（１）明細票部３１と剥脱部３２とを区画するハーフカット線３４が、第二紙基材２１の裏面から切り込まれて、該第二紙基材２１を表裏方向に貫通し且つ貼着層２５を表裏方向に部分的に切断するように設けていることから、剥脱部３２を容易に剥がし取ることができると共に、梱包箱５１に貼付され且つ送付票部１５と受領票部１７とが剥脱された状態で、前記ハーフカット線３４で明細票部３１を比較的容易に引き剥がすことができる。特に、本実施例では、ハーカット線３４の一部に貼着層２５を貫通する貫通部３４ｂを備えることから、該貫通部３４ｂから明細票部３１を一層容易に引き剥がすことができる。
（２）前述のように貼着層２５はハーフカット線３４により表裏方向に部分的に切断されていることから、梱包箱５１に貼付され且つ送付票部１５と受領票部１７とが剥脱された状態で、該貼着層２５によって、明細票部３１を該梱包箱５１に貼り付けたままで保持できる。そして、この状態で、明細票部３１が貼着層２５により被覆されていることから、該明細票部３１を保護することができると共に、該明細票部３１と梱包箱５１との間に雨水や埃が侵入することを抑制できる。さらに、明細票部３１は、貼着層２５（明細接着部２５ａ）が剥離不能に接着されていることから、該明細接着部２５ａにより補強された状態で前記梱包箱５１から取り外される。これにより、取り外した明細票部３１は、耐久性に優れ、比較的長期に亘って保管できる。そのため、例えば、ファイリング等による保管性に優れるという優れた利点を有する。
（３）配送伝票１は、明細票部３１を梱包箱５１に対向して貼付されるものであるから、該貼付された状態で、明細票部３１に印字された明細情報を隠蔽できる。そして、商品の受取人以外の者が明細情報を視るためには、送付票部１５と受領票部１７とを剥がし且つ明細票部３１を取り外す必要があるから、該明細情報が不正に視られた場合にはその痕跡が残る。したがって、本構成によれば、明細情報を確実かつ安定して秘匿することができる。
（４）配送伝票１は、表側に、送り先や発送者の情報等が印字される送付票部１５と受領票部１７とを備え、かつ裏側に、商品の明細情報が印字される明細票部３１を備えた構成であるから、商品配達に必要な情報を表裏に印字できる。そのため、従来構成のように、明細書を別途添付する必要がなく、別途貼付する明細書とのマッチング作業を削減できるため、総じて配送作業の作業性を向上できる。さらに、このマッチング作業でのマッチングミスの発生も抑制できることから、該マッチングミスによる誤品出荷という不具合の発生を抑制できる。また、従来構成のように明細書を別途貼付する場合には、該明細書を収容する封筒等のデリバリーパックを要するが、本構成によれば、該デリバリーパックが不要となるため、該デリバリーパックに要するコストを削減できると共に、該デリバリーパックの廃棄不要によって環境保護にも寄与できる。
（５）送付票部１５および受領票部１７を備えた第一紙基材１１と、明細票部３１を備えた第二紙基材２１との間に、サーマルプリンタによる加熱温度よりも溶融温度の高い貼着層２５が配設されていることから、サーマルプリンタによる印字工程で貼着層２５が溶融するという不具合を生じず、前述した本実施例の作用効果が安定して発揮される。さらに、この貼着層２５によって、前記印字工程で配送伝票１の表裏一方に印字するための熱によって他方が発色してしまうことを抑制できるため、明細情報が送付票部１５や受領票部１７に表出すること抑制でき、明細情報の秘匿性を保持する効果に優れる。
（６）配送伝票１は、貼着層２５が透明（可視光を透過可能）であることから、送付票部１５、受領票部１７、および明細票部３１を取り外した後に、該貼着層２５の透明な囲繞部２５ｂが残存するのみとなる。これにより、配送後に明細票部３１を取り外した後の梱包箱５１では、残存する前記囲繞部２５ｂが目立たない。そのため、例えば、梱包箱５１を再利用し易いという利点もある。 The delivery slip 1 of the present embodiment described above provides the following advantages.
