Description

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a packaging bag for containing heated items.

Packaging bags formed using resin sheets have been known for some time. The packaging bags have a bag body that forms a storage space for storing items. The bag body has a pair of opposing sheet parts arranged to face each other, and the storage space is formed between the pair of opposing sheet parts (see Patent Document 1).

Incidentally, the item contained in the packaging bag as described above may be in a heated state before being contained in the packaging bag, or may be heated in a microwave oven, in a hot water bath, or the like while contained in the packaging bag. For example, if the item contained in the packaging bag is a cooked rice food (e.g., fried rice or rice balls), the cooked rice food may be heated in a microwave oven or the like while contained in the packaging bag when the cooked rice food is eaten.

However, when holding a package in which an item is contained in a packaging bag with the item in a heated state, the heat of the item may be transferred to the hand through the packaging bag, making it difficult to hold the package with the hand.

Therefore, the present invention aims to provide a packaging bag that allows the user to easily grasp the package containing an item by hand, even when the item is in a heated state.

The present invention includes a bag body formed in a bag shape using a resin sheet and forming an accommodation space capable of accommodating an item to be heated,
The bag body is a packaging bag comprising a pair of opposing sheet portions arranged to face each other, a storage space is formed between the pair of opposing sheet portions, and the storage space is closed at one end side of the pair of opposing sheet portions in one direction,
The bag further includes a sheet-like covering member that covers, from the outside of the bag body, areas of the pair of opposing sheet portions that face each other across the storage space,
the covering member is formed using at least one of paper and nonwoven fabric, and is disposed on one end side of the pair of opposing sheet portions in one direction;
The covering member is formed in a band shape across both ends of the pair of opposing sheet portions in another direction intersecting the one direction,
Both ends of the covering member overlap both ends of the opposing sheet,
A method for producing a packaging bag, the method comprising the steps of: producing a packaging bag having a pair of opposed sheet portions each having a covered region covered with a covering member and a non-covered region not covered with the covering member, the method comprising the steps of:
A packaging bag raw material is used, in which a pair of opposing sheet portions which become a pair of opposing sheet portions and a pair of covering member portions which are arranged so as to overlap the pair of opposing sheet portions, respectively, extend in a belt shape along the longitudinal direction,
A step of cutting the packaging bag roll along a short side direction;
and forming a main body side connection portion in which both ends of the pair of opposing sheet portions are connected while folding the pair of opposing sheet portions and the pair of covering member portions so that they face each other.

According to this configuration, the bag body is provided with a sheet-like covering member that covers, from the outside of the bag body, the areas of the pair of opposing sheet parts that are opposed to each other across the storage space. The covering member is formed using at least one of paper and nonwoven fabric. The covering member is disposed on one end side of the pair of opposing sheet parts in one direction. The pair of opposing sheet parts have a covered area that is covered with the covering member and an uncovered area that is not covered with the covering member. The covered area is formed near one end of the pair of opposing sheet parts in one direction.

As a result, when the article is contained in the packaging bag to form a package, the heat of the article contained in the storage space is less likely to be transferred to the outside of the packaging bag at the portion of the packaging bag that has the covering member, and therefore, by holding the portion of the packaging bag that has the covering member with one's hand, the package can be easily held with one's hand without being affected by the heat of the article.
In addition, since heat from the item is dissipated to the outside of the packaging bag through the uncovered areas, the item can be cooled more quickly than if the pair of opposing sheet portions were entirely covered with the covering member (if there were no uncovered areas).

As described above, according to the present invention, a packaging bag can be provided that allows the user to easily grasp the package containing an item by hand, even when the item is in a heated state.

Below, one embodiment of a packaging bag manufactured by the manufacturing method according to the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 3. Note that in the following drawings, the same or corresponding parts are given the same reference characters and their description will not be repeated. In the following description, one direction is the x-axis direction in each drawing, and the other direction is the y-axis direction in each drawing. Also, the direction in which a pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 face each other is the z-axis direction.

As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the packaging bag 100 according to this embodiment includes a bag body 10 formed into a bag shape using a sheet material, and a sheet-like covering member 20 that covers a portion of the bag body 10 from the outside of the bag body 10.

The bag body 10 is formed using a resin sheet. The resin sheet is not particularly limited, and examples that can be used include non-axially oriented polypropylene (CPP) film, biaxially oriented polypropylene (OPP) film, polyethylene (PE) film, biaxially oriented nylon (ONY) film, and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film. When the covering member 20 and the bag body 10 are heat-sealed as described below, it is preferable to use CPP or OPP as the resin sheet.

