1 is a diagram showing an overview of a service (hereinafter, referred to as this service) provided by an information processing system according to one embodiment of the present invention. The purpose of this service is to enable smooth exchange of various information between visitors and exhibitors related to an exhibition. Specifically, the purpose is to enable both visitors and exhibitors to smoothly use this service to handle reception at an exhibition, exchange of business cards (exchange of profile information) between visitors and exhibitors, communication based on the exchange of business cards, and customer attraction after the exhibition, such as sending out information about the next exhibition.
By using this service, a series of processes at an exhibition, including reception, can be completed. At the reception, for example, a visitor who has pre-registered (described later) uses his/her own terminal to read a two-dimensional reception code (one example) and completes the reception process. Visitor information is pre-registered, and visitors who have read the reception two-dimensional code can be immediately identified, allowing visitors to check in smoothly.
When exchanging business cards, visitors and exhibitors who have registered (described below) load their profile information on one side or on the other to complete the exchange. This profile information is registered in advance, so the exchange can be completed simply by the visitors and exhibitors loading it on each other's terminals.
After exchanging business cards, visitors and exhibitors can start exchanging messages. Because the identification information of the visitor and exhibitor is linked to the profile information of the visitor and exhibitor exchanged, the visitor and exhibitor can exchange messages simply by calling up the profile information exchanged from a terminal, for example.
In this way, by using this service, the series of steps at an exhibition, such as reception, exchanging business cards, and communication that starts from exchanging business cards, can be carried out without interruption. Furthermore, by using this service, for example, exhibitors can retrieve the exchanged information from their terminals and immediately send invitations to the next exhibition, making it easier to carry out tasks such as attracting customers. In other words, the information obtained at the exhibition can be used effectively.

Returning to the explanation of Fig. 1, a user U1 is a visitor who participates in the exhibition (hereinafter referred to as visitor U1). Next, the organizer U3 and the exhibitor U2, who has completed registration, notify the visitor U1 that an exhibition will be held. The visitor U1, who has been notified, performs pre-registration to participate in the exhibition. The visitor U1 registers, for example, his/her name, the company and department to which he/she belongs, etc. Once the visitor U1 has completed pre-registration, he/she is given a unique account for this service. The accounts given to the exhibitor U2 and the visitor U1 can be used at multiple exhibitions. For example, an account obtained to participate in exhibition A (E1 in FIG. 1) is also valid for exhibition B (E2 in FIG. 1) and exhibition C (E3 in FIG. 1). The accounts given to exhibitor U2 and visitor U1 are linked to the profile information of visitor U1 and exhibitor U2 and are registered.
Visitor U1 and exhibitor U2 who have acquired unique accounts on this service participate in an exhibition. At an exhibition, scenes such as reception and exchanging business cards are expected, and by using this service, visitor U1 and exhibitor U2 can smoothly perform these tasks, and furthermore, even after the exhibition is held, they can use the information obtained at the exhibition to attract customers. In this embodiment, the term "exhibition" does not refer to an online exhibition, but to a real exhibition where people actually visit the venue and negotiate products, etc.

The profile information registration unit 111 registers the profile information of the visitor U1 and the exhibitor U2. Here, the profile information of visitor U1 is information that describes visitor U1 himself, such as his name, and includes items that would be written on a business card. Items that would be written on a business card are, for example, his name, company name, department, and phone number. In the pre-registration performed by visitor U1, other items are also included in the profile information, such as the brand he is in charge of, his nickname, his hobbies, SNS accounts, and a facial image of visitor U1. In addition, the profile information of exhibitor U2 is information that describes exhibitor U2 himself, and in the registration performed by exhibitor U2, other items that would be written on the business card (name, brand name, email address, phone number, etc.) are also included in the profile information, such as SNS accounts, products and services, pamphlets, videos of product creation, store interiors and media coverage, and private images.
The entered profile information of visitor U1 and exhibitor U2 is acquired by the profile information registration unit 111 via the communication unit 19, and stored in the visitor information DB 181 and exhibitor information DB 182 described below, linked to identification information unique to visitor U1 and exhibitor U2.
The unique identification information for each visitor U1 and exhibitor U2 can be used at one or multiple exhibitions. The profile information may include SNS identification information of the visitor U1 and the exhibitor U2. This makes it easier to view posts on SNS of the visitor U1 and the exhibitor U2, and makes it easier for the visitor U1 to trust and feel familiarity with the exhibitor U2, and vice versa. The SNS identification information of the visitor U1 and the exhibitor U2 may be, for example, an SNS account that uniquely identifies the visitor U1 and the exhibitor U2.

