Description

前記漏斗カテーテルの前記遠位先端を標的血栓に近接して拡張すること(820)と、
前記漏斗カテーテルの口に向けて前記血栓を刺激すること(830)と、
前記捕捉された血栓を有する前記漏斗カテーテルを前記脈管構造を通して患者から回収すること(840)と、を含む、方法(800)。
(20) 前記拡張可能な遠位先端を有する漏斗カテーテルを備える装置を脈管構造内へ前進させる工程が、前記漏斗カテーテルを外部シースを通して前進させることを更に含む、実施態様19に記載の方法。

少なくとも部分的に前記外部シース(102)内にある漏斗カテーテル(104)であって、拡張する遠位先端(112)と、前記遠位先端に位置する遠位端(104a)と、前記遠位端(104a)の近位に延在して前記近位端で終端する内部ルーメンと、を備える、漏斗カテーテル(104)と、
前記漏斗カテーテル(104)の少なくとも一部を囲い込む漏斗シース(208)と、を備え、
前記漏斗カテーテル(104)の前記遠位端(104a)の少なくとも一部が、前記漏斗シース(208)から前記外部シース(102)のルーメン内へと遠位に延在している、装置(100)。 - 少なくとも部分的に前記漏斗カテーテル(104)の前記ルーメン内にある拡張器(110)を更に備える、請求項1に記載の装置(100)。
