The present invention relates to clothing that covers the chest area.

When jumping, running, or performing other movements, the breasts often sway significantly even when wearing a bra. In particular, during vigorous movements such as sports, the swaying can be extremely large, causing discomfort and even breast sagging. For this reason, various brassieres have been developed to reduce this swaying. For example, Patent Document 1 describes a brassiere that can reduce up-and-down, left-and-right, and front-and-back movement of the breasts during exercise by layering a reinforcing part onto the main part in an area above the bust top position of two cups lined up horizontally and spanning a length of at least half the circumference of the brassiere.

However, since the structure of Patent Document 1 has a reinforcing portion located above the bust top position, it is believed that the effect of reducing breast swaying is good when the cup size is large, but when the cup size is small or depending on the shape of the breast, the amount of upward movement during exercise is small, so the effect of reducing breast swaying is thought to be small.

Therefore, the present invention aims to provide clothing that covers the chest and can effectively reduce breast swaying regardless of the size or shape of the breasts.

In order to solve the above problems, the garment for covering the chest according to the present invention comprises:
A front part that covers the chest,
A back portion connected to the side end of the front portion from the back side;

The present invention can effectively reduce breast shaking regardless of the size or shape of the breast.

Below, we will explain a garment for covering the chest according to one embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings.

In one embodiment of the present invention, directions such as up, down, left, right, etc. are described based on the state in which the wearer is wearing the garment that covers the chest, unless otherwise specified. Also, right and left directions are described based on the direction as seen from the wearer's perspective. In one embodiment of the present invention, the code for the right part as seen from the wearer's perspective ends with an R, and the code for the left part ends with an L, but when describing a pair of left and right parts, the L or R may not be added.

Figures 1 to 6 are diagrams showing an example of a garment that covers the chest according to one embodiment of the present invention. In this example, the garment that covers the chest is a brassiere. The garment that covers the chest may be any garment that fits closely against the skin of the chest, and may be applied to swimsuits, leotards, body suits, tops with cups, and the like in addition to brassieres. Furthermore, brassiere 1 is capable of reducing the shaking of the breasts that accompanies vigorous movements during sports and the like, and is therefore suitable as a sports brassiere, but may also be worn in everyday life and not limited to sports.

Figure 1 is a front view of a brassiere 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2 (a) is a back view of a brassiere 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention. Note that the structure of the front side of the brassiere 1 as seen from the back side is omitted. As shown in Figures 1 and 2 (a), the brassiere 1 comprises a main body portion 2, a first fixing portion 7, and a second fixing portion 8.

(Main body 2)
The main body 2 has a front portion 3, a back portion 4, a pair of left and right shoulder strap portions 5 (a right shoulder strap portion 5R and a left shoulder strap portion 5L), and a bottom rubber portion 6.

The front section 3 is placed on the front of the wearer's upper body and covers the chest including both breasts. The front section 3 is connected at its upper end to the shoulder strap section 5, at its lower end to the bottom rubber section 6, and at its left and right side ends to the back section 4.

The back section 4 is disposed on the back of the wearer's upper body. The back section 4 is connected to the side ends of the front section 3 from the dorsal side. The back section 4 is connected to the shoulder strap section 5 at its upper end, to the lower edge rubber section 6 at its lower end, and to the front section 3 at its left and right side ends. In this embodiment, the back section 4 extends to the front of the wearer's left and right sides and connects to the front section 3 at the front of the left and right sides. The back section 4 is composed of a right side support section 4R that connects to the front section 3 at the right side, a left side support section 4L that connects to the front section 3 at the left side, and a back support section 4A that connects to the right side support section 4R and the left side support section 4L.

The right shoulder strap 5R is arranged to straddle the ridge of the wearer's right shoulder from front to back. The right shoulder strap 5R connects to the upper end of the front part 3, crosses the ridge of the shoulder, and connects to the upper end of the back part 4 on the back side.

The left shoulder strap 5L is arranged to straddle the ridge of the wearer's left shoulder from front to back. The left shoulder strap 5L connects to the upper end of the front part 3, crosses the ridge of the shoulder, and connects to the upper end of the back part 4 on the back side.

The lower rubber part 6 is arranged circumferentially around the wearer's torso. The lower rubber part 6 is connected to the lower end of the front part 3 and the lower end of the back part 4.

