Claims (7)
- 正極板及び負極板を備えた電極体と、
開口部を有し、前記電極体を収容した外装体と、
前記開口部を封口する封口板と、
前記封口板の外側に設けられた外部端子と、
前記封口板の内側に設けられ、前記外部端子に接続された接続部材と、
前記封口板と前記接続部材との間に設けられた絶縁部材と、
前記封口板の内側に配置され、前記接続部材に接続されるとともに、前記正極板及び前記負極板から延出した複数の集電タブからなるタブ群に接続された集電体と、
を備えた二次電池であって、
前記タブ群は、少なくとも一部の集電タブが、前記集電体から前記封口板の長手方向にはみ出たはみ出し部分を有し、
前記絶縁部材は、前記封口板の長手方向に沿って、少なくとも前記はみ出し部分と前記封口板との間に延在した延在部を有し、
前記タブ群が接続された前記集電体の部位における前記電極体側の面と、前記絶縁部材の前記延在部における前記電極体側の面とは、同一面をなしている、二次電池。 - 前記集電体は、前記タブ群に接続された第1接続領域と、前記接続部材に接続された第2接続領域とを有し、
前記第1接続領域が、前記絶縁部材に設けられた凹部にはめ込まれた状態で、前記第1接続領域における前記電極体側の面と、前記絶縁部材の延在部における前記電極体側の面とは、同一面をなしている、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記封口板と前記延在部との間に隙間が設けられている、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記集電体は、前記タブ群に接続された第1接続領域と、前記接続部材に接続された第2接続領域とを有するとともに、前記第1接続領域と前記第2接続領域との間に段差部を有し、
前記第1接続領域は、前記第2接続領域よりも、前記封口板側に位置している、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記集電体と前記タブ群との接合部は、前記第1接続領域において、前記段差部よりも、前記集電体の端部側に位置している、請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記外部端子と前記接続部材とは、同一部材で一体的に形成されている、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極体は、前記正極板及び前記負極板がセパレータを介して巻回された構造をなす、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
