Description

The present invention relates to a building attachment that includes a frame member having a hollow portion and wiring that extends through the inside of the hollow portion of the frame member.

Building attachments equipped with shutters are sometimes attached to buildings by being installed on the exterior walls of buildings constructed using the 2x4 construction method (frame wall construction method). In 2x4 construction exterior walls, a lintel, which is a structural member, is attached above the opening of the building, and a shutter case for the shutter is installed on the outside of the lintel. The wiring for the shutter is connected to a connection part inside the shutter case and to a power source on the building side, and is used to supply power to the shutter. However, from the standpoint of strength, as a rule, it is not possible to drill a through hole in the lintel, and wiring cannot be routed through the lintel on the indoor side of the shutter case. For this reason, the wiring is arranged to extend, for example, through the hollow part of the vertical frame member, which is the frame member of the building attachment, to the outside and inside of the hollow part.

In order to pass the wiring to the outdoor and indoor sides of the hollow portion of the vertical frame member, insertion portions (holes, notches, etc.) for the wiring are formed in the outdoor and indoor parts of the hollow portion. However, the formation of the insertion portions may affect the strength of the points on the vertical frame member through which the wiring passes. It is necessary to ensure the strength of the points on the vertical frame member through which the wiring passes, including the insertion portions, in order to prevent deformation due to heat, such as in a fire, and the occurrence of gaps due to deformation, for example.

A wiring structure for an electric opening and closing device is also known in the past as a wiring structure for building attachments, in which a soft guide member is inserted into each of a hole in a metal bracket body and a hole in a metal cover member (see Patent Document 1). In the wiring structure for a conventional electric opening and closing device, the power line is inserted into the internal hole of the guide member, thereby preventing the power line from rubbing against the hole in the bracket body and the hole in the cover member and becoming damaged. However, even if the guide member of the wiring structure for a conventional electric opening and closing device is inserted into the insertion portion of the vertical frame member, it is only possible to prevent damage to the wiring, and it is difficult to improve the strength of the portion of the vertical frame member through which the wiring passes.

In this state, the peripheral portion 57 of the first insertion portion 55 is reinforced by the reinforcing member 60.

Fig. 4 is a perspective view showing a portion including the reinforcing member 60 of the frame member 5 of the first embodiment, with the guide rails 32 and the wiring 6 omitted. Fig. 5 is an exploded perspective view showing the frame member 5 of the first embodiment shown in Fig. 4.
As shown in the figure, the first insertion portion 55 and the second insertion portion 56 are formed to be shifted in the longitudinal direction of the frame member 5, and are positioned differently in the longitudinal direction of the frame member 5. In the longitudinal direction of the frame member 5, the first insertion portion 55 is a lower insertion portion located below the second insertion portion 56, and the second insertion portion 56 is an upper insertion portion located above the first insertion portion 55.

The reinforcing member 60 has a through hole 62 formed in the mounting portion 61, an overlapping insertion portion 63 that is arranged overlapping the first insertion portion 55 from the outside of the room, and a protruding wall portion 64 that protrudes from the mounting portion 61 toward the outside of the room (see Figures 3 to 5). The reinforcing member 60 and the mounting portion 61 are located on the outside of the first wall portion 52 and on the inside of the third wall portion 54, and are arranged between the first wall portion 52 and the third wall portion 54. The mounting portion 61 is arranged overlapping the peripheral portion 57 of the first insertion portion 55 from the outside of the room, and is attached to the outdoor portion of the peripheral portion 57 of the first insertion portion 55.

The through holes 62 of the mounting portion 61 are located on both sides of the overlapping insertion portion 63 in the longitudinal direction of the frame member 5, and penetrate the mounting portion 61 in the indoor/outdoor direction S. The mounting fixture penetrates the through hole 62 of the mounting portion 61 from the outside of the room and is fixed to the peripheral portion 57 of the first insertion portion 55, attaching the mounting portion 61 to the peripheral portion 57 of the first insertion portion 55. The overlapping insertion portion 63 is formed between the mounting portion 61 and the protruding wall portion 64 of the reinforcing member 60, and is surrounded by the mounting portion 61 and the protruding wall portion 64. The wiring 6 is inserted through the first insertion portion 55 of the first wall portion 52 and the overlapping insertion portion 63 of the reinforcing member 60 in the indoor/outdoor direction S.