A right armhole 21R is formed in the armholes of the front part 3, back part 4 and right shoulder strap part 5R. A left armhole 21L is formed in the armholes of the front part 3, back part 4 and left shoulder strap part 5L. A neckhole 22 is formed in the neckholes of the front part 3, back part 4, right shoulder strap part 5R and left shoulder strap part 5L. A notch 23 is formed in a part of the lower end of the back part 4. The right armhole 21R, left armhole 21L, neckhole 22 and cutout 23 are each formed of a tape member and enclose the ends of the front part 3, back part 4, right shoulder strap part 5R and left shoulder strap part 5L.

The front section 3, back section 4, right shoulder strap section 5R, left shoulder strap section 5L, and bottom rubber section 6 are sewn together at each connection. In the back section 4, the right armpit support section 4R and the back support section 4A, and the left armpit support section 4L and the back support section 4A are sewn together at each connection.

(Front section 3)
The front part 3 is formed at a position covering the chest including the left and right breasts of the wearer. Specifically, the lower end of the front part 3 is formed at a position corresponding to the lower rise of the breast or a position slightly lower than that (for example, within 2 cm). The upper end of the front part 3 is formed at a position corresponding to the upper rise of the breast or a position higher than that. The left and right ends (side ends) of the front part 3 are formed at positions corresponding to the side rise of the breast. The rise of the breast is the outline of the breast (the bulging part of the chest), and is the outline when the breast is nude or when the breast is lifted upward or moved toward the center of the front. The upper end of the front part 3 is formed at a position below the ridge of the shoulder (for example, near the horizontal line passing through the position corresponding to the clavicle) and is connected to a pair of left and right shoulder strap parts 5.

The front section 3 is composed of an outer cloth and an inner cloth. The outer cloth of the front section 3 is formed from a single piece of fabric. For example, the outer cloth of the front section 3 is made of a material that stretches and fits the skin (for example, a mixture of nylon and polyurethane) so that it can be used for a wide range of wearer sizes. Figure 3 is a view of the right half of the front section 3 from the back, showing the surface (inner surface) that touches the wearer's skin. The inner cloth of the front section 3 is made from multiple pieces of fabric as shown in Figure 3. The left half has the same structure as the right half.

The front part 3 has a pair of left and right cup parts 31 (right cup part 31R, left cup part 31L (not shown)) on the inner side. When worn, the cup parts 31 three-dimensionally cover the left and right breasts, respectively, and have a bell shape when viewed from the side and from above. The cup part 31 has a shape whose lower edge follows the verge line. The cup part 31 has shape retention properties and accommodates the wearer's breasts to shape the silhouette of the breasts. It is preferable that the cup part 31 is formed so as to lift the verge line of the breast upward. By lifting the breast with the cup part 31, the nipple position is raised when stationary. When exercising from this state, the breast is swayed upward by a smaller amount than when the cup part 31 follows the verge line when nude, and the swaying of the breast is reduced. The cup part 31 is formed, for example, by molding urethane or the like. Note that the cup part 31 is not limited to this, and may be formed into a bell shape by sewing together a fabric with high shape retention properties, for example. Alternatively, the cup portion 31 may be in a form in which a pad is inserted. The cup portion 31 may be a non-wire type in which no wire is attached to the verge line, or a wire type in which a wire is attached. The edge of the cup portion 31 is sewn to the edge of another fabric constituting the lining of the front portion 3. For example, the other fabric constituting the lining of the front portion 3 is made of a material that stretches and fits the skin (e.g., a mixture of nylon and polyurethane) so that it can be applied to a wide range of wearer sizes. Note that FIG. 3 shows an example of the back side of the front portion 3, and is not limited to this, and can be freely configured.

(Back section 4)
The back section 4 is formed on the outside of the rise of the left and right breasts around the wearer's torso. The lower end of the back section 4 is formed at a position horizontal to the lower end of the front section 3 around the wearer's torso. The upper end of the back section 4 is formed at a position below the ridge of the shoulders and is connected to a pair of left and right shoulder strap sections 5. The left and right ends (side edges) of the back section 4 are formed at positions corresponding to the rise of the sides of the breasts.

The back section 4 is integrated with the front section 3 to fit and wrap around the wearer's torso, preventing the brassiere 1, and especially the front section 3, from slipping.

