Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態について、図面を参照して詳細に説明する。各図面に示される同一または同等の構成要素、部材、処理には、同一の符号を付すものとし、適宜重複した説明は省略する。図1は、本実施形態に係る電源装置100の構成を模式的に示すブロック図である。図1に示すように本実施形態の電源装置100は、太陽電池10と、充放電制御部20と、バッテリー管理部(BMS:Battery Management System)30と、二次電池セル40と、自動復帰制御部50を備えている。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。第1実施形態と重複する内容は説明を省略する。第1実施形態では自動復帰制御部50は、充放電制御部20から出力される充電電圧が最大電圧maxに到達するまで復帰充電動作を継続していた。本実施形態では、二次電池セル40が短絡している場合には、自動復帰制御部50は第1電圧および第1電流値での復帰充電動作を停止する。

Claims (8)
- 光によって発電して電力を出力する太陽電池と、
前記電力を貯蔵する二次電池セルと、
前記二次電池セルの貯蔵電圧が保護電圧以下の場合には、前記二次電池セルに貯蔵された前記電力の取り出しを遮断して保護動作を実施するバッテリー管理部と、
前記太陽電池と前記バッテリー管理部の間に接続されて、前記太陽電池が出力した前記電力の一部を第1電圧および第1電流値である自動復帰電流に変換して、前記バッテリー管理部に前記自動復帰電流を供給して復帰充電動作を実施する自動復帰制御部を備え、
前記復帰充電動作は、前記バッテリー管理部が稼働状態と非稼働状態を繰り返し、前記バッテリー管理部の一時的な前記稼働状態において、前記自動復帰電流が前記二次電池セルを充電することを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電源装置であって、
前記バッテリー管理部が前記保護動作中であっても、
前記自動復帰制御部は、前記復帰充電動作を継続することを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の電源装置であって、
前記太陽電池と前記バッテリー管理部の間に接続されて、前記太陽電池から出力された前記電力を充電電圧および充電電流に変換して、前記バッテリー管理部に供給する充放電制御部を備え、
前記充放電制御部は、前記二次電池セルに貯蔵された前記電力によって稼働されることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項3に記載の電源装置であって、
前記自動復帰制御部は、前記充電電圧が予め定められた最大電圧に到達した場合に、前記復帰充電動作を停止することを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項3または4に記載の電源装置であって、
前記充放電制御部は、最大電力点追従制御を用いることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1から5の何れか一つに記載の電源装置であって、
前記自動復帰制御部は、前記二次電池セルの温度をセル温度として取得する温度測定部を備え、
前記セル温度の温度上昇が予め定められた保護温度以上である場合には、前記復帰充電動作を停止することを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1から6の何れか一つに記載の電源装置であって、
前記自動復帰制御部は、
前記太陽電池からの前記電力の一部を昇圧して前記第1電圧で出力する電圧調整部と、
前記電圧調整部からの前記第1電圧の出力で駆動されて第1電流値を出力する定電流出力部を備え、
前記定電流出力部の出力を前記バッテリー管理部に供給することを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項7に記載の電源装置であって、
前記定電流出力部と前記バッテリー管理部との間に、逆流防止ダイオードが接続されていることを特徴とする電源装置。