When wiring work is performed to connect the connection part 42 of the shutter 2 to the connection part on the building 10 side using the wiring 6, the frame member 5 is installed on the building 10, and the connection part 6A of the wiring 6 is inserted into the second insertion part 56 from the indoor side, and the wiring 6 is inserted into the second insertion part from the indoor side to the outdoor side. Also, the wiring 6 is passed through the inside of the first hollow part 50 from the indoor side (second insertion part 56) to the outdoor side (first insertion part 55), and the connection part 6A of the wiring 6 is inserted into the first insertion part 55 from the indoor side. As a result, the wiring 6 is inserted through the first insertion part 55 and the overlapping insertion part 63 from the indoor side to the outdoor side. Next, the wiring 6 is pulled out from the first insertion part 55 and the overlapping insertion part 63 toward the connection part 42 of the shutter 2 above, and the connection part 6A of the wiring 6 is connected to the connection part 42 of the shutter 2.

In this way, during wiring work, the wiring 6 extends from the indoor side of the hollow portion 50 of the frame member 5 through the inside of the hollow portion 50 toward the outdoor side of the hollow portion 50. The wiring 6 also extends through the first insertion portion 55 on the outdoor side of the first hollow portion 50 to the shutter case 30 and the drive unit 41 (connection portion 42), and then through the second insertion portion 56 on the indoor side of the first hollow portion 50 to the connection portion (power source) on the building side. The drive unit 41 is connected to the power source by the wiring 6, and electricity is supplied from the power source through the wiring 6.

The protruding wall portion 64 of the reinforcing member 60 extends along the indoor-outdoor direction S inside the second hollow portion 51 (see FIG. 3) and is disposed between the first wall portion 52 and the third wall portion 54. The protruding wall portion 64 also protrudes from the first wall portion 52 and the mounting portion 61 toward the third wall portion 54 and is in contact with the third wall portion 54 or is disposed with a gap between it and the third wall portion 54.

The protruding wall portion 64 of the reinforcing member 60 is a plate-shaped blocking portion (screening portion) that is adjacent to the second rail mounting piece 26 of the vertical frame 20 and the second frame mounting piece 35 of the guide rail 32 and is arranged overlapping the second rail mounting piece 26 within the second hollow portion 51. At the location of the first insertion portion 55 in the longitudinal direction of the frame member 5, the protruding wall portion 64 is arranged along the second rail mounting piece 26 and is arranged in a position that covers the second rail mounting piece 26 and the area between the second rail mounting piece 26 and the second frame mounting piece 35 from the inside side of the second hollow portion 51.

The frame member 5 may be heated from the outside of the room due to a fire or the like. In that case, if a portion of the frame member 5 including the first insertion portion 55 is deformed and a gap occurs at the second hollow portion 51 of the frame member 5, the through passage including the gap occurring in the second hollow portion 51 is blocked by the protruding wall portion 64 of the reinforcing member 60. Specifically, due to the deformation of the frame member 5, a gap occurs between the first rail mounting piece 25 of the vertical frame 20 and the first frame mounting piece 34 of the guide rail 32, and between the second rail mounting piece 26 of the vertical frame 20 and the second frame mounting piece 35 of the guide rail 32. As a result, a gap occurs between the vertical frame 20 and the guide rail 32 at both left and right sides of the second hollow portion 51, and the second hollow portion 51 connects to the outside and the inside of the room through the gaps on both sides. As a result, a through passage occurs in the second hollow portion 51.

The through passage includes the gaps on both sides of the second hollow section 51, and penetrates the second hollow section 51 from the outside to the inside of the room. The protruding wall portion 64 of the reinforcing member 60 is disposed inside the second hollow section 51, between the gaps on both sides, and in the through passage, and blocks the through passage that occurs in the second hollow section 51. As a result, even if a flame enters the interior of the second hollow section 51 through the gap, the protruding wall portion 64 blocks the flame. The protruding wall portion 64 also prevents the flame from entering the interior of the second hollow section 51 from the outside.

