Description
Claims (12)
- 体内の神経を遮断又は調節するための電極装置において、
シャフトを備える本体と、
前記シャフトの一端部から引出されるように形成され、前記体内の管の少なくとも一部の神経を遮断又は調節する電極ユニットと、
前記電極ユニットの末端と結合され、前記電極ユニットを前記体内の管に接触させるようにガイドする電極ガイドと、
前記電極ガイドを前進及び後進させるように構成される電極ガイド駆動ユニットと、
前記電極ガイド駆動ユニットと連動されて前記電極ユニットを前進及び後進させるように構成される電極駆動ユニットとを含み、
前記電極駆動ユニットは、
前記電極ユニットの一端と連結され、前記電極ユニットに張力を提供する張力維持ユニットと、
前記張力維持ユニットと連結された状態で前記電極ガイドが第1の状態を有するまで前進移動した後、前記張力維持ユニットとの連結を解除し、前記電極ガイドが第2の状態を有するまで追加で前進移動する移動部と
を含む、電極装置。 - 前記張力維持ユニットは、前記移動部との連結が解除された後、前記電極ガイドが追加で前進移動することに従い、前記電極ユニットに張力を提供する、請求項1に記載の電極装置。
- 前記張力維持ユニットが前記移動部との連結が解除された直後、前記電極ユニットが前記管に接触される、請求項1に記載の電極装置。
- 前記張力維持ユニットは、前記電極ユニットに張力を提供する第1のバネ部を含む、請求項1に記載の電極装置。
- 前記張力維持ユニットは、
一側において突出した突出部と、
前記第1のバネ部の張力を生成するために、前記張力維持ユニットが前進する際に前記突出部の移動を遮断する第1のストッパ部とをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の電極装置。 - 前記移動部は、
前記張力維持ユニットと連結するための連結部と、
前記連結部に形成され、前記移動部が前記張力維持ユニットを前進させるためのピンと
をさらに含み、
前記電極駆動ユニットは、
前記ピンが前進移動するための前進レールをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電極装置。 - 前記電極駆動ユニットは、前記電極ガイドが前記第2の状態から前記第1の状態に変更するために前記ピンが後進移動するための後進レールをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の電極装置。
- 前記後進レールの長さは、前記前進レールの長さより長い、請求項7に記載の電極装置。
- 前記移動部は、
前記電極ガイド駆動ユニットと連結される支持部と、
前記連結部を回転可能にするヒンジ部と
をさらに含み、
前記電極駆動ユニットは、
前記前進レール及び前記後進レールを連結する連結レールをさらに含み、
前記ピンが前記連結レールを移動する際、前記ヒンジ部が回転することで前記連結部が前記張力維持ユニットと解除される、請求項7に記載の電極装置。 - 前記電極駆動ユニットは、前記ピンが後進移動する際、前記ピンが前記連結レールに再び移動することを防止するために、前記支持部と前記連結部を連結する第2のバネ部をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の電極装置。
- 前記電極駆動ユニットは、前記ピンが後進移動する際、前記ピンが前記連結レールに再び移動することを防止するために、前記ピンが前記連結レールを介して前記後進レールに位置する際、前記連結レールを遮断する第2のストッパ部をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の電極装置。
- 前記第1の状態は、前記電極ガイドが前記体内の管の周りに巻き付けられる直前の状態であり、前記第2の状態は、前記電極ガイドが前記体内の管の周りに巻き付けられた状態である、請求項1に記載の電極装置。
