Claims (14)

を特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。 - それぞれの前記容器(16)は、前記底部型(21)が下に向かって前記容器(16)から取り外される間、支持リング(27)で又は支持リング(27)の下で保持されること、
を特徴とする、請求項4~6のいずれか一項に方法。 - 前記底部型(21)は、時間的に前記成形及び充填要素(14)の後に、それぞれの前記容器(16)から分離されること、
を特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - それぞれの前記容器(16)は、前記型半部分(19,20)を取り外した後で前記底部型(21)を分離する前に、取り出し保持器(32)により容器首部(23)又は支持リング(27)の領域で把持されること、
を特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。 - それぞれの前記容器(16)は、前記成形及び充填ステーション(11.1~11.8)においてステーション側の保持器(24)により保持されること、前記ステーション側の保持器(24)は、前記底部型(21)と前記成形及び充填要素(14)とが前記容器(16)から分離される間、前記容器(16)を、前記取り出し保持器(32)と共同で保持すること、及びそれに続き前記ステーション側の保持器(24)が前記容器(16)から外されること、
を特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。 - ステーションに属する成形及び充填要素(14)と、予備成形品(13)を受容するための型とを有し、作動ホイール上に配設された回転式の成形及び充填ステーション(11.1~11.8)を備えた、充填された容器(16)を予備成形品(13)から製造するための装置であって、
液状の充填物を用いた前記予備成形品の充填が、少なくとも1つの充填ノズルを含んだ前記成形及び充填要素により行われ、前記成形及び充填要素は、充填プロセス中には、上方に向けられた前記予備成形品の開口部を密閉し、それにより充填物が制御不能に流出することはなく、前記充填された容器を取り出すために、前記成形及び充填要素が前記開口部から取り外されて前記型が開かれ得、
前記予備成形品(13)は、それぞれ前記成形及び充填要素(14)へ受け渡し可能であり、前記型内で、供給された充填物の圧力作用によりそれぞれの前記容器(16)へ変形可能であり、前記型は、底部型(21)と型半部分(19,20)を備えて複数部材式で構成されており、それぞれの容器(16)は、少なくとも成形及び充填プロセスの終わりに、下側の前記底部型(21)と上側の前記成形及び充填要素(14)との間に挟持可能であり、更に前記容器(16)は、成形及び充填の後に、それぞれの前記成形及び充填要素(14)とそれぞれの前記型とから分離可能である、前記装置において、
前記型半部分(19,20)は、前記成形及び充填要素(14)と前記底部型(21)とが前記容器(16)から分離される前に、それぞれの前記容器(16)から取り外し可能であること、
を特徴とする装置。 - 前記型半部分(19,20)は、成形及び充填ポジションから取り出しポジションへ横方向に及び/又は斜め下方に運動可能であること、
を特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。 - 前記型半部分(19,20)は、前記取り出しポジションへ横方向に及び下方に運動可能であること、
を特徴とする、請求項12に記載の装置。 - 前記成形及び充填ステーション(11.1~11.8)はカルーセル状であること、を特徴とする、請求項11~13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
