Description
本実施形態に係るゲート弁10は、図1Aに示すように、直線状の流路12が形成された弁箱14と、流路12に直交する軸方向に昇降することで流路12を開閉する弁体16と、弁体16を収容する弁室18と、弁体16の基端部16aから軸方向に伸び出た弁棒20とを備える。流路12を流れる流体は、空気や蒸気(水蒸気を含む)等の気体、真空圧等の減圧気体、水や油等の液体、又はゲルや固体粒子と液体との混合物等の流動体であり、ゲート弁10はこれらの流体の流れを開閉できる。
図5Aに示すように、本実施形態のゲート弁40は、弁体16A及び流路12に形成される凹部50の形状において、図1Aのゲート弁10と異なる。なお、ゲート弁40において、図1Aのゲート弁10と同様の構成については同じ符号を付してその詳細な説明を省略する。
図7に示すように、本実施形態のゲート弁60は、流路12側にシール部61が設けられている点で、図1Aのゲート弁10と異なる。なお、ゲート弁60において、図1Aのゲート弁10と同様の構成については同じ符号を付してその詳細な説明を省略する。
図8Aに示すように、本実施形態のゲート弁70は、弁体16Bの構成及び連通路72を有する点において、図5A及び図5Bのゲート弁40と異なる。なお、ゲート弁70において、図5A及び図5Bのゲート弁40と同様の構成については同じ符号を付してその詳細な説明を省略する。
Claims (6)
- 直線状の流路と、前記流路の中央上部に配置された弁室と、を有する弁箱と、
前記弁室に収容されるとともに、前記流路に垂直な軸方向に変位する弁体と、
前記弁体の基端部から前記軸方向に伸び出た弁棒と、を備え、
前記弁室は、
開口部を介して前記流路と連通した傾斜部と、
前記傾斜部の上に形成された円筒部と、を備え、
開位置において前記流路に突出する部分の前記弁体の外表面が流線型の曲面で構成されており、
前記弁体は、先端側に向かうにつれて径が小さくなるテーパ状に形成されるとともに、先端部に前記流路に平行な平坦面を有する弁本体と、
前記弁本体の側面を覆うシール部材と、を有し、
前記平坦面は、前記シール部材で覆われておらず前記弁本体が露出しており、
前記弁体の先端は、前記弁本体の前記平坦面と前記シール部材の先端とによって面一に形成され、
前記流路は、前記弁本体の前記平坦面を収容する凹部を備え、
前記傾斜部は、前記流路の内壁に沿って前記流路の周方向に延びて前記凹部に連通し、
前記弁体は、前記外表面が前記傾斜部と前記凹部とに接触することで前記流路を閉塞可能であり、
前記凹部の奥の底面の直径は、前記弁体の下端位置において、前記弁本体の前記平坦面が前記凹部の前記底面に当接可能な大きさである、ゲート弁。 - 請求項1記載のゲート弁であって、前記流路に前記弁体と気密又は液密に密着するシール部が設けられているゲート弁。
- 請求項1又は2記載のゲート弁であって、弁閉状態において、前記流路の上流側の流体からの圧力により前記弁体を前記弁室側へ押し上げる力と、前記弁室の圧力により前記弁体を前記流路側へ付勢する力とをバランスさせたゲート弁。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のゲート弁であって、前記弁室と前記流路の上流側とを連通させる連通路を備え、弁閉状態において前記弁室の圧力により前記弁体を前記流路側へ付勢する、ゲート弁。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のゲート弁であって、前記弁室の前記傾斜部は前記流路に向かって縮径するテーパ面を有し、前記弁体を前記流路に降下させたときに、前記弁室の前記傾斜部に前記弁体が面接触して前記弁室を閉塞するゲート弁。
- 請求項5記載のゲート弁であって、前記弁室は前記弁体の体積と略同じ容積であるゲート弁。
