Description
Claims (16)
- 流体を搬送するために内部にロータ(3)が設けられたポンプハウジング(2)を有し、且つ、前記ロータ(3)と共に、軸方向(A)回りに前記ロータ(3)を回転させるための電磁回転駆動装置を形成するステータ(4)を有する、前記流体を搬送するための遠心ポンプであって、前記ステータ(4)が、前記ロータ(3)を非接触で磁気的に駆動可能であり、且つ、前記ロータ(3)を前記ステータ(4)に対して非接触で磁気的に浮上可能な軸受兼駆動ステータとして設計され、前記ロータ(3)が、前記軸方向(A)においては受動的に磁気浮上させられ、前記軸方向(A)に対して垂直な径方向平面内では能動的に磁気浮上させられ、前記ポンプハウジング(2)が、底部(27)及びカバー(25)を備え、前記ロータ(3)が、前記ポンプハウジング(2)内において、前記軸方向(A)における前記底部(27)と前記カバー(25)との間に配置された遠心ポンプにおいて、前記底部(27)及び/又は前記カバー(25)に、少なくとも1つの凹部(9)が設けられており、該凹部(9)が、局所的な乱流を発生させるように設計されていることを特徴とする遠心ポンプ。
- 前記ロータ(3)が、環状又は円盤状の磁気有効コア(31)と、前記流体を搬送するための複数の羽根(33)を有するインペラ(32)とを備えた、請求項1に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 前記流体が前記ポンプハウジング(2)内に前記軸方向(A)に流入可能に設計された前記流体用の入口(21)が、前記ポンプハウジング(2)の前記カバー(25)上に設けられ、前記ポンプハウジング(2)が、前記流体が前記ポンプハウジング(2)から前記径方向に流出可能に設計された前記流体用の出口(22)を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 前記ステータ(4)が、環状に配置された複数のステータポール(46)を有し、内部に前記ロータ(3)が配置された前記ポンプハウジング(2)が、前記ロータ(3)の前記磁気有効コア(31)が前記ステータ(4)の前記ステータポール(46)に囲まれるように、前記ステータポール(46)間に挿入可能に設計されている、請求項2又は請求項2に従属する請求項3に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 前記ロータ(3)が、外径(D)を有し、各凹部(9)が、前記径方向において、前記ロータ(3)の前記外径(D)の少なくとも50分の1である寸法(E)を有する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 前記ロータ(3)が、外径(D)を有し、各凹部(9)が、前記径方向において、最大で前記ロータ(3)の前記外径(D)の半分である寸法(E)を有する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 前記ロータ(3)が外径(D)を有し、各凹部(9)が、前記軸方向(A)において、前記ロータ(3)の前記外径(D)の少なくとも150分の1である深さ(T)を有する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 前記深さ(T)が、前記ロータ(3)の前記外径(D)の少なくとも100分の1である、請求項7に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 前記ロータ(3)が外径(D)を有し、各凹部(9)が、前記軸方向(A)において、最大で前記ロータ(3)の前記外径(D)の10分の1である深さ(T)を有する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 各凹部(9)が、前記軸方向(A)に対して垂直な円形の輪郭を有する、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 少なくとも1つの凹部(9)が、前記ポンプハウジング(2)の前記カバー(25)及び前記底部(27)の両方に設けられている、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 各凹部(9)が、前記ポンプハウジング(2)の径方向における外縁領域に配置されている、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 前記ポンプハウジング(2)が、プラスチックで構成されている、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 前記インペラ(32)が、プラスチックで構成されている、請求項2又は4に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 前記ロータ(3)が、前記ロータの前記磁気有効コア(31)を完全に包み込み、プラスチックで構成されているジャケット(35)を有する、請求項2又は4に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 流体を搬送するために内部にロータ(3)が設けられたポンプハウジング(2)であって、請求項1~15のいずれか一項に基づいて設計された遠心ポンプ(1)用に設計されていることを特徴とするポンプハウジング。