In the building attachment 1 of the first embodiment, the reinforcing member 60 can improve the strength of the portion of the frame member 5 through which the wiring 6 passes. Furthermore, by inserting the wiring 6 through the two insertion portions 55, 56 of the first hollow portion 50, the wiring 6 can be easily arranged through the first hollow portion 50 of the frame member 5. The reinforcing member 60 increases the rigidity against deformation of the portion of the frame member 5 through which the wiring 6 passes, so that deformation of the portion of the frame member 5 through which the wiring 6 passes can be suppressed when the frame member 5 is heated by a fire or the like. This can suppress the occurrence of gaps in the frame member 5 and the occurrence of through-holes in the frame member 5.

The mounting portion 61 of the reinforcing member 60 is disposed inside the second hollow portion 51 and is mounted to the peripheral portion 57 of the first insertion portion 55. Therefore, the reinforcing member 60 can improve the strength of the first insertion portion 55 in the first hollow portion 50 of the frame member 5. In addition, for example, when a fire occurs on the exterior side of the building attachment 1 and the frame member 5 is heated from the exterior side, deformation of the first insertion portion 55 of the frame member 5 can be suppressed. This can suppress the occurrence of gaps in the second hollow portion 51 and the occurrence of through passages in the second hollow portion 51.

The protruding wall portion 64 of the reinforcing member 60 can improve the strength of the reinforcing member 60 and the strength of the first insertion portion 55 in the first hollow portion 50 of the frame member 5. When the frame member 5 is heated from the outside and a gap occurs in the second hollow portion 51, the protruding wall portion 64 functions as a blocking portion that blocks the through passage including the gap, and the protruding wall portion 64 can suppress the occurrence of a through passage in the second hollow portion 51. The protruding wall portion 64 can be connected to any position in the left-right direction of the mounting portion 61. Therefore, the protruding wall portion 64 may be connected to one end or the other end of the mounting portion 61 in the left-right direction, or may be connected to an intermediate portion between one end and the other end of the mounting portion 61 in the left-right direction.

When the first insertion portion 55 and the second insertion portion 56 are formed offset in the longitudinal direction of the frame member 5, the strength of the first hollow portion 50 of the frame member 5 is higher than when the first insertion portion 55 and the second insertion portion 56 are formed without offset in the longitudinal direction of the frame member 5. In this way, by making the positions of the first insertion portion 55 and the second insertion portion 56 in the longitudinal direction of the frame member 5 different, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the strength of the first hollow portion 50 of the frame member 5 and ensure the strength of the frame member 5.

Second Embodiment
Next, the building attachment 1 of the second embodiment will be described. In the building attachment 1 of the second embodiment, only the reinforcing member is different from the reinforcing member 60 of the first embodiment. Therefore, the following mainly describes the reinforcing member. Also, regarding the reinforcing member, the description of the same matters as the reinforcing member 60 of the first embodiment will be omitted, and the same names as the reinforcing member of the first embodiment will be used for the components corresponding to the components of the reinforcing member 60 of the first embodiment.

Figure 6 is a perspective view showing a portion of the frame member 5 of the second embodiment including the reinforcing member 70, with the guide rail 32 and wiring 6 omitted. Figure 7 is a perspective view showing the frame member 5 of the second embodiment shown in Figure 6 in an exploded state. Figure 8 is a perspective view showing the internal structure and wiring 6 of the frame member 5 of the second embodiment shown in Figure 6, showing the vertical frame 20 with the second building mounting piece 22, inner wall portion 24, and second rail mounting piece 26 removed.

As shown in the figure, the reinforcing member 70 does not have a portion equivalent to the protruding wall portion 64 of the reinforcing member 60 of the first embodiment. The reinforcing member 70 also has an attachment portion 71, a through hole 72, and an overlapping insertion portion 73, as well as a guide portion 75 and an inner wall portion 76. The attachment portions 71 are formed at two locations, above and below the reinforcing member 70, spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the frame member 5, and are attached to the peripheral portion 57 on both sides of the first insertion portion 55 in the longitudinal direction of the frame member 5. The overlapping insertion portion 73 is formed between the two attachment portions 71.