The back section 4 is composed of a right armpit support section 4R, a left armpit support section 4L, and a back support section 4A. The front section 3 and the right armpit support section 4R are connected at a connection section 51. The right armpit support section 4R and the back support section 4A are connected at a connection section 52. The back support section 4A and the left armpit support section 4L are connected at a connection section 53. The left armpit support section 4L and the front section 3 are connected at a connection section 54. The connection sections 51 and 54 are disposed at a position corresponding to the rise of the armpit side of the breast (the front end of the armpit section). The connection sections 52 and 53 are disposed at the back end of the armpit section.

The right side support section 4R and the left side support section 4L may be made of an outer fabric and an inner fabric, or may be made of a single layer of fabric. For the fabric of the right side support section 4R and the left side support section 4L, a wide material with strong kickback (such as a mixture of nylon and polyurethane) is used to prevent the breasts from sliding sideways.

The back support section 4A may be made of an outer fabric and a lining fabric, or may be made of a single layer of fabric. For example, the fabric of the back support section 4A may be made of a mesh material (e.g., power net, etc.) to improve breathability.

(Shoulder strap part 5)
The shoulder straps 5 straddle the ridges of the shoulders from front to back and connect to the front section 3 and the back section 4. This allows the shoulder straps 5 to prevent the brassiere 1, particularly the front section 3, from slipping.

The front end of the shoulder strap portion 5 is formed at the same position as the upper end of the front portion 3. The right shoulder strap portion 5R and the front portion 3 are connected at a connection portion 55. The left shoulder strap portion 5L and the front portion 3 are connected at a connection portion 56. The rear end of the shoulder strap portion 5 is formed at the same position as the upper end of the back portion 4. The right shoulder strap portion 5R and the back support portion 4A of the back portion 4 are connected at a connection portion 57. The left shoulder strap portion 5L and the back support portion 4A of the back portion 4 are connected at a connection portion 58.

The shoulder strap portion 5 may be made of an outer fabric and an inner fabric, or may be made of a single layer of fabric. The fabric of the shoulder strap portion 5 is made of a material that stretches and fits the skin (for example, a mixture of nylon and polyurethane) so that it can be used for a wide range of wearer sizes.

(Lower side rubber part 6)
The lower rubber part 6 is wound around the wearer's torso with strong force to prevent the brassiere 1 from slipping. The lower rubber part 6 is formed of, for example, a long tape-like member such as rubber. The lower rubber part 6 is provided with a length adjustment mechanism 61 at its end. The length adjustment mechanism 61 is, for example, a hook, and as shown in FIG. 2B, loops are provided at multiple length positions on the front side of the left end 61L, and a locking part is provided on the skin side of the right end 61R, and the left and right ends of the lower rubber part 6 are detachably connected by hooking the locking part onto the loop at any length position. The length adjustment mechanism 61 is not limited to this, and may be, for example, a pin, a snap, a hook-and-loop fastener, a string, a button and a buttonhole, etc. By providing the length adjustment mechanism 61, it is possible to adjust the circumference of the lower rubber part 6 according to the size of the wearer's torso circumference. In addition, the brassiere 1 can be easily put on and taken off by putting on and taking off the brassiere 1 without connecting the left and right ends to each other. Furthermore, by putting on and taking off the brassiere 1 without connecting the left and right ends to each other, the bottom rubber part 6 can be prevented from stretching when putting on and taking off the brassiere 1, preventing deterioration and maintaining the effect of the bottom rubber part 6 in preventing the brassiere 1 from slipping for a long period of time.

A cutout portion 23 is formed in part of the lower end of the back portion 4, so that the length can be adjusted using the length adjustment mechanism 61 without twisting the fabric of the back portion 4.

(First fixed portion 7)
The first fixing part 7 is located on the outer surface side of the main body part 2, covers the left breast from the armpit and upper side, and extends to the right armpit.

