Description

The present invention relates to Japanese clothing such as kimonos and yukatas.

Traditionally, kimonos and yukatas have been worn on a daily basis, and it has not been difficult to wear traditional Japanese clothing such as kimonos.

However, with the exception of a small minority of people, Western clothing has become commonplace and traditional Japanese clothing such as kimonos and yukatas are no longer worn on a daily basis. In particular, many people find it difficult to wear traditional Japanese clothing such as kimonos and yukatas by themselves.

Even if they were able to put on Japanese clothing such as kimonos or yukatas by themselves, it took a long time and they would sweat, making it difficult to put on or take off.

However, in the invention of Patent Document 1, the waist string is fastened with fasteners on the left and right sides, which are located in the positions where it should be fastened, and the hem is created by tightening the waist string, but the appropriate position of the fasteners varies depending on the wearer's body shape.

In addition, if the body shape of the wearer of a kimono or other Japanese clothing changes, the position where the fastener is attached must be changed, which is an issue.

In Patent Document 2, the upper and lower body parts are cut off, destroying the original shape of the kimono.

In Patent Document 3, the part that becomes the hem attached to the obi needs to be attached separately, which destroys the original shape of the kimono.

The object of the present invention is to provide Japanese clothing such as kimonos and yukatas that are easy to put on and take off.

Another object of the present invention is to provide Japanese clothing such as kimonos and yukatas that can be worn beautifully while retaining the original shape of the clothing.

Another object of the present invention is to make it possible to wear Japanese clothing such as kimonos and yukatas comfortably.

The following describes an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings. Note that in this description, "right" and "left" refer to the wearer's right hand side and left hand side, respectively.

First, we will briefly explain an example of how to put on a typical kimono. As shown in Figure 1, the wearer usually puts on an undergarment 11 and a hem guard (not shown) over a long undergarment 20. The undergarment 11 and the like may also be corrected undergarments.

Next, hold the overlapping portion of the left front body 34 and the right front body 33 with your right hand, and hold the waist string (not shown) with your left hand. Place the center of the waist string (not shown) on your stomach area, wrap it around, and tie it in front.

Next, insert your left hand into the left undergarment (not shown) and tuck up the right front body 33 above the waist string (not shown) with your left hand so that the hem is not loose. This gives the lower body a beautiful tapered hem.

Next, adjust the right collar 37 with your left hand, fold in the top of the right front body 33 to avoid wrinkles, and hold the right front body 33 with your left hand.

While holding the folded right front body 33 with your left hand inserted in the left body undergarment (not shown), use your right hand to adjust the left collar 38 of the left front body 34 to create a hem.

Use your right hand to hold down the overlapping area of the upper part of the right front body 33 and the upper part of the left front body 34 to prevent the hem from coming undone, and release your left hand, which was inserted through the left body opening (not shown), from the right front body 33 and remove it from the left body opening (not shown).

Next, adjust the right collar 37 and left collar 38, hold the datejime (not shown) in your left hand, place the center of the datejime (not shown) under your chest, wrap it around and tie it in front.

The datejime (not shown) is folded once at the back, similar to the datejime (not shown) of the nagajuban 20, so that the overlapping portion is flat.

Next, put both hands behind your back and smooth out any wrinkles in the back of the kimono (not shown) so that there are no more wrinkles on your back. All that's left to do is wrap the obi around your back and you're ready to put the kimono on.

In general, it is difficult to tie the obi when wearing a kimono, but the work involved in tying the obi is also difficult, and it is especially difficult when putting on a kimono by yourself.

On a warm day such as summer, just carrying out this process would leave the wearer covered in sweat, making them less likely to want to wear a kimono on a daily basis.

(Kimono body 200)
The kimono body 200 has the same basic configuration as a normal kimono, and includes a collar 210, a right front body 220, a left front body 230, a right sleeve 251, a left sleeve 252, and a back body 240.

In this embodiment, "right" refers to the negative x-axis side, "left" refers to the positive x-axis side, "front" refers to the positive z-axis side, "back" refers to the negative z-axis side, "up" refers to the positive y-axis side, and "down" refers to the negative y-axis side.

