前記ケースの左右両側面に、円筒形の回転軸用穴部、閉用凸部と開用凸部と前記カバーの閉状態および開状態を解除するための解除部とを有するスナップフィット構造の固定部を設け、前記カバーの正面側に回転軸、前記回転軸の左右両側面外側に円筒形の回転軸用凸部、前記回転軸の下方に前記閉用凸部に篏合して前記カバーを閉状態に保持するための固定用凹部、前記カバーが閉状態のときに前記解除部と前記カバーの間に指を挿入して解除部を操作するために設けられた空間として解除用凹部、前記回転軸の上方にカバー防水用リブを設け、
前記ケースの前記回転軸用穴部に前記カバーの回転軸用凸部が篏合させて前記カバーを回転可能とし、前記カバー防水用リブの上面を前記開用凸部の上面に当接して前記カバーを開状態に保持した状態で、前記計量装置を前記端子ブロックに取り付け、前記通信装置を取付けた後、前記解除部を左右に広げることで前記カバー防水用リブの上面を前記開用凸部の上面から外し、前記回転軸用凸部を軸として前記カバーを下方に回転させて降ろし、前記閉用凸部が前記固定用凹部に篏合して前記カバーを閉状態に保持して、前記計量装置を前記端子ブロックに取付けることを特徴とする電力量計。