The first fixing part 7 is connected to the left armpit of the main body part 2. Specifically, the left armpit end of the first fixing part 7 is connected to the main body part 2 at the connection part 54 where the front part 3 and the left armpit support part 4L of the back part 4 are connected. The first fixing part 7 is connected to the front end of the left shoulder strap part 5L. Specifically, the upper end of the first fixing part 7 is connected to the front end of the left shoulder strap part 5L at the connection part 56 where the front part 3 and the left shoulder strap part 5L are connected. The first fixing part 7 is connected to the main body part 2 at a position on the armpit side of the right breast or on the back side of the right breast. Specifically, in the example of FIG. 2, the right armpit end of the first fixing part 7 is connected to the main body part 2 at the connection part 52 where the right armpit support part 4R and the back support part 4A are connected. The first fixing part 7 may or may not be connected to the end of the left armpit part 21L formed in the armpit of the front part 3. If not connected, the first fixing part 7 is free at the left armhole 21L when worn, reducing the feeling of pressure that may occur when the breast is large. These connections are, for example, sewn. Ends of the first fixing part 7 other than the left armhole end, top end, and right armhole end (and the left armhole end) are not connected to the main body part 2 and are free. The bottom end of the first fixing part 7 is located near the bottom end of the front part 3.

Figure 4 is a diagram illustrating the first fixing part 7. As shown in Figure 4, the first fixing part 7 has a fixing main body part 7A and an adjuster part (first adjuster part) 7B. The adjuster part 7B is a member for adjusting the length of the first fixing part 7. The length of the first fixing part 7 is, for example, the length from the upper end to the right armpit end. The fixing main body part 7A is located on the armpit and upper side of the left breast, and the adjuster part 7B is located on the right armpit side.

The fixed body portion 7A is formed from a wide member and covers the left breast. The fixed body portion 7A may be made of an outer fabric and an inner fabric, or may be made of a single layer of fabric. The fabric of the fixed body portion 7A is made of a material that stretches and fits the skin (for example, a mixture of nylon and polyurethane) so that it can be used for a wide range of wearer sizes.

The adjuster part 7B is formed, for example, from a long tape-like member such as rubber. The adjuster part 7B is preferably located to the right of the center of the main body part 2. This allows the length to be adjusted near the right armpit while the fixed main body part 7A firmly fixes the left breast. The adjuster part 7B may cover part of the breast.

Figure 5 is a diagram explaining the adjuster portion 7B of the first fixed portion 7, and is an enlarged view of the first fixed portion 7 seen from the back side. As shown in Figure 5, a ring member 71 is provided between the fixed main body portion 7A and the adjuster portion 7B, and an adjustment member 72 is provided between both ends of the adjuster portion 7B. By adjusting the position of the adjustment member 72 in the adjuster portion 7B, the wearer can adjust the length of the adjuster portion 7B, and thus the length of the first fixed portion 7.

Figure 6 is a diagram for explaining the adjuster part 7B of the first fixing part 7, and is an enlarged view of the part surrounded by the dotted line in Figure 2. As shown in Figure 6, a long tape member 73 is provided from the upper end to the lower end on the right side support part 4R of the back part 4. The tape member 73 consists of a sewn part 73A whose each end is sewn to the right side support part 4R, and a free part 73B whose lower end and upper end are sewn to the right side support part 4R and whose left and right ends are free. The adjuster part 7B is disposed so as to penetrate the free part 73B. The presence of the tape member 73 reduces the amount of displacement of the adjuster part 7B in the vertical direction when worn, thereby preventing a decrease in the fixing function of the first fixing part 7. The free part 73B is large enough for the adjustment member 72 to pass through, and when worn, the adjustment member 72 can be moved to a position according to the size of the wearer (for example, to the front side or back side of the free part 73B).

The first fixing part 7 presses the left breast from the upper left to the lower right and fixes the left breast from the upper left to the lower right, so that it can effectively reduce the swaying of the left breast regardless of the size or shape of the left breast. In addition, the feeling of pressure on the upper left breast, which can occur especially with brassieres that pull the breast up when the breast is large, is reduced. In addition, by having the adjuster part 7B, the length of the first fixing part 7 can be adjusted to match the size and shape of the wearer's left breast, and the fixing strength can be adjusted, so that the swaying of the left breast can be suitably reduced according to the size and shape of the wearer's left breast. In addition, it is possible to reduce the inhibition of respiratory function and the discomfort of wearing that occurs when the fixing strength is too strong. In addition, the length of the first fixing part 7 can be adjusted to match the intensity of exercise, and the fixing strength can be adjusted, so that the swaying of the left breast can be suitably reduced according to the intensity of exercise.