In addition, the bag body 10 forms a storage space R capable of storing items.
Moreover, the bag body 10 includes a pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 arranged to face each other with the storage space R therebetween, and a connecting sheet portion 12 connecting one end of the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 in one direction. Specifically, the bag body 10 includes a tubular portion 10a formed in a cylindrical shape extending in one direction and having the storage space R formed therein, a closing portion 10b closing one end of the tubular portion 10a in the one direction, and an opening portion 10c formed at the other end of the tubular portion 10a in the one direction and opening the storage space R to the outside.

The cylindrical portion 10a is formed by a pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11. Specifically, the cylindrical portion 10a is formed by connecting both ends of one opposing sheet portion 11 in another direction intersecting the one direction and both ends of the other opposing sheet portion 11 in the other direction to form a cylindrical shape. The blocking portion 10b is formed by a connecting sheet portion 12.

The pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 and the connecting sheet portion 12 are formed using a single resin sheet. Specifically, the single resin sheet has an area that will become the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11, and an area that will become the connecting sheet portion 12 between the areas. The resin sheet is then folded at the boundary between the area that will become the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 and the area that will become the connecting sheet portion 12, so that the areas that will become the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 are arranged to face each other, and the area that will become the connecting sheet portion 12 is folded between the areas that will become the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11. This forms the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 and the connecting sheet portion 12.

The bag body 10 also has a pair of body side connecting parts S1 formed by connecting both ends of one opposing sheet part 11 in the other direction to both ends of the other opposing sheet part 11 in the other direction. The pair of body side connecting parts S1 are formed continuously (specifically, in a band shape) along the one direction. Each body side connecting part S1 also has an area where the end of one opposing sheet part 11 is directly connected to the end of the other opposing sheet part 11, and an area where they are indirectly connected via the end of the connecting sheet part 12 in the other direction.

The bag body 10 also has a notch 11a formed by cutting out at least one of both ends in the other direction (specifically, the pair of body side connecting parts S1). The notch 11a is formed in each of the pair of body side connecting parts S1 (specifically, at a position facing each other in the other direction).

The pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 has a covered area 11b covered with a covering member 20 and a non-covered area 11c that is not covered with the covering member 20.

The covering region 11b is formed near one end of the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 in the one direction. The covering region 11b is also formed in at least a portion (preferably the center) of the region between both ends of the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 in the other direction. Specifically, the covering region 11b is formed in the entire region between both ends of the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 in the other direction.

The non-covered region 11c is formed in a region on the one end side of the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 from the covered region 11b in the one direction and including the one end (hereinafter also referred to as the one end non-covered region 11d), and a region on the other end side of the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 from the covered region 11b in the one direction (i.e., the opening 10c side) (hereinafter also referred to as the other end non-covered region 11e). In other words, the covered region 11b is formed between the one end non-covered region 11d and the other end non-covered region 11e in the one direction.

The one-end uncoated region 11d is formed in a band shape extending in the other direction. The width of the one-end uncoated region 11d formed in a band shape is not particularly limited and may be, for example, 3 mm to 5 mm.

The other end uncovered region 11e is formed over the entire area of the other end side of the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11, closer to the covered region 11b in the one direction. Also, a notch 11a is formed in the other end uncovered region 11e.

The covering member 20 is formed using at least one of paper and nonwoven fabric. When the covering member 20 and the bag body 10 (specifically, the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11) are heat-sealed as described below, the sheet material forming the covering member 20 is preferably one that includes a layer of paper or nonwoven fabric and a layer of thermoplastic resin.
Examples of the paper include Japanese paper, rayon, Unryu paper, and pure white paper. The paper may be oil-resistant or water-resistant, or may have heat-sealing properties. The paper may have a basis weight of 9 g/m2 or more and 100 g/m2 or less.
Examples of the nonwoven fabric include PP-based nonwoven fabric, PE-based nonwoven fabric, etc. The nonwoven fabric may have a thickness of 0.15 mm or more and 0.5 mm or less.
Examples of the thermoplastic resin include polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP).
The thickness of the covering member 20 is not particularly limited, but is preferably, for example, 30 μm or more.