The collar portion 210 is attached to the right front body portion 220 and includes a right collar portion 211 disposed on the negative x-axis direction side;
A left collar portion 212 attached to the left front body portion 230 and disposed on the x-axis positive side;
and a garment collar portion 213 attached to the rear body 240 and positioned on the negative side of the z-axis.

The right collar portion 211, the left collar portion 212 and the collar portion 213 are integrated to form the collar portion 210.

The right front body 220 is attached to the rear body 240 and is positioned on the negative side of the x-axis and the positive side of the z-axis relative to the rear body 240.

The right collar 211 is attached to the upper side of the right front body 220, which is on the positive y-axis side and the positive x-axis side.

The right sleeve portion 251 is attached to the upper side of the right front body 220, which is on the positive y-axis side and the negative x-axis side.

The right front body 220 has a right body opening 223 provided on the y-axis negative side, i.e., below the right sleeve portion 251;
The garment further includes a through-hole 260 provided below the right collar 211 on the negative y-axis direction side, between the right collar 211 and the right front body 220 .

The right front body 220 corresponds to the front part of the kimono body 200 on the right hand side of the wearer.

In this embodiment, three through holes 260 are provided, but the number may be four or more, or two or less.

The through hole through which the second string member 500 is passed can be the first through hole 261, the second through hole 262, or the third through hole 263, depending on the wearer's body shape.

The string-like tip of the through-hole 260 is sewn to the right collar 211. Therefore, by removing the through-hole 260, the kimono can be returned to its normal appearance.

The through hole 260 is a through hole through which the second string member 500 is passed.

The right side opening 223 is a through hole that penetrates the inside and outside of the kimono body 200.

The left front body 230 is attached to the rear body 240 and is positioned on the positive x-axis side and the positive z-axis side relative to the rear body 240.

The left front body 230 corresponds to the front part of the kimono body 200 on the wearer's left hand side. The left front body 230 is worn layered on top of the right front body 220.

The left collar portion 212 is attached to the upper side of the left front body 230, which is on the positive y-axis side and the positive x-axis side.

The left sleeve portion 252 is attached to the upper side of the left front body 230, which is on the positive y-axis side and the positive x-axis side.

The left front body 230 has a left body opening 233 provided on the y-axis negative side, i.e., below the left sleeve portion 252;
and an adjustment portion 270 provided below the left collar portion 212 on the y-axis positive side, between the back body portion 240 and the left front body portion 230.

The adjustment section 270 is where the first string member 400 passes, and in this embodiment, it is a zipper.

The adjustment section 270 is located at the junction between the left front body section 230 and the back body section 240, allowing the kimono to be returned to a normal kimono at any time.

A fourth string member 620 is attached to the second lower chest area 232 for tying to the third string member 610.

The left side opening 233 is a through hole that penetrates the inside and outside of the kimono body 200.

The back body 240 is the part of the kimono body 200 that faces the wearer's back, and has the collar 210 (neck part 213), right front body 220, left front body 230, right sleeve 251, and left sleeve 252 attached.

The right sleeve portion 251 is the portion of the kimono body 200 through which the wearer's right hand passes. Similarly, the left sleeve portion 252 is the portion of the kimono body 200 through which the wearer's left hand passes. A detailed description of the right sleeve portion 251 and the left sleeve portion 252 will be omitted.

As described above, in this embodiment, the through-hole 260 has a first through-hole 261, a second through-hole 262, and a third through-hole 263.

The through-hole 260 is string-like, with both ends sewn to the lower part of the right collar 211 (the negative y-axis side), forming a ring shape.

The second string member 500 is then passed through the ring-shaped through-hole 260 and then through the left body opening 233 from the inside to the outside.

In addition, the second string member 500 can be passed through the first through-hole 261, the second through-hole 262, or the third through-hole 263 in accordance with the wearer's elongation.

The material of the through-hole 260 may be an elastic material such as rubber. In this embodiment, the through-hole 260 is attached below the right collar 211, but it may be attached to the seam (side seam) where the right collar 211 and the right front body 220 are connected so that the attachment part is not noticeable. In this embodiment, the through-hole 260 is attached to the kimono body 200, but a through hole may be provided in the kimono body 200 to serve as the through-hole 260.

The adjustment section 270 is a through hole provided on the positive x-axis side of the left front body 230, below the left body opening 233 (negative y-axis side).

