Description
前記エマルジョンのpHを10以下に調節した後、ゲル化(gelation)する段階を含む化粧品用カプセルの製造方法を提供する。
前記エマルジョンのpHを10以下に調節した後、ゲル化(gelation)する段階を通じて製造し得る。
多価陽イオン伝達体を含む分散相を製造する段階(以下、段階2);
前記連続相及び分散相を混合してエマルジョンを製造する段階(以下、段階3);及び
前記エマルジョンのpHを10以下に調節した後、ゲル化(gelation)する段階(以下、段階4)を通じて製造し得る。
以下、本発明を実施例を通じて詳しく説明する。下記実施例は、本発明を例示するものに過ぎず、本発明の範囲が下記実施例によって限定されるものではない。本実施例は、本発明の開示が完全になるようにし、本発明が属する技術分野において通常の知識を有した者に発明の範疇を完全に知らせるために提供されるものであり、本発明は請求項の範疇により定義される。
実施例1~11.カルボン酸基(Carboxylic acid group)が2個以上である高分子及び多価陽イオン伝達体が適用されたカプセルの製造
表1の成分及び下記方法によって化粧品用カプセルを製造した。
表1の成分及び下記方法によって化粧品用カプセルを製造した。
実施例1~11及び比較例1、2で製造された化粧品用カプセルに対して、サイズ、異物感及び安定性を測定した。
Claims (9)
- カルボン酸基が2個以上である高分子を含む連続相及び多価陽イオン伝達体を含む分散相を混合してエマルジョンを製造する段階;及び
前記エマルジョンのpHを10以下に調節した後、ゲル化(gelation)する段階を含み、
前記多価陽イオン伝達体は、多価陽イオンを含むシリケート(Silicate)類化合物及び酸化物化合物からなるグループから選択された一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする、化粧品用カプセルの製造方法。 - カルボン酸基が2個以上である高分子の含量は、連続相の全体重量に対して0.001~30重量部であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の化粧品用カプセルの製造方法。
- 連続相の溶媒は、水であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の化粧品用カプセルの製造方法。
- 多価陽イオン伝達体は、pH10以下で多価陽イオンを放出する化合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の化粧品用カプセルの製造方法。
- 多価陽イオン伝達体の含量は、分散相の全体重量に対して0.002~30重量部であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の化粧品用カプセルの製造方法。
- 分散相の溶媒は、炭化水素(Hydrocarbon)系列溶媒;エーテル基(Ether group)を含む溶媒;エステル基(Ester group)を含む溶媒;ケトン基(Ketone group)を含む溶媒;ベンゼン(Benzene)を含む溶媒;ハロアルカン(Haloalkane)系列溶媒;及びシリコーン(Silicone)系列溶媒からなるグループから選択された一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の化粧品用カプセルの製造方法。
- 分散相は、有効成分をさらに含み、
前記有効成分は、香料、染料、触媒、抗酸化剤及び薬物からなるグループから選択された一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の化粧品用カプセルの製造方法。 - エマルジョンの製造は、1~16000RPMの条件で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の化粧品用カプセルの製造方法。
- ゲル化(gelation)は、0~100℃、1~1440分及び1~6000RPMの条件で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の化粧品用カプセルの製造方法。
