躯体に固定されて外面に外装材を有する外壁材と、
前記躯体に設けられた開口部と前記外壁材との境に配置される建具枠と、
前記建具枠の上辺部に沿う長尺で形成されて前記躯体と前記外壁材との間から前記上辺部の外側に曲がって垂下する垂下片を有する水切りと、
前記上辺部に沿う長尺で形成されて前記外装材の外側から前記躯体に固定され前記開口部を覆う開閉体を収納する収納部と、
前記収納部から繰り出される前記開閉体と前記上辺部との間で前記上辺部よりも長尺となって配置され、上側が受け口となる形状の前記受け口に前記水切りの垂下片を配置する開閉装置用雨水受けと、