The exhibition reception unit 112 executes a process related to reception at the exhibition. The exhibition reception unit 112 collates the acquired identification information of the visitor U1 with the identification information unique to the visitor U1 linked to the profile information of the visitor U1 stored in the visitor information DB 181 described later, and if they match, outputs, for example, reception permission information to the visitor terminal 2. The profile information of visitor U1 is registered in advance and linked to the identification information of visitor U1, so that visitor U1 who has checked in can be immediately identified, and visitor U1 can check in smoothly.
The fact of reception of visitor U1 is stored in the exchange information DB 184, which will be described later, by the exhibition reception unit 112. When storing this information, the exhibition reception unit 112 may add information tagged with a predetermined tag by, for example, organizer U3, such as "important customer," to the information related to the fact of the exchange (for example, the parties involved), and store the information in the exchange information DB 184. This can reduce the workload of, for example, organizer U3 when sending a thank-you letter to visitor U1 after the exhibition ends.
The organizer U3 may tag the visitors U1 by using the organizer terminal 4. The organizer U3 may have a list of visitors U1 who have participated in past exhibitions that the organizer U3 has hosted. The organizer U3 may tag each visitor U1 on the list as an "important customer" based on this list. The information on the visitor U1 who participated in the past exhibition and the tag information are transmitted from the organizer terminal 4, acquired by the exhibition management unit 116 described later, and stored in the management information DB 183. The exhibition reception unit 112 may compare the information on the visitor U1 who participated in the past exhibition stored in the management information DB 183 with the information on the visitor U1 who has accepted the exhibition, and if they match, add the tag information to the information on the fact of acceptance.

The profile information exchange unit 113 exchanges profile information. The profile information exchange unit 113 outputs the acquired profile information of visitor U1 to the exhibitor terminal 3, and outputs the acquired profile information of exhibitor U2 to the visitor terminal 2. The profile information displayed by the exhibitor U2 on the exhibitor terminal 3 is assumed to be stored in a memory unit (not shown) of the exhibitor terminal 3 under the control of the profile information exchange unit 113 .
Exhibitor U2 may read the two-dimensional code corresponding to the profile information of visitor U1 displayed on the display unit 2a of the visitor terminal 2 using the camera (imaging unit 3b) of the exhibitor terminal 3. Furthermore, the exchange of profile information may be performed without using the two-dimensional code as described above, for example, by outputting a URL (Uniform Resource Locator) indicating the location of the profile information to the exhibitor terminal 3 and the visitor terminal 2 by the profile information exchange unit 113. In such a case, visitor U1 and exhibitor U2 can obtain their respective profile information by accessing the URL.

For example, when exhibitor U2 is absent from the booth, visitor U1 can simply read the two-dimensional code placed at the booth using the visitor terminal 2 to exchange profile information. Furthermore, the exchange of message information between the visitor terminal 2 and the exhibitor terminal 3 may be carried out not only in a talk room (text chat) but also, for example, by video chat. For example, since it is possible to transition from an exchange in a talk room to an online conference, the communication unit 114 may execute a process of transitioning from text chat to video chat. The exchange completion information output unit 115 outputs the exchange completion information. The exhibition management unit 116 executes processes related to the management of the exhibition.