The guide portion 75 and the inner wall portion 76 of the reinforcing member 70 protrude from the mounting portion 71 and are disposed inside the first hollow portion 50. Here, the guide portion 75 and the inner wall portion 76 protrude from the mounting portion 71 toward the inside (inside) of the first hollow portion 50 and pass through the first insertion portion 55. The guide portion 75 and the inner wall portion 76 also extend along the indoor/outdoor direction S inside the first hollow portion 50 and are disposed between the first wall portion 52 and the second wall portion 53. The guide portion 75 and the inner wall portion 76 protrude from the mounting portion 71 and the first wall portion 52 toward the second wall portion 53 and are in contact with the second wall portion 53 or are disposed with a gap between them.

The guide portion 75 of the reinforcing member 70 is a wiring guide that guides the wiring 6 passing through the first hollow portion 50 inside the first hollow portion 50 of the frame member 5, and guides the wiring 6 between the first insertion portion 55 and the second insertion portion 56. The guide portion 75 extends from the lower portion of the first insertion portion 55 toward the second wall portion 53 (the indoor side) and is positioned below the second insertion portion 56. The end portion (tip portion) of the guide portion 75 on the second wall portion 53 side is positioned opposite the second wall portion 53 in the indoor/outdoor direction S.

The wiring 6 is inserted through the second insertion portion 56 toward the inside of the first hollow portion 50, and is positioned facing downward inside the first hollow portion 50. The guide portion 75 receives the wiring 6 inserted into the inside of the first hollow portion 50, and guides the wiring 6 toward the first insertion portion 55. The wiring 6 is positioned along the guide portion 75 up to the first insertion portion 55, and is inserted from the inside of the first hollow portion 50 through the first insertion portion 55 toward the second hollow portion 51 side (the outside of the room).

The inner wall portion 76 of the reinforcing member 70 is a reinforcing wall portion that reinforces the reinforcing member 70, and is connected to the mounting portion 71 and the guide portion 75 to increase the strength of the reinforcing member 70. The inner wall portion 76 is disposed along the inner surface of the first hollow portion 50 (here, the outer peripheral wall portion 23) between the first wall portion 52 and the second wall portion 53. Inside the first hollow portion 50, the guide portion 75 protrudes in the left-right direction from the inner wall portion 76, and the inner wall portion 76 protrudes from the guide portion 75 in the longitudinal direction of the frame member 5 and toward the second insertion portion 56.

In the building attachment 1 of the second embodiment, the guide portion 75 of the reinforcing member 70 allows the wiring 6 to be easily arranged through the first hollow portion 50 of the frame member 5. This improves the workability of wiring work. In addition, the inner wall portion 76 of the reinforcing member 70 improves the strength of the reinforcing member 70 and the first hollow portion 50 of the frame member 5.

The guide portion 75 of the reinforcing member 70 may be arranged to be inclined obliquely upward with respect to the indoor/outdoor direction S when viewed from the outside to the inside of the room, and may be inclined from the first insertion portion 55 toward the second insertion portion 56 diagonally upward. In this way, the guide portion 75 may be arranged between the first insertion portion 55 and the second insertion portion 56 inside the first hollow portion 50, and may extend between the first insertion portion 55 and the second insertion portion 56. In this case, the guide portion 75 of the reinforcing member 70 guides the wiring 6 toward the first insertion portion 55 or the second insertion portion 56 inside the first hollow portion 50, and the wiring 6 can be easily arranged through the first hollow portion 50 of the frame member 5.

The first insertion portion 55 and the second insertion portion 56 are formed completely offset in the longitudinal direction of the frame member 5, and their positions in the longitudinal direction of the frame member 5 are completely different. In contrast, the positions of the first insertion portion 55 and the second insertion portion 56 may coincide or partially overlap in the longitudinal direction of the frame member 5. Even in this case, the strength of the frame member 5 can be improved by the reinforcing members 60 and 70. In addition, the protruding wall portion 64 of the reinforcing member 60 of the first embodiment may be provided on the reinforcing member 70 of the second embodiment, and either or both of the guide portion 75 and the inner wall portion 76 of the reinforcing member 70 of the second embodiment may be provided on the reinforcing member 60 of the first embodiment.

