The first reinforcing bar RB1 and the pressure plates 11, 12 each have a first fitting recess 14 and a second fitting recess 16 that can simultaneously fit and support the first reinforcing bar RB1, and the first reinforcing bar RB1 and the pressure plates 11, 12 each have a first fitting recess 14 and a second fitting recess 16 that can simultaneously fit and support the first reinforcing bar RB1. The second reinforcing bar RB2 can be fitted into the clamping space SP between the leading edges 11a, 12a of the pressure plates 11, 12 in a position intersecting the first reinforcing bar RB1 and while the pressure plates 11, 12 are expanded, and when the first reinforcing bar RB1 is inserted across each of the fitting recesses 14, 16 and the second reinforcing bar RB2 is held in the clamping space SP, each of the engaging members 21, 22 engages the first reinforcing bar RB1.
According to the reinforcing bar holder 1 of this embodiment, each pressure plate 11, 12 elastically biased by the leaf spring portion 13 clamps and holds the second reinforcing bar RB2 in the clamping space SP and presses it against the first reinforcing bar RB1 in each mating recess 14, 16, and each locking member 21, 22 locks the first reinforcing bar RB1, so that the holding force of the first reinforcing bar RB1 and the second reinforcing bar RB2 can be increased by cooperation between each pressure plate 11, 12 and each locking member 21, 22.

本態様による鉄筋保持具1において、各係止部材21、22は、各先端部(各係止部21b、22b)が第1鉄筋RB1を内周側空所に係止可能な形状に折り返された鋼製線材によって作製されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (3)

第1鉄筋と第2鉄筋とを交差させた状態で挟圧保持する鉄筋保持具であって、
互いの先端縁を近接、又は当接させると共に、該先端縁と反対側の他端縁に向かう程離間距離が漸増するように配置された第1加圧板、及び第2加圧板と、
前記第1、及び第2加圧板を、それぞれの前記先端縁が互いに近接、又は当接した閉位置を維持するように弾性付勢すると共に、該弾性付勢力に抗して開放させる力が作用した時に前記閉位置から拡開することを許容するように保持する弾性付勢部材と、
前記第1、及び第2加圧板の各先端縁寄り位置に設けた軸支部により各加圧板の板面と直交する平面と並行な軌道に沿って夫々回動自在に軸支される第1鉄筋係止用の第1係止部材、及び第2係止部材と、を備え、
前記第1、及び第2加圧板の各先端縁中央部には、各他端縁に向けて切欠き形成され、且つ前記第1鉄筋を同時に嵌合支持可能な第1嵌合凹所、及び第2嵌合凹所が夫々設けられ、
前記第1、及び第2嵌合凹所により嵌合支持された前記第1鉄筋と前記第1、及び第2加圧板の各先端縁との間の挟圧空間内には、前記第1鉄筋と交差した姿勢で、且つ前記第1、及び第2加圧板を拡開させながら前記第2鉄筋が嵌合可能であり、
前記第1、及び第2嵌合凹所内に前記第1鉄筋が跨がって挿通され、且つ前記挟圧空間内に前記第2鉄筋が挟圧保持された状態において、各係止部材は前記第1鉄筋を係止することを特徴とする鉄筋保持具。
A reinforcing bar holder that clamps and holds a first reinforcing bar and a second reinforcing bar in a crossed state,
a first pressure plate and a second pressure plate arranged such that their leading edges are close to or in contact with each other and the distance between them gradually increases toward the other end edge opposite to the leading edges;
an elastic biasing member that elastically biases the first and second pressure plates so as to maintain a closed position in which the respective leading edges are close to or in contact with each other, and that holds the first and second pressure plates so as to allow them to open from the closed position when an opening force acts against the elastic biasing force;
a first locking member and a second locking member for locking a first reinforcing bar, each of which is pivotally supported by a pivot support provided near the leading edge of each of the first and second pressure plates along a track parallel to a plane perpendicular to the plate surface of each pressure plate;
The first and second pressure plates are provided at the center of each leading edge thereof with a first fitting recess and a second fitting recess, which are cut out toward the other end edge and can simultaneously fit and support the first reinforcing bar, respectively;
The second reinforcing bar can be fitted into a clamping space between the first reinforcing bar, which is fitted and supported by the first and second fitting recesses, and the leading edges of the first and second pressure plates, in a position intersecting the first reinforcing bar and while the first and second pressure plates are being expanded,
A reinforcing bar retainer characterized in that when the first reinforcing bar is inserted across the first and second mating recesses and the second reinforcing bar is clamped and held in the clamping space, each locking member locks the first reinforcing bar.