The adjustment section 270 is where the first string member 400 passes from the inside to the outside of the left front body 230.

In this embodiment, the adjustment section 270 is a zipper, and the position through which the first string member 400 is passed can be adjusted to suit the wearer's body shape, such as height.

The adjustment section 270 is provided at the seam (side seam) where the left front body 230 and the back body 240 are connected.

As a result, since the kimono body 200 is not cut, it is easy to return it to its original state.

The adjustment section 270 is also located on the positive y-axis side of the y-axis position where the first string member 400 is attached.

As a result, the end of the right front body 220 on the positive x-axis side is slightly raised, and when the wearer puts on the kimono 100, the hem tapers, allowing the wearer to wear the kimono 100 neatly.

In this embodiment, the adjustment section 270 is a zipper, but it may be possible to provide three through holes so that the wearer can choose which through hole to use depending on their body shape.

(Collar member 300)
As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the collar member 300 includes a half collar portion 310 that is wrapped around the neck of the wearer,
a collar opening 320 for opening the collar so that the collar does not get caught;
and a fixing string member 330 for fixing the position of the garment opening portion 320.

The half-collar portion 310 is the portion that is wrapped around the wearer's neck and is located below the collar portion 210 of the kimono body 200.

A collar stiffener (not shown) is inserted inside the half-collar portion 310. In this embodiment, the half-collar portion 310 is folded for use, and the collar stiffener (not shown) is sandwiched between the folded portions.

In this embodiment, the surface on the negative z-axis side, which is the back surface of the half collar 310 at approximately the center in the x-axis direction, is attached to the garment cuff 213 of the collar 210 of the kimono body 200. The collar member 300 may be detachably attached to the kimono body 200.

A half-collar attachment part 313 is provided on the right half-collar part 311 on the negative x-axis side of the half-collar part 310, and the left half-collar part 312 on the positive x-axis side, so that the half-collar can be attached.

Specifically, in this embodiment, the right half-collar portion 311 and the left half-collar portion 312 can be attached by a snap button, which is the half-collar attachment portion 313.

In other words, snap buttons are attached to the upper surface of the right collar half 311 and the lower surface of the left collar half 312, and they are fixed in place by attaching them together.

The right and left half-collar sections 311 and 312 are provided with multiple snap buttons that serve as half-collar attachment sections 313, allowing the wearer to change the attachment position according to their preference.

In this embodiment, the straps are attached with snap buttons, but regular buttons, hook-and-loop tape, etc. may also be used.

A first ring portion 314 is attached to the right half collar portion 311 for passing the fixing string portion 330 through.

Similarly, a second ring portion 315 is attached to the left half collar portion 312 for passing the fixing string portion 330 through.

The collar opening section 320 is attached to approximately the center of the half-collar section 310 in the x-axis direction and extends in the y-axis direction.

A third ring portion 321 is provided at the tip of the garment puller portion 320 on the negative y-axis direction side. A fixing string member 330 is passed through the third ring portion 321.

By passing the fixing string member 330 through the third ring portion 321, the position of the collar opening portion 320 is fixed, and the collar member 300 can be prevented from slipping into the wearer's side. In other words, the collar can be removed.

The fixing string member 330 is a string for fixing the position of the collar opening part 320 and for fixing the positions of the right half collar part 311 and the left half collar part 312.

The fixing string member 330 is passed through the first ring portion 314, the second ring portion 315, and the third ring portion 321, and the ends of the fixing string member 330 are tied together in front of the wearer (positive z-axis direction), thereby fixing the positions of the right half collar portion 311, the left half collar portion 312, and the collar opening portion 320.

The fixing string portion 330 may be an elastic member such as rubber. The position at which the ends of the fixing string member 330 are tied together is arbitrary.

In addition, in this embodiment, the collar member 300 is attached to the collar part 213 of the kimono body 200, but it may be attached to the underwear side. Even in this case, it has the same effect as the present invention. In this case, the collar member 300 may be detachably attached to the underwear.

The collar member 300 may be configured so that only the back collar portion of the underwear is fixed, and the right half collar portion 311 and the left half collar portion 312 are not fixed to the underwear.

