Description
第1代替案によれば、外面11上に既に構造化領域15を有する透明カバープレート10(前面ガラス)が提供される(図7A)。
第2代替案によれば、非構造化透明カバープレート10が提供され、非構造化透明カバープレート10には提供後に構造化領域15が提供される。従って、この方法は、外部環境に面するように設計された外面11及び反対の内面13を有する非構造化透明カバープレート10を提供することと、外面と内面から選ばれた少なくとも1つの表面内に光散乱構造を有する構造化領域15を形成することとを含む(図7a)。
次に、カバープレート10の内面13の一部にマスク24を塗布する。マスク24は、内面13の第1領域22を被覆せず、内面13の第2領域23を被覆する。カバープレート10を通して垂直に見たとき、第2領域23、好ましくは第2領域23全体が、構造化領域15と重なっている(図7B)。
次に、マスク24で部分的に被覆された内面13に、所定の波長範囲内の光を反射する(第1)光学干渉層16を塗布する。光学干渉層16は、マスク24に塗布され、そしてマスク24によって被覆されていない内面13の第1領域22には少なくとも部分的に塗布される(図7C)。
その後、マスク24を除去することにより、マスク24に塗布された光学干渉層16も除去される(図7D)。
ここで、特定の波長範囲内の光を反射する少なくとももう1つの光学干渉層16’が、内面13の第2領域23に塗布され、そして少なくとも部分的に、特に完全に、既に塗布された光学干渉層16に塗布される。このようにして形成されたカバープレート10を図7Eに示す。

Claims (8)
- 平坦体(1)用の透明カバープレート(10)を加工する方法であって、
a)外部環境に面した外側(27)及び反対側の内側(28)を有する透明カバープレート(10)を提供するステップであって、前記カバープレート(10)は、前記カバープレート(10)の外面(11)及び、接着層(9)を介して太陽電池(12)に接続される内面(13)から選ばれた少なくとも1つのカバープレートの外面(11)に光拡散構造を有する構造化領域(15)を具備し、前記内面(13)に構造化領域(15)を有さない、ステップと、
b)前記カバープレート(10)の内側(28)の一部に少なくとも1つの第1光学干渉層(16)を形成するステップであって、
b1)前記カバープレート(10)の内面(13)の一部にマスク(24)を塗布するステップであって、前記カバープレート(10)を通した垂直視において、前記マスク(24)は前記カバープレート側(28)の内面(13)の第1領域(22)を被覆せず、前記カバープレート側(28)の内面(13)における前記第1領域(22)に隣接した第2領域(23)を被覆し、前記第1領域(22)及び前記第2領域(23)は、さらに形成される可能性のある前記構造化領域(15)と重なるように配置されているステップと、
b2) 既定の波長範囲内の光を反射するように構成された少なくとも1つの前記第1光学干渉層(16)を前記選ばれたカバープレート側(28)上で、前記カバープレート(10)の内面(13)に塗布するステップであって、前記第1光学干渉層(16)は、前記カバープレート(10)を通した垂直視において、前記マスク(24)と重なるように塗布され、及び前記カバープレートの内面(13)の前記第1領域(22)に塗布されるステップと、
b3)前記マスク(24)を除去することにより、垂直視において前記マスク(24)と重なる前記第1光学干渉層(16)も除去し、前記第1領域(22)に塗布された前記第1光学干渉層(16)のみが残存するステップと、を含むステップと、を含み、
既定の波長範囲内の光を反射するように構成された少なくとももう1つの第2光学干渉層(16’)を、前記選ばれたカバープレート(10)の内面(13)上で、前記カバープレート(10)に塗布し、前記第2光学干渉層(16’)は、前記カバープレート(10)を通して垂直に見たときに、第2光学干渉層(16’)が、前記カバープレート表面(13)の第1領域(22)の前記第1光学干渉層(16)に互いに重ね合わされるとともに、第2領域(23)を被覆するステップをさらに含み、
これにより、前記第1領域(22)における色は、前記第1光学干渉層(16)および前記第2光学干渉層(16’)による色と前記太陽電池(12)の背景色との組み合わせにより生成され、前記第2領域(23)における色は、前記第2光学干渉層(16’)による色と前記太陽電池(12)の背景色との組み合わせにより生成される、方法。 - 選ばれたカバープレート側(27、28)に、既定の波長範囲内の光を反射するように構成された少なくとももう1つの第3光学干渉層(16’’)を有するカバープレート(10)を提供し、前記第3光学干渉層(16’’)は、前記カバープレート(10)を通して垂直に見たときに、前記選ばれたカバープレート側(27、28)のカバープレート表面(13)の第1領域(22)及び第2領域(23)を被覆する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1光学干渉層(16)の形成を1回又は数回繰り返す請求項1、または、2に記載の方法。
- 前記カバープレート(10)は屈折率及び/又は層厚さが異なる少なくとも2つの前記第1光学干渉層(16)、前記第2光学干渉層(16’)を有する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記構造化領域(15)は:
- 前記カバープレート(10)の平面に垂直に、山及び谷を持つ高さプロファイルを有し、前記山と前記谷との間の平均高度差は少なくとも2μmであり、
- 前記構造化領域(15)のうちの少なくとも50%は前記カバープレート(10)の平面に対して傾斜したセグメント(17)からなり、前記カバープレート(10)の平面に対して、前記セグメント(17)のうちの少なくとも20%は、0°より大きく最大15°までの範囲内にある傾斜角を有し、前記セグメント(17)のうちの少なくとも30%は、15°より大きく最大45°までの範囲内にある傾斜角を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のうちの一つに記載の方法。 - a)前記構造化領域(15)のうちの少なくとも80%は前記カバープレート(10)の平面に対して傾斜したセグメント(17)からなり、且つ/又は、
b1)前記セグメント(17)のうちの少なくとも30%が0°より大きく最大15°までの範囲内の傾斜角を有し、前記セグメント(17)のうちの少なくとも40%が15°より大きく45°までの範囲内の傾斜角を有し、前記セグメント(17)のうちの10%未満が45°より大きい傾斜角を有し、或いは、
b2)前記セグメント(17)のうちの少なくとも40%が0°より大きく最大15°までの範囲内の傾斜角を有し、前記セグメント(17)のうちの少なくとも50%が15°より大きく45°までの範囲内の傾斜角を有し、前記セグメント(17)のうちの10%未満が45°より大きい傾斜角を有する請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記山と前記谷との間の平均高度差は少なくとも50μm又は少なくとも100μmである請求項5から6の一つに記載の方法。
- 平坦体(1)を製造する方法であって、前記方法は請求項1乃至7のうちの一つに記載の透明カバープレート(10)を加工する方法を含む方法。