The covering member 20 is arranged so as to cover, from the outside of the bag body 10, the areas of the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 that face each other across the storage space R. Specifically, the packaging bag 100 is provided with a pair of covering members 20, 20, and one of the areas of the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 that face each other across the storage space R is covered by one covering member 20, and the other of the areas of the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 that face each other across the storage space R is covered by the other covering member 20.

The covering member 20 is disposed on one end side (specifically, closer to the one end side than the center portion) of the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 in the one direction.
Furthermore, the covering member 20 is disposed on the other end side of one end of the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 in the one direction. Specifically, the covering member 20 is disposed at a position 3 mm to 5 mm away from one edge of the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 on the other end side in the one direction.

The covering member 20 is formed so as to cover at least a portion (preferably the center portion) of the region between both ends of the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 in the other direction. Specifically, the covering member 20 is formed in a band shape so as to cover the entire region between both ends of the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 in the other direction.

The length between both ends of the covering member 20 in the one direction (i.e., the length corresponding to the length between both ends of the covering region 11b in the one direction) is not particularly limited. For example, the length between both ends of the covering member 20 in the one direction may be 1.5 times or more, 2 times or more, 10 times or less, or 3 times or less than the length between both ends of the connecting sheet portion 12 in the one direction (between both ends extending in the other direction) when the connecting sheet portion 12 is fully folded. In addition, the length between both ends of the covering member 20 in the one direction may be 50 mm or more, 55 mm or more, 60 mm or more, 100 mm or less, or 90 mm or less.

The covering member 20 is arranged so that both ends in the other direction overlap with the pair of main body side connecting parts S1, S1. The covering member 20 is connected at both ends in the other direction to the pair of main body side connecting parts S1, S1 (specifically, connected in a band shape along the one direction).

The covering member 20 has a covering member joint portion 20a that is joined to the bag body 10 (specifically, the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11) and a covering member non-joined portion 20b that is not joined to the bag body 10 (specifically, the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11). Specifically, the covering member 20 has the covering member joint portion 20a and the covering member non-joined portion 20b in the region between both ends in the other direction.

The covering member joints 20a are formed so as to be scattered in a staggered pattern in the region between both ends of the covering member 20 in the other direction.
Moreover, the covering member non-joining portion 20b is continuously formed from a region inside the end of the covering member 20 so as to reach the end of the covering member 20. Specifically, the covering member non-joining portion 20b is formed in a region inside the end of the covering member 20 and at both ends of the covering member 20 in the one direction (more specifically, at both ends of the band-like shape extending in the other direction). The covering member non-joining portion 20b inside the end of the covering member 20 and the covering member non-joining portion 20b at both ends of the covering member 20 are formed so as to be continuous. As a result, the covering member non-joining portion 20b is continuously formed from a region inside the end of the covering member 20 so as to reach both ends of the covering member 20.

As described above, the covering member non-jointed portion 20b is continuously formed from the region inside the end of the covering member 20 to reach both ends of the covering member 20. This allows air to be discharged between the pair of opposing sheet portions 11', 11' and the covering member portion 20' when the packaging bag original roll 200 is rolled into a roll, as described below. This allows the packaging bag original roll 200 to be stably rolled into a roll.

The method for joining the covering member 20 and the bag body 10 (specifically, the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11) is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a method of heat-sealing the covering member 20 and the bag body 10 (specifically, the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11), or a method using an adhesive or a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet.

The packaging bag 100 configured as described above can be formed from a packaging bag roll 200 shown in FIG.
The packaging bag original roll 200 has a pair of opposing sheet portions 11', 11' which become a pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 at both ends in one direction. The packaging bag original roll 200 also has a connecting sheet portion 12' which becomes a connecting sheet portion 12 between the pair of opposing sheet portions 11', 11' in the one direction. The packaging bag original roll 200 also has a covering member portion 20' which becomes a covering member 20 and is arranged so as to overlap each of the pair of opposing sheet portions 11', 11'. The packaging bag original roll 200 (the pair of opposing sheet portions 11', 11', the connecting sheet portion 12', and the covering member portion 20') is formed in an elongated shape in the other direction.

Then, a sheet material 201 of a predetermined size is cut out from the packaging bag roll 200, and the sheet material 201 is folded at the boundary between the pair of opposing sheet portions 11', 11' and the connecting sheet portion 12' to make the pair of opposing sheet portions 11', 11' face each other, and the connecting sheet portion 12' is folded between the pair of opposing sheet portions 11', 11'. This forms the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 and the connecting sheet portion 12. Then, both ends of one opposing sheet portion 11 in the other direction and both ends of the other opposing sheet portion 11 in the other direction are connected to form the main body side connecting portion S1, thereby forming the packaging bag 100.