The adjuster part 7B is located on the outer surface of the brassiere 1, so the wearer can easily adjust the fastening strength even while wearing the brassiere 1.

(Second fixing portion 8)
The second fixing part 8 is located on the outer surface side of the main body part 2, covers the right breast from the armpit and upper side, and extends to the left armpit.

The second fixing part 8 is connected to the right armpit of the main body part 2. Specifically, the right armpit end of the second fixing part 8 is connected to the main body part 2 at a connection part 51 where the front part 3 and the right armpit support part 4R of the back part 4 are connected. The second fixing part 8 is connected to the front end of the right shoulder strap part 5R. Specifically, the upper end of the second fixing part 8 is connected to the front end of the right shoulder strap part 5R at a connection part 55 where the front part 3 and the right shoulder strap part 5R are connected. The second fixing part 8 is connected to the main body part 2 at a position on the armpit side of the left breast or on the back side of the left breast. Specifically, in the example of FIG. 2, the left armpit end of the second fixing part 8 is connected to the main body part 2 at a connection part 53 where the left armpit support part 4L and the back support part 4A are connected. The second fixing part 8 may or may not be connected to the end of the right armhole part 21R formed in the armhole of the front part 3. If not connected, the second fixing part 8 is free at the right armhole 21R when worn, reducing the feeling of pressure that may occur when the breast is large. These connections are, for example, sewn. The edges of the second fixing part 8 other than the right armhole end, top end, and left armhole end (and the right armhole end) are not connected to the main body part 2 and are free. The bottom end of the first fixing part 7 is located near the bottom end of the front part 3.

The first fixing part 7 and the second fixing part 8 overlap in part, but are not connected and are free. In this embodiment, an example is shown in which the second fixing part 8 is on the outermost surface, but this is not limited thereto, and either the first fixing part 7 or the second fixing part 8 may be on the outermost surface.

The second fixing part 8, like the first fixing part 7 shown in FIG. 4, has a fixing main body part 8A (not shown) and an adjuster part (second adjuster part) 8B (not shown). The adjuster part 8B is a member for adjusting the length of the second fixing part 8. The length of the second fixing part 8 is, for example, the length from the upper end to the left armpit end. The fixing main body part 8A is located on the armpit and upper side of the right breast, and the adjuster part 8B is located on the left armpit side.

The fixed body portion 8A may be made of an outer fabric and an inner fabric, or may be made of a single layer of fabric. The adjuster part 8B is formed, for example, from a long tape-like member such as rubber. The adjuster part 8B is preferably located to the left of the center of the main body part 2. This allows the right breast to be firmly fixed by the fixed main body part 8A, while the length can be adjusted near the left armpit. The adjuster part 8B may cover part of the breast.

Similar to the first fixed part 7 shown in FIG. 5, a ring member 81 (not shown) is provided between the fixed main body part 8A and the adjuster part 8B, and an adjustment member 82 is provided between both ends of the adjuster part 8B. The wearer can adjust the length of the adjuster part 8B by adjusting the position of the adjustment member 82 in the adjuster part 8B, thereby adjusting the length of the second fixed part 8.

Similar to the first fixing portion 7 shown in FIG. 6, the second fixing portion 8 is also provided with a long tape member 83 (not shown).

The second fixing part 8 presses the right breast from the lower right to the upper left and fixes the right breast from the lower right to the upper left, so that it can effectively reduce the swaying of the right breast regardless of the size or shape of the right breast. In addition, the feeling of pressure on the upper part of the right breast, which can occur especially with brassieres that pull the breast up when the breast is large, is reduced. In addition, by having the adjuster part 7B, the length of the second fixing part 8 can be adjusted to match the size and shape of the wearer's right breast, and the fixing strength can be adjusted, so that the swaying of the right breast can be reduced appropriately according to the size and shape of the wearer's right breast. The adjuster part 8B is located on the outer surface of the brassiere 1, so the wearer can easily adjust the fastening strength while wearing the brassiere 1.

In addition, because the length of the first fixing part 7 and the second fixing part 8 can be adjusted separately, even if the left and right breasts are different in size or shape, the fixing strength can be adjusted appropriately to suit the size and shape of each breast.

