Description
Claims (7)
- ホイストであって、
トルクチューブと、
前記トルクチューブに結合されたケーブルドラムと、
前記トルクチューブの第1の端部に結合され、第1のメッシュギアを含むローターギアと、
第2のメッシュギアを前記ローターギアの第1のメッシュギアと係合させるピニオンを含む補助ブレーキアセンブリと、
前記ピニオンに結合され、前記ケーブルドラムが空回りするときに前記ピニオンをロックするように構成されたクラッチアセンブリと、
を備え、
前記ケーブルドラムが空回りしているときに検出し、前記補助ブレーキアセンブリを作動させるように構成された電動機と、
前記電動機に結合された第1段ギアと、
前記第1段ギアに結合された第2段ギアと、をさらに備え、
前記補助ブレーキアセンブリは、前記クラッチアセンブリに軸方向に隣接して配置されたファスナをさらに含み、前記ファスナは、前記ファスナの径方向外側表面から径方向外向きに延びるフランジを含み、前記フランジは、前記第2段ギアと係合する、ホイスト。 - 主ブレーキをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のホイスト。
- 前記クラッチアセンブリは、前記ピニオンの径方向外側表面に結合された第1の複数の摩擦ディスクを備え、前記第1の複数の摩擦ディスクは、前記ピニオンをロックするように構成される、請求項1に記載のホイスト。
- 前記ファスナは、雄ファスナと雌ファスナとを備え、前記雌ファスナは、前記雄ファスナと前記クラッチアセンブリとの間に配置され、前記雌ファスナは、前記フランジを備える、請求項1に記載のホイスト。
- 前記ファスナの前記フランジは、前記ケーブルドラムが空回りしているときに、前記クラッチアセンブリを圧縮し、前記第1のメッシュギア及び前記第2のメッシュギアをロックするように構成される、請求項1に記載のホイスト。
- 請求項1に記載のホイストの空回りしているケーブルドラムの制動方法であって、
前記ケーブルドラムが空回りしていることを検出することと、
前記補助ブレーキアセンブリに結合された前記電動機を作動させることと、
前記クラッチアセンブリを締め付けることと、
前記ピニオンをロックすることと、
を備えた、方法。 - 前記ローターギアをロックすることと、
前記ケーブルドラムをロックすることと、
をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
