Claims (9)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体と、
前記電池セル積層体を収納するモジュールフレームと、
前記モジュールフレームの下部面と前記電池セル積層体の第1端部との間に位置する熱伝導性樹脂層と、
を含み、
前記電池セル積層体の前記第1端部は、二重折り畳みシーリング部を有し、
前記モジュールフレームの前記下部面には、熱伝導性樹脂を注入するための注液ホールが形成され、
前記複数の電池セルのそれぞれの間には、熱伝導性樹脂が存在しない、
電池モジュール。 - 前記注液ホールは、複数個形成され、前記複数個形成された注液ホールは、前記モジュールフレームの前記下部面の中間部分および長手方向に沿って両端部に形成される、
請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体と、
前記電池セル積層体を収納するモジュールフレームと、
前記モジュールフレームの下部面と前記電池セル積層体の第1端部との間に位置する熱伝導性樹脂層と、
を含み、
前記電池セル積層体の前記第1端部は、二重折り畳みシーリング部を有し、
前記第1端部の反対側に位置する第2端部は、二重折り畳みシーリング部を有しない連結部からなり、
前記第2端部と隣接した前記モジュールフレームの上部面に形成されたベントホールをさらに含む、
電池モジュール。 - 前記ベントホールを覆う消炎網をさらに含む、
請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。 - 複数の電池セルを積層して、第1端部が二重折り畳みシーリング部を有し、前記第1端部の反対側に位置する第2端部が二重折り畳みシーリング部を有しない連結部からなる電池セル積層体を形成する段階と、
前記電池セル積層体をモジュールフレーム内に収容する段階と、
前記モジュールフレームの下部面が上を向くように上下反転する段階と、
前記モジュールフレームの前記下部面に形成された注液ホールを介して熱伝導性樹脂を注液する段階と、
を含み、
前記熱伝導性樹脂は、前記電池セル積層体の前記第1端部を覆う
電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記熱伝導性樹脂を注液する段階の後に、前記モジュールフレームの前記下部面が下を向くように上下反転する段階をさらに含む、
請求項5に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記電池セル積層体をモジュールフレーム内に収容する段階の前に、前記電池セル積層体の前記第1端部が前記モジュールフレームの前記下部面に配置されるように前記電池セル積層体を上下反転する段階をさらに含む、
請求項5に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記モジュールフレームの上部面にベントホールを形成する段階と、
前記ベントホールを覆う消炎網を形成する段階と、
をさらに含む、
請求項5~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールと、
前記モジュールフレームの前記下部面の下に位置する冷却プレートと、
を含む
電池パック。
