伝導体(4)と同一の材料から成り、前記熱伝導体(4)と一体的に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発熱体(2)。
- 前記熱伝導体(4)が、排ガス流の触媒後処理のための触媒的に有効なコーティングを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発熱体(2)。
- 自動車で使用するための排ガス後処理システム(1)であって、
-請求項1に記載の少なくとも1つの発熱体(2)と、
-排ガス流を向けるための導管システム(12)と、
-排ガス流の後処理のための排ガス後処理構成要素(14)と、を備える、排ガス後処理システム(1)。 - 請求項5に記載の排ガス後処理システム(1)を備える、自動車。