By putting on and taking off the brassiere 1 with the adjuster parts 7B and 8B loosened, the brassiere 1 can be easily put on and taken off. In addition, by putting on and taking off the brassiere 1 with the adjuster parts 7B and 8B loosened, the first fixing part 7 and the second fixing part 8 can be prevented from stretching when putting on and taking off the brassiere 1, which prevents deterioration and allows the effect of reducing breast swaying by the first fixing part 7 and the second fixing part 8 to be maintained for a long time.

<Modification 1>
Fig. 7 shows a modified example of a garment (brassiere 1) for covering the chest according to an embodiment of the present invention. Note that in Fig. 7(b), the structure of the front side of the brassiere 1 as seen from the back side is omitted. As shown in Fig. 7, the brassiere 1 includes a main body 2, a first fixing part 7, and a second fixing part 8.

The main body 2 of the first modified example has a front section 3, a back section 4, and a pair of left and right shoulder strap sections 5 (right shoulder strap section 5R, left shoulder strap section 5L). A right armhole section 21R is formed at the armholes of the front section 3, back section 4, and right shoulder strap section 5R. A left armhole section 21L is formed at the armholes of the front section 3, back section 4, and left shoulder strap section 5L. A neckline section 22 is formed at the neckline of the front section 3, back section 4, right shoulder strap section 5R, and left shoulder strap section 5L. The front section 3, back section 4, right shoulder strap section 5R, and left shoulder strap section 5L are sewn together at each connection section, except for connection sections 57 and 58, which will be described later.

The front part 3 of this modified example 1 has a slightly different shape from the front part 3 of this embodiment shown in FIG. 1, but the basic configuration is the same as the front part 3 of this embodiment shown in FIG. 1.

The back section 4 of this modified example 1 is composed of a right back section 104R and a left back section 104L. The front section 3 and the right back section 104R are connected at a connection section 51. The left back section 104L and the front section 3 are connected at a connection section 54. The connection sections 51 and 54 are disposed at positions corresponding to the rising of the armpits of the breasts (front end of the armpits). The right back section 104R and the left back section 104L are provided with a length adjustment mechanism 41 at their ends. The length adjustment mechanism 41 is, for example, similar to the length adjustment mechanism 61, and is detachably connected near the center of the back. The right back section 104R and the left back section 104L may be composed of an outer fabric and an inner fabric, or may be composed of a single layer of fabric. For example, the fabric of the right back section 104R and the left back section 104L is made of a material (for example, a mixture of nylon and polyurethane) that stretches and fits the skin so that it can be applied to a wide range of sizes of wearers.

The shoulder strap portion 5 of this modified example 1 is formed of a long tape-like member such as rubber having length adjustment mechanisms 105R, 105L. The right shoulder strap portion 5R and the front portion 3 are connected at a connection portion 55. The left shoulder strap portion 5L and the front portion 3 are connected at a connection portion 56. The right shoulder strap portion 5R and the right back portion 104R of the back portion 4 are connected via a ring member at a connection portion 57. The left shoulder strap portion 5L and the left back portion 104L of the back portion 4 are connected via a ring member at a connection portion 58. The length of the shoulder strap portion 5 can be adjusted by the length adjustment mechanisms 105R, 105L.

The first fixing part 7 of this modified example 1 is located on the outer surface side of the main body part 2, and extends from the armpit and upper side of the left breast to the right armpit, covering the left breast. The first fixing part 7 is connected to the left armpit of the main body part 2. Specifically, the left armpit end of the first fixing part 7 is connected to the main body part 2 at the connection part 54 where the front part 3 and the left back part 104L are connected. The first fixing part 7 is connected to the front end of the left shoulder strap part 5L. Specifically, the upper end of the first fixing part 7 is connected to the front end of the left shoulder strap part 5L at the connection part 56 where the front part 3 and the left shoulder strap part 5L are connected. The first fixing part 7 is connected to the main body part 2 at a position on the armpit side of the right breast or on the back side of the right breast. Specifically, in the example of FIG. 7, the right armpit end of the first fixing part 7 is connected to the main body part 2 at the connection part 51 where the front part 3 and the right back part 104R are connected. The first fixing part 7 may or may not be connected to the end of the left armhole 21L formed in the armhole of the front part 3. These connections are, for example, by sewing. The edges of the first fixing part 7 other than the left side edge, top edge, and right side edge (and the left armhole edge) are not connected to the main body part 2 and are free. The first fixing part 7 of this modification example 1 does not have an adjuster part. The cloth of the first fixing part 7 is made of a material with high stretchability and elasticity, such as power net.

