Claims (12)
- 複数のバッテリーセルを備えるセル積層体アセンブリを含むサブモジュールと、
前記サブモジュールを収容するモジュールハウジングと、
前記モジュールハウジングの長手方向の一側開口部を覆い、絶縁冷却液の流入のためのインレットを備える前方シーリングプレートと、
前記モジュールハウジングの長手方向の他側開口部を覆い、前記絶縁冷却液の排出のためのアウトレットを備える後方シーリングプレートと、
前記バッテリーセルの電圧をセンシングするセンシングアセンブリと、
を含み、
前記センシングアセンブリの少なくともセンシングラインは、前記バッテリーセルのセルボディ部と前記セルボディ部に向かって折り曲げられたセルウィング部との間に介在されており、
前記セル積層体アセンブリは、隣接したバッテリーセル同士の間に介在される流路スペーサをさらに含み、
前記流路スペーサは、前記流路スペーサの長手方向に沿って延長される冷却液流路を備える、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記センシングアセンブリは、前記サブモジュールの上端に配置される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記センシングアセンブリは、前記複数のバッテリーセルと電気的に接続され、前記バッテリーセルの長手方向の一端部から他端部まで延長されるセンシングラインを含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記センシングラインは、前記バッテリーセルのセルボディ部と前記セルボディ部に向かって折り曲げられたセルウィング部との間に介在されている、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記センシングアセンブリは、前記センシングライン上に実装される温度センサをさらに含む、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記温度センサは、前記バッテリーセルのセルボディ部と前記セルボディ部に向かって折り曲げられたセルウィング部との間に介在されている、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記サブモジュールは、
前記セル積層体アセンブリの長手方向の一側に結合される前方バスバーフレームアセンブリと、
前記セル積層体アセンブリの長手方向の他側に結合される後方バスバーフレームアセンブリと、
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記前方バスバーフレームアセンブリは、
バスバーフレームと、
前記バスバーフレーム上に固定され、前記バッテリーセルの電極リードと連結される複数のバスバーと、
を含む、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バスバーフレームは、冷却液孔を備える、請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記冷却液孔は、前記流路スペーサと対応する位置に形成されている、請求項9に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、自動車。