The packaging bag 100 configured as described above contains a heated item. The item contained in the packaging bag 100 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a granular, powdered, or liquid item. The item contained in the packaging bag 100 may be, for example, a food such as a cooked rice food (specifically, fried rice, rice balls, etc.), a sandwich, or a curry, or may be an item other than a food.
Furthermore, the article to be contained in the packaging bag 100 may be heated before being contained in the packaging bag 100, or may be heated after being contained in the packaging bag 100. The method for heating the article is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a microwave oven, an oven, and a hot water bath.

When the packaging bag 100 contains an item, the storage space R is closed. The method for closing the storage space R is not particularly limited, and for example, the storage space R may be closed by sealing the opening 10c of the tubular portion 10a to close it. Alternatively, the storage space R may be closed by twisting the tubular portion 10a (specifically, the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11) at a position between the item contained in the packaging bag 100 and the opening 10c.

As described above, according to the packaging bag 100 of this embodiment, when a package in which an item is contained in the packaging bag 100 is grasped by hand, the package can be easily grasped by hand even when the item is in a heated state.

That is, the bag body 10 includes a sheet-like covering member 20 that covers opposing areas of a pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 that sandwich the storage space R from the outside of the bag body 10. The covering member 20 is formed using at least one of paper and nonwoven fabric. The covering member 20 is disposed on one end side of the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 in one direction. The pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 includes a covering area 11b that is covered with the covering member 20 and a non-covered area 11c that is not covered with the covering member 20. The covering area 11b is formed near one end of the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 in one direction.

As a result, when an item is contained in the packaging bag 100 and a package (not shown) is formed, the heat of the item contained in the storage space R is less likely to be transferred to the outside of the packaging bag 100 at the portion of the packaging bag 100 that has the covering member 20. Therefore, by gripping the portion of the packaging bag 100 that has the covering member 20 with one's hand, the package can be easily gripped without being affected by the heat of the item. In addition, since the heat of the item is dissipated to the outside of the packaging bag 100 from the non-covered region 11c, the item can be cooled more quickly than when the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 are entirely covered by the covering member 20 (when the non-covered region 11c is not provided).

The bag body 10 also includes a connecting sheet portion 12 that connects one end of the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 in the one direction. The non-covered region 11c is formed in a region that is closer to one end of the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 than the covered region 11b in the one direction and includes the one end, and in a region that is closer to the other end of the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 than the covered region 11b in the one direction.

Here, when the article is contained in the packaging bag 100 and a package (not shown) is formed, if the article contained in the packaging bag 100 is granular or powdery, the article may accumulate near the connection position between one end of the pair of opposing sheet parts 11, 11 in the one direction and the connecting sheet part 12. However, as described above, by forming the uncovered area 11c (hereinafter also referred to as the one-end uncovered area 11d) in the area including one end of the pair of opposing sheet parts 11, 11 in the one direction, the one-end uncovered area 11d of the packaging bag 100 is more likely to deform than the area provided with the covering member 20. As a result, even if the article accumulates near the connection position between one end of the pair of opposing sheet parts 11, 11 in the one direction and the connecting sheet part 12, the accumulated article can be easily removed by deforming the one-end uncovered area 11d.

The covering member 20 is formed in a strip shape across both ends of the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 in the other direction intersecting the one direction. Therefore, when an article is contained in the packaging bag 100 and a package (not shown) is formed, the area of the packaging bag 100 that includes the covering member 20 can be more easily grasped by hand.

The covering member 20 also includes a covering member joint portion 20a that is joined to the bag body 10, and a covering member non-joined portion 20b that is not joined to the bag body 10. The covering member non-joined portion 20b is formed continuously from an area inside the end of the covering member 20 to reach the end of the covering member 20.

As a result, when an item is contained in the packaging bag 100 and a package (not shown) is formed, the heat between the non-jointed portion 20b of the covering member and the bag body 10 is discharged from between the end of the covering member 20 and the bag body 10, making it easier to grasp the area of the packaging bag 100 that includes the covering member 20 with the hand.