In addition, if the collar member 300 is attached to the underwear, the collar opening section 320 may be configured to be integrated with the underwear or to be a part of the underwear.

(Attachment sleeve member 350)
As shown in FIG. 5, when the wearer does not wear an undergarment, sleeve attachment members 350 are attached to the inside of the right sleeve portion 251 and the left sleeve portion 252 of the kimono body 200.

The attached sleeve member 350 corresponds to the sleeve portion of a kimono undergarment. As a result, even if the wearer is not wearing a kimono undergarment, by wearing the collar member 300 and the attached sleeve member 350, it appears as if the wearer is wearing a kimono undergarment.

Specifically, the sleeve member 350 includes a right sleeve member (not shown) and a left sleeve member 352.

The right sleeve member (not shown) and the left sleeve member 352 have the same structure, so they will be described as sleeve member 350.

The sleeve attachment members 350 are positioned inside the right sleeve portion 251 and the left sleeve portion 252 of the kimono body 200.

The sleeve attachment members 350 may be configured to be sewn to the right sleeve portion 251 and the left sleeve portion 252 of the kimono body 200, or may be removably attached.

In this embodiment, the sleeve attachment member 350 is attached to the kimono body 200 by a first attachment member 361 and a second attachment member (not shown) located on the negative z-axis side of the first attachment member 361.

Examples of the first attachment member 361 and the second attachment member (not shown) include snap buttons and regular buttons.

As shown in FIG. 5, in this embodiment, the sleeve member 350 is provided with a third attachment member 363 and a fourth attachment member (not shown) on the negative y-axis side of the first attachment member 361 and the second attachment member (not shown), but the third attachment member 363 and the fourth attachment member (not shown) may not be provided.

Examples of the third attachment member 363 and the fourth attachment member (not shown) include snap buttons and regular buttons, similar to the first attachment member 361 and the fourth attachment member (not shown).

The first string member 400 is attached to the waist area 221, which is the area below the collar of the right front body 220.

In this embodiment, the first string member 400 is a rubber belt. When the first string member 400 is an elastic member such as rubber, the position of the hem line O of the left front body 230 and the position of the hem can be easily adjusted. In addition, if the garment becomes loose, it can be easily fixed.

The first tip 410 of the first string member 400 is hook-shaped, and the first string member 400 is passed around the wearer through the through-hole of the adjustment part 270, and the first tip 410 is hooked onto the first base end 420 of the first string member 400 protruding from the through-hole of the adjustment part 270.

In other words, the wearer passes the first string member 400 through the through-hole adjustment section 270 from the back side of the right front body 230, wraps it around the body, and hooks it onto the first base end 420 of the first string member 400.

This allows the wearer to easily adjust the position of the hemline and front line O. This makes it easy for the wearer to align the front line O with the hemline.

In addition, since the position of the adjustment part 270 is on the positive y-axis side of the position of the waist part 221 to which the first string member 400 is attached, the first string member 400 pulls the right front body 220 not only in the positive x-axis direction but also slightly in the positive y-axis direction.

As a result, when the wearer puts on the kimono 100, the hem tapers, allowing the wearer to wear the kimono beautifully. Also, even if the kimono becomes loose, the wearer can easily fix it.

The second string member 500 is attached to the under-chest area 214 of the right front body 220.

The second end 510 of the second string member 500 is a clip button for fastening the left front body 230.

In other words, the second string member 500 passes through the through-hole 260, passes from the back side of the left front body 230 through the left body opening 233, goes around the body, and is attached to the end of the left collar part 212 on the left front body 230 side on the negative x-axis direction side.

This fixes the position of the collar 210 of the kimono body 200. Also, even if the collar becomes loose, the wearer can easily adjust it.

Figure 6 is a partially enlarged view of the upper left hip of the wearer, with the left collar 212 turned up to show the inside of the right collar 211.

As shown in FIG. 6, the second string member 500 is passed through the through-hole 260 in a state in which the portion to which the second string member 500 is attached is folded downward (toward the negative z-axis direction) in a triangular manner.

In other words, by passing the second string member 500 through the through-hole 260, the part to which the through-hole 260 is attached is lifted toward the positive y-axis direction, and the part to which the through-hole 260 is attached is held at a position above the hem.

