Description
図1は、第1実施形態に係る気液接触装置1の構成を示す概略図である。気液接触装置1は、液体LとガスGとを接触させることで、ガスGに含まれる特定ガス成分を吸収液としての液体Lに吸収させる。
図6は、第2実施形態に係る気液接触装置10の構成を示す概略図である。第1実施形態では、気液接触部2の各領域に配置される充填材22が、全体形状が波形である複数の充填部材を含むものとした。これに対して、本実施形態では、第1実施形態における充填材22に代わる充填材222が、一部の形状が波形である複数の充填部材を含む。第1実施形態と同様に、気液接触部2には、4つの充填材、すなわち、第1充填材222a、第2充填材222b、第3充填材222cおよび第4充填材222dが存在する。本実施形態では、これらの充填材の形状等は、互いに同一である。そこで、以下の充填材222の説明では、代表として第3充填材222cを取り上げる。また、気液接触装置10において、第1実施形態に係る気液接触装置1と同一構成には同一の符号を付し、詳細説明を省略する。

Claims (3)
- 互いに水平方向で連通し、各々が充填材を設置している複数の領域を有する気液接触部と、
前記複数の領域の配列に沿って前記複数の領域に液体を順次流通させながら、前記領域ごとに鉛直方向の上方から前記充填材に前記液体を供給する液体供給システムと、
前記複数の領域の配列に沿って前記複数の領域にガスを順次流通させて、前記領域ごとに前記液体と接触させるガス供給システムと、を備え、
前記充填材は、各々が当該充填材への前記液体の供給方向と前記ガスの供給方向とに平行な板状で、かつ、交互に重ね合わされる第1充填部材と第2充填部材とを含み、
前記第1充填部材および前記第2充填部材は、少なくとも一部が波板であり、
前記第1充填部材の前記波板の波打ち方向と、前記第2充填部材の前記波板の波打ち方向とは、鉛直方向に対して互いに反対方向に傾斜しており、
前記波板における波形のピッチは、前記複数の領域の各々に設置されている前記充填材ごとに異なり、
前記液体供給システムは、前記複数の領域ごとに、前記充填材の鉛直方向の下方に一時的に貯留された前記液体を前記充填材の鉛直方向の上方へ供給するポンプを備え、
前記ポンプの容量は、前記波板の前記ピッチの相違に合わせて、前記複数の領域ごとに異なる、気液接触装置。 - 前記第1充填部材および前記第2充填部材の全体が、前記波板である、請求項1に記載の気液接触装置。
- 前記第1充填部材および前記第2充填部材は、それぞれ、鉛直方向の上方側に前記波板である波板部を有し、鉛直方向の下方側に平板部を有する、請求項1に記載の気液接触装置。