The second fixing part 8 of this modified example 1 is located on the outer surface side of the main body part 2, and extends from the armpit and upper side of the right breast to the left armpit, covering the right breast. The second fixing part 8 is connected to the right armpit of the main body part 2. Specifically, the right armpit end of the second fixing part 8 is connected to the main body part 2 at the connection part 51 where the front part 3 and the right back part 104R are connected. The second fixing part 8 is connected to the front end of the right shoulder strap part 5R. Specifically, the upper end of the second fixing part 8 is connected to the front end of the right shoulder strap part 5R at the connection part 55 where the front part 3 and the right shoulder strap part 5R are connected. The second fixing part 8 is connected to the main body part 2 at a position on the armpit side of the left breast or on the back side of the left breast. Specifically, in the example of FIG. 7, the left armpit end of the second fixing part 8 is connected to the main body part 2 at the connection part 54 where the front part 3 and the left back part 104L are connected. The second fixing part 8 may or may not be connected to the end of the right armhole 21R formed in the armhole of the front part 3. These connections are, for example, by sewing. The edges of the second fixing part 8 other than the right side edge, top edge, and left side edge (and the right armhole edge) are not connected to the main body part 2 and are free. The second fixing part 8 of this modification example 1 does not have an adjuster part. The fabric of the second fixing part 8 is made of a material with high stretchability and elasticity, such as power net.

In this variation 1, the first fixing part 7 and the second fixing part 8 do not have a length adjustment mechanism, so the first fixing part 7 and the second fixing part 8 are flat. This has the advantage that the structure does not stick out when worn over other clothing, making it look good.

<Other Modifications>
The adjuster part 7B is not limited to the above and may be anything that can adjust the length of the first fixing part 7, such as a pin, a snap, a hook and loop fastener, a string, a button and a buttonhole, a hook, etc. The same applies to the adjuster part 8B.

The first fixing part 7 may be detachably connected to the main body part 2. In this case, the first fixing part 7 is detachably connected to the main body part 2 by, for example, a pin, a snap, a hook-and-loop fastener, a string, a button and a buttonhole, a hook, etc. The same applies to the second fixing part 8.

The shape of the back section 4 is not limited to the above and may be any desired shape. As an example, as shown in FIG. 8(a), the back support section may be formed from two separate crossed pieces of fabric. As another example, as shown in FIG. 8(b), the back section 4 may be formed from a pair of left and right members and formed to be detachable near the center of the back.

The positions of the right end of the first fixing part 7 and the left end of the second fixing part 8 are not limited, but it is preferable that the right end of the first fixing part 7 is located to the right of the center of the back, and the left end of the second fixing part 8 is located to the left of the center of the back. In this case, the right end of the first fixing part 7 and the left end of the second fixing part 8 do not overlap, making it easy to adjust the length. It is more preferable that the right end of the first fixing part 7 and the left end of the second fixing part 8 are located on the front side of the rear end of the armpit. In this case, the wearer can easily adjust the fixing strength while wearing the brassiere 1.

The fabric of each component is not limited to the above, and can be selected appropriately depending on the application. For example, the back part 4 is made of a mesh material in the example shown, but it can also be made of a thicker material with high cold protection to improve cold protection. Or, if it is to be used as a swimsuit, it can be made of a highly water-repellent material.

Although an example of sewing the components together has been shown, this is not limiting and, for example, the fabrics may be connected together using an adhesive.

Two or more of the front part 3, back part 4, right shoulder strap part 5R and left shoulder strap part 5L may be integrally formed from a single piece of fabric. Alternatively, the front part 3, back part 4, right shoulder strap part 5R and left shoulder strap part 5L may each be formed from multiple separate pieces of fabric. The specific structure of how each piece of fabric is provided is a different concept from the front part, back part, right shoulder strap part and left shoulder strap part, which are components of the main body part in this invention. The front part, back part, right shoulder strap part and left shoulder strap part are determined based on the positional relationship of which part of the wearer's upper body they cover. Similarly, the first fixing part and the second fixing part may be integrally formed from a single piece of fabric with the components of the main body part. Alternatively, the first fixing part and the second fixing part may each be formed from multiple separate pieces of fabric.