The mounting parts 61, 71 of the reinforcing members 60, 70 may be attached only to the first wall 52 and only to the peripheral part 57 of the first insertion part 55. In contrast, the mounting parts 61, 71 may be attached only to the second wall 53 and only to the peripheral part 58 of the second insertion part 56. The mounting parts 61, 71 of the two reinforcing members 60, 70 may be attached to the first wall 52 and the second wall 53, respectively, and attached to the peripheral part 57 of the first insertion part 55 and the peripheral part 58 of the second insertion part 56.

The frame member 5 is not limited to a vertical frame member, and may be a frame member other than a vertical frame member (for example, the upper frame of the frame body 4 of the fitting 3, which is the upper frame member, or the lower frame of the frame body 4 of the fitting 3, which is the lower frame member). Depending on the structure of the frame member, the frame member 5 may not have the second hollow portion 51. The fitting 3 may be a fitting other than a sliding window (for example, an opening and closing window, a fixed window), and the building attachment 1 may be a building attachment that does not have a shutter 2. The present invention can be applied to various building attachments that have a frame member with a hollow portion and wiring.

As mentioned above, the building attachments are as follows:
A building attachment comprising a frame member having a hollow portion and wiring extending through the inside of the hollow portion to the outside and inside of the hollow portion,
The frame member is a building attachment having a first wall portion that partitions the outdoor side portion of the hollow portion, a second wall portion that partitions the indoor side portion of the hollow portion, a first insertion portion provided in the first wall portion and through which the wiring is inserted, a second insertion portion provided in the second wall portion and through which the wiring is inserted, and a reinforcing member including an attachment portion attached around at least one of the first insertion portion and the second insertion portion.
Therefore, the strength of the portion of the frame member having a hollow portion of the building attachment through which the wiring passes can be improved.

the frame member has an outdoor hollow portion located on the outdoor side of the first wall portion, in which the wiring passing through the first insertion portion toward the outdoor side is disposed,
The mounting portion is disposed inside the outdoor hollow portion and is mounted around the first insertion portion.
Therefore, the strength of the first insertion portion in the hollow portion of the frame member can be improved. Also, when the frame member is heated from the outside of the room, deformation of the first insertion portion of the frame member can be suppressed. This can suppress the occurrence of gaps in the outdoor-side hollow portion of the frame member and the occurrence of through-holes in the outdoor-side hollow portion of the frame member.

The frame member has a third wall portion located on the outdoor side of the first wall portion and defining an outdoor side portion of the outdoor side hollow portion,
The reinforcing member has a protruding wall portion that protrudes from the mounting portion toward the exterior side and is positioned between the first wall portion and the third wall portion inside the exterior hollow portion.
Therefore, the protruding wall portion can improve the strength of the reinforcing member and the strength of the location of the first insertion portion in the hollow portion of the frame member. Also, when the frame member is heated from the outside of the room and a gap occurs in the outside hollow portion, the protruding wall portion functions as a blocking portion that blocks the through passage including the gap, and the protruding wall portion can suppress the occurrence of a through passage in the outside hollow portion.

The first insertion portion and the second insertion portion are located at different positions in the longitudinal direction of the frame member.
Therefore, a decrease in strength of the hollow portion of the frame member can be suppressed, and the strength of the frame member can be ensured.

The reinforcing member is disposed inside the hollow portion and has a guide portion that guides the wiring passing through the inside of the hollow portion.
Therefore, the guide portion of the reinforcing member makes it possible to easily arrange the wiring through the hollow portion of the frame member.

The guide portion extends between the first insertion portion and the second insertion portion.
Therefore, the guide portion of the reinforcing member guides the wiring inside the hollow portion toward the first insertion portion or the second insertion portion, making it possible to easily arrange the wiring through the hollow portion of the frame member.