As a result, the hem area does not have multiple layers, reducing thickness and allowing for a neater look.

In this embodiment, the third string member 610 is attached to the lower chest area 214, which is the same location as the second string member 500.

The third string member 610 is a string member that passes from the back side of the left front body 230 through the left body opening 233, goes around the body, and is tied to the fourth string member 620.

The fourth string member 620 is a string member that goes around the wearer's body and is tied to the third string member 610.

After the tips of the first string member 400 and the second string member 500 are attached and fixed, the hem 280 is created, and then the third string member 610 and the fourth string member 620 are tied together to fix the position of the hem 280.

The fourth tip portion 621 of the fourth string member 620 may be formed into a hook shape similar to the first tip portion 410 of the first string member 400, and may be hooked onto the fourth base end portion 622 of the fourth string member 620. In this case, the third string member 610 is not necessary.

In addition, the kimono 100 according to this embodiment is equipped with a collar member 300, but may be configured without the collar member 300.

In addition, the kimono 100 according to this embodiment does not require an undergarment, but if the kimono 100 is configured so that the collar member 300 is not attached, the wearer may wear the kimono 100 over the undergarment. In this case, the collar member 300 may be detachably attached to the undergarment.

The first string member 400, the second string member 500, the third string member 610, or the fourth string member 620 may be an elastic member such as rubber. Even if such a member is used, it has the same effect as the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 7, the wearer can easily put on the kimono 100 by fastening the obi after putting it on.

The obi can be tied in any style, including the Taiko Musubi, Tsunodashi Musubi, Bunko Musubi, Kai no Kuchi Musubi, Katacho Musubi, Ichimonji Musubi, Noshi Musubi, Shidare Sakura Musubi, Cho Musubi, Cho Musubi, Sweet Pea Musubi, Anemone Musubi, Marigold Musubi, Iris Musubi, Freesia Musubi, Nadeshiko Musubi, etc.

The obi may be tied in a way that is used for long-sleeved kimono. In other words, the obi may be tied in a Fukurasuzume musubi, Hana musubi, Tateya musubi, Chobunko musubi, Hanaryusui musubi, etc.

The steps for a wearer to put on the kimono 100 will be described with reference to the flow chart of FIG.

The wearer puts on the undergarment and the skirt (step S11). The undergarment may be the same as that worn with Western clothing, etc.

Next, the wearer puts on the kimono 100, layering the left front body 230 over the right front body 220 (step S12). Because the collar member 300 is attached to the kimono 100, there is no need to wear an undergarment. The collar member 300 may also be attached over the undergarment.

The wearer wraps the collar member 300 around his/her neck, places the left half-collar portion 312 over the right half-collar portion 311, and fastens the snap button that serves as the half-collar attachment portion 313 (step S13).

The wearer passes the fixing string member 330 through the first ring portion 314, the second ring portion 315, and the third ring portion 321, and ties the ends of the fixing string member 330 together in front of the wearer (the positive z-axis direction side).

Next, the wearer passes the first string member 400 through the through hole of the adjustment part 270 from the inside (back side) of the left front body 230, and hooks the first tip end 410 of the first string member 400 onto the first base end 420 (step S14).

The wearer adjusts the hemline and the position of the front line O to adjust the collar (step S15).

The wearer adjusts and aligns the position of the collar portion 210 of the kimono body 200 and the collar member 300 (step S16).

Next, the wearer passes the second string member 500 through the through-hole 260, then passes it through the left body opening 233 from the inside (back side) of the left front body 230, turns it around his back, and fastens it to the left collar part 212 on the left front body side with a clip button (step S17).

The wearer creates the hem 280 and smooths it out to avoid wrinkles (step S18).

The wearer passes the third string member 610 through the left body opening 233 from the inside (back side) of the left front body 230, wraps it around his back, and brings it to the front (step S19).

The wearer also wraps the fourth string member 620 around his back from the right front body 220 and brings it to the front (step S20).

The wearer ties the third string member 610 and the fourth string member 620 to fix the position of the hem 280 (step S21).

The wearer can then easily put on the kimono 100 by wrapping the obi around it.

The present invention can be implemented in various forms with various improvements, modifications, or variations without departing from the spirit of the invention.
