以下、実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
本発明の実施形態に係るコンクリート天端表示具1は、図1から図3に示すように、コンクリート天端を表示するためのマーカー体100と、薄板形状の固定体210にネジ軸220を立設した支持体200とから構成され、マーカー体100は、基部110に3本の柱状により可撓性を有する連結部120とその先端に形成した表示部130を備え、一体成形された合成樹脂製である。
基部110のほぼ中央には、ネジ軸220が挿通する挿通孔111を設けると共に、その挿通孔111と同軸上の下方に前記ネジ部221に螺合するナット113を内設してネジ穴112を形成する。
挿通孔111の内周面にはネジ軸220の外周部分が当接するように中心に向かって突出する3か所の突出片114を形成する。
この突出片114は、マーカー体100をネジ軸220に沿って上下に回転移動する場合にネジ軸220の外周部分に当接することで回転の抵抗となり、回転速度を抑制させる効果がある。

Three protruding pieces 114 are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole 111 so as to protrude toward the center and come into contact with the outer peripheral portion of the screw shaft 220 .
When the marker body 100 is rotated up and down along the screw shaft 220, this protruding piece 114 comes into contact with the outer periphery of the screw shaft 220, thereby providing resistance to rotation and having the effect of suppressing the rotation speed.

また、マーカー体100は、可撓性のある合成樹脂製であるため、コンクリート打設用の圧送管やホース等が当っても、一時的に屈曲するが、復元することができ、表示部130は常に所定の高さを表示し、コンクリート天端の目標とすることができる。

マーカー体100の嵌合部131に電動回転工具Cのビットを嵌合させ、表示部130が目標となるコンクリート天端Dとなるように回転してマーカー体100を上下方向に移動させ、高さを調整する。
ロングビット等、電動回転工具Cの先端を延長することで、立ったままマーカー体の高さを調整することができる。(図示省略)
その後、表示部130に合わせてコンクリートを打設し、コンクリートの養生後、表示片132は切り取って除くが支持体200及びマーカー体100は埋設するものである。

コンクリート中に立設させるネジ軸に沿って上下に回転移動するマーカー体の高さ位置によって、打設するコンクリートの天端を表示するコンクリート天端表示具であって、
被固定材に取付ける固定体に前記ネジ軸を立設した支持体と、基部に前記ネジ軸に螺合するナットを設け、可撓性のある連結部を介して先端に表示部を設けた合成樹脂製のマーカー体と、を備え、
前記表示部には前記マーカー体を回転させるための工具を装着する嵌合部を設けると共に、前記基部には前記ナットの上方に当該ナットとは別に内周面に前記ネジ軸の少なくとも一部が当接する挿通孔が前記合成樹脂により形成されていることを特徴とするコンクリート天端表示具。