The packaging bag manufactured by the manufacturing method according to the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications are possible without departing from the gist of the present invention. In addition, the configurations and methods of the above-mentioned embodiments may be arbitrarily adopted and combined (the configurations and methods of one embodiment may be applied to the configurations and methods of other embodiments), and further, the configurations and methods of the various modified examples below may be arbitrarily selected and adopted in the configurations and methods of the above-mentioned embodiments.

For example, in the above embodiment, the non-jointed portion 20b of the covering member is formed continuously from a region inside the end of the covering member 20 to reach the end of the covering member 20, but this is not limited to this.
For example, as shown in Fig. 4, a covering member joint 20a may be formed between a covering member non-joining portion 20b formed on the inside of the end of the covering member 20 and a covering member non-joining portion 20b formed at the end of the covering member 20, so that the covering member non-joining portion 20b on the inside of the end of the covering member 20 does not reach the covering member non-joining portion 20b at the end of the covering member 20. Specifically, the covering member joint 20a is formed in a band shape over the entire area between both ends of a pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 (specifically, the cylindrical portion 10a) in the other direction, and a plurality of the covering member joints 20a are formed at intervals in the one direction. Then, the covering member non-joining portions 20b are formed at both ends of the covering member 20 in the one direction and in the area between the adjacent covering member joints 20a (i.e., the area inside the end of the covering member 20). As a result, the covering member joint portions 20a are located between the covering member non-joined portions 20b formed on both ends of the covering member 20 in the one direction and the covering member non-joined portions 20b formed between adjacent covering member joint portions 20a (i.e., on the inside of the ends of the covering member 20). Therefore, the covering member non-joined portions 20b on the inside of the ends of the covering member 20 are configured not to reach the covering member non-joined portions 20b at the ends of the covering member 20 by the covering member joint portions 20a.

As a result, when an item is contained in the packaging bag 100 and a package (not shown) is formed, an air layer is more likely to form between the non-jointed portion 20b of the covering member 20, which is located inside the end of the covering member 20, and the bag body 10, making it more difficult for heat from the item to be transmitted to the outside of the packaging bag 100. This makes it easier to grip the area of the packaging bag 100 that includes the covering member 20 with your hand.

In the above embodiment, the tubular portion 10a is composed of only a pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11, but this is not limited thereto. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 may constitute a part of the tubular portion 10a. Specifically, in the case of a tubular portion 10a in which the opposing ends of a single resin sheet are connected to form a back-attached portion 10d, the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 may be constituted by a part of the region of the tubular portion 10a on the back-attached portion 10d side and a region opposite to said region. In such a case, the bag body 10 does not need to have a body side connecting portion S1.

In the above embodiment, the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 have their one end portions in the one direction indirectly connected to each other by the connecting sheet portion 12, but this is not limited thereto, and for example, the one end portions may be directly connected to each other. In such a case, the bag body 10 is configured not to include the connecting sheet portion 12. Then, the one end portions of the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 in the one direction are directly connected to each other to form the blocking portion 10b.

In addition, in the above embodiment, the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 and the connecting sheet portion 12 are formed using a single resin sheet, but this is not limited thereto. For example, one opposing sheet portion 11, the other opposing sheet portion 11 and the connecting sheet portion 12 may be formed using separate resin sheets. In addition, when the bag body 10 does not have a connecting sheet portion 12, each of the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 may be formed using separate resin sheets.

In addition, in the above embodiment, the covering member 20 is configured to have a covering member joint portion 20a and a covering member non-joint portion 20b, but this is not limited thereto, and for example, the covering member 20 may be configured to have only the covering member joint portion 20a.

In addition, in the above embodiment, the covering member joints 20a are formed in a staggered pattern or in a band shape, but this is not limited thereto. For example, they may be formed in a straight line or in a ring shape (specifically, so as to surround the covering member non-joined parts 20b).

In addition, in the above embodiment, the packaging bag 100 is configured so that each of the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 is partially covered by each of the pair of covering members 20, but this is not limited to this. For example, the covering member 20 may be formed in a cylindrical shape, and the bag body 10 (the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11) may be arranged inside the cylindrical covering member 20, so that the areas of the pair of opposing sheet portions 11, 11 that face each other across the storage space R are covered from the outside of the bag body 10 by the annular covering member 20.

In addition, in the above embodiment, the connecting sheet portion 12 is not covered with the covering member 20, but this is not limited thereto, and for example, at least a portion of the connecting sheet portion 12 may be configured to be covered with the covering member 20.
