Description

Claims (16)
- 滅菌可能なコネクタであって、
滅菌液を提供するための滅菌液リザーバと、
コネクタであって、
第1のチューブを受ける第1の端部と、
第2のチューブを受ける第2の端部と、
前記第1の端部を前記第2の端部に連結して前記第1のチューブと前記第2のチューブとの間の流体伝達を可能にする本体部と、
前記滅菌液リザーバに連結するための本体開口部と、
とを備える、コネクタと、
前記滅菌液リザーバと前記コネクタとの間の前記滅菌液の流れを制御するように構成された滅菌液インジェクタであって、前記第1のチューブ内の少なくとも一部および前記第2のチューブ内の少なくとも一部に前記コネクタを介して前記滅菌液を注入することによって、前記滅菌液の流れを制御するように構成された滅菌液インジェクタと、
前記コネクタ内と前記第1のチューブ内および前記第2のチューブ内の各々の部分とに滅菌液の設定された滞留時間を引き起こす滞留機構と、
前記設定された滞留時間の後に前記滅菌液を引き出すように構成された滅菌液リトラクタと、
を備える、滅菌可能なコネクタ。 - 前記第1のチューブまたは前記第2のチューブのうちの少なくとも1つは、
腹膜透析カセットまたは腹膜透析カセットチューブ、
透析液バッグまたは透析液バッグチューブ、
移送セット、
の少なくとも1つに接続するように構成される、請求項1に記載の滅菌可能なコネクタ。 - 前記滅菌液インジェクタを前記コネクタから外すことを可能にするために、前記本体開口部に連結された閉鎖可能な弁をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の滅菌可能なコネクタ。
- 前記滞留機構が電気的遅延機構を含む、請求項1に記載の滅菌可能なコネクタ。
- 前記設定された滞留時間が経過したことを示すインジケーター、
をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の滅菌可能なコネクタ。 - 前記滅菌液リザーバがシリンジのバレルであり、前記滅菌液インジェクタが、前記シリンジの前記バレル内で移動するように構成されたプランジャを含む、請求項1に記載の滅菌可能なコネクタ。
- 前記プランジャを前記シリンジの前記バレル内で移動させることが、
前記プランジャを前記シリンジの前記バレル内で前進させ、前記滅菌液を前記コネクタと前記第1のチューブ内および前記第2のチューブ内の各々の部分とに注入すること、および、
前記プランジャを前記シリンジの前記バレル内で後退させ、前記滅菌液を除去すること、
のいずれか一方を含む、請求項6に記載の滅菌可能なコネクタ。 - 前記滅菌液の注入を可能にするために、ユーザの動作を前記プランジャへの力に変換するように構成された機構をさらに備える、請求項7に記載の滅菌可能なコネクタ。
- 前記滅菌液インジェクタは、前記滅菌液の流れの速度および方向を制御するようにさらに構成されている、請求項1に記載の滅菌可能なコネクタ。
- 腹膜透析サイクラーシステムの第1のチューブを滅菌可能なコネクタの本体部の第1の開口部に取り付けることと、
第2のチューブを滅菌可能なコネクタの前記本体部の第2の開口部に取り付けることと、
滅菌可能な前記コネクタの本体部の第3の開口部を介して、前記本体部の少なくとも一部、前記第1のチューブ内の少なくとも一部、および、前記第2のチューブ内の少なくとも一部に滅菌液を注入すること
滅菌可能な前記コネクタの前記本体部の前記第3の開口部を介して、滅菌可能な前記コネクタと前記第1のチューブ内および前記第2のチューブ内の各々の部分とから、前記コネクタと前記第1のチューブ内および前記第2のチューブ内の各々の部分とに留まる時間である設定された滞留時間が経過した後、滅菌液を引き込むことと、
を含む、方法。 - 滅菌可能な前記コネクタの弁を閉じて、前記第3の開口部を密閉することと、
をさらに含む、請求項10記載の方法。 - 前記取り付けることが医用ロボット装置によって実行される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記注入することを実行するために滅菌可能な前記コネクタの弁を開けることをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記滅菌液を注入することが、シリンジのバレル内でプランジャを移動させることを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記注入することが、前記滅菌液の流れの速度および方向を制御することをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
